Great company, period. Good prices, fast shipping. Also, No other company does follow up calls. They know what customer service is and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work! When I need more parts, I will buy from them.

The quality of their products is good. The part that I ordered was not in stock. However, they kept me updated on when it would ship. And, I was sent text messages letting me know when to expect the shipment. I was pleased.

I placed an order for three things. One thing was hung up from the supplier and they changed it to drop ship (directly) and sent the other two pieces. Very responsive to customer inquiries and the quality of their parts are excellent.

If you are looking for a company that knows more about your truck than you do, Tuckers Parts is the place. Cody, Somer, and the staff know each and every Chevy truck from '47 on up like the back of their hand. Their superior knowledge has saved me so much time and kept me from making mistakes that could have been costly. When shopping around, I don't even bother because I know I can just get the best price and selection of parts from Tuckers. Don't even waste your time shopping around. I'll save you the hassle, do what I've learned - just call Tuckers Parts. It doesn t hurt that they are ULTRA friendly too.

I love these guys, they are honest and their prices are fair. I also love them because they actually answer the phone, and you get to talk to a live person. I highly recommend them and recommend them all the time to my customers.

Great parts resource for classic truck, and occasional classic car show. It is nice to have a local store that sells your classic truck parts, instead online only where you can t get quality feel of the parts.

Always prompt and friendly service. Have bought parts for my 49 3100 Chevy pickup truck on many accasions from door hinges and latches to full bedwood replacement kits. Great prices fast, reasonable shipping and they stand behind their products.

I was highly impressed by the car knowledge these guys have. Not only did they take interest in what I had concerns with, they also recommended many parts and resources for my build that I had not considered before I came in. Cody, in particular, was super helpful and genuinely excited about getting me the parts I need at a price I could afford. I can't recommend these guys enough.

BEWARE!! They had a booth at good guys car show, I asked the gentleman that was at the booth if I could use the classic instruments gauges I bought for my c10 in an LS application he said yes, come to find out that it wasn't you have to have special sending units that it doesn't come with and according to there policy I can't return the gauges even though they were never installed IM OUT 900 dollars now. and I spent 1000 more for some Dakota Digital one's that are actually compatible Ridiculous!!The shop installing said that still wouldn't make it compatible so are they lying too??

I ordered door panels December 5, 2020. Still haven't seen them. 2/13/2021. I understand there is a pandemic, but when I reach out to them, I have to do so 3 or 4 times before I get a response. Good Luck if you want parts quickly.

I drove down here to snag some parts for a 67 k10 I was restoring. They only had about half of the sheet metal I was looking for and the quality wasn't great. The price was ok. I bought the rest of my parts from classic industries, they were way cheaper and the parts seemed better.

As far as classic truck parts go, it doesn't get any better than Tuckers. They are awesome and super easy to work with. They have made the restoration process of my 59 Chevy so easy. They genuinely care about the project I am working on which is nice.

The sales person I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with was extremely unprofessional. After he told me that the part I ordered did not fit my application, I informed him that the description on the website was incorrect. He just laughed.I don't think it was funny at all considering that an inaccurate description and parts look up cost me over $30.00 in shipping to get and return the part. As a person in the auto parts field I just want to say that you guys really SUCK.. and we will most definitely not recommend you or do business again. Thank you for... oh yea... nothing. You don' t even deserve one star.

DO NOT BUY HERE Very poor quality parts not only bad design dangerous also BEWAREWas told to weld to existing part totally bogus companyLied to overcharged and sent bad unsafe and non working parts then given really bad excuses.Apparently attorney needed to get refund even. Cost me a fortune in lost revenue. DO NOT BUY HERE

Customer service was really good but if your looking for a full refund if you need to send something back your not going to get your money back. I m out of $70 thanks to this place.

Great place to buy your chevrolet parts and other vehicles great deals and prices in town an there employers are great so if you decide to get your parts or even just have questions about something talk to Mr Tom he's the best guy there I think to help you with whatever you need

Go somewhere else, not a very good experience. They are the worst business I have every delt with. They flat out lie and don't mind at all when you catch them . They just said oh well. Took my money and only gave me half my order. I wish I could give minus stars
