I will not be going back here. I went in for a standard tire change. Brought my own (quality) tires. They took 2 hours. The tires then needed a another rebalance. 10k miles later I rotated my tires and every single lug was like this video. Impact wrench wouldn t cut it. 18 breaker bar wouldn t cut it. I ended up using my jack handle on the breaker bar to break them loose. This is really dangerous. It risks your lugs shearing off while driving and loosing a wheel.

Definitely a five-star plus! Great friendly service.My tire sensor was saying one tire kept losing psi. Found something in two other tires, and my sensors needed to be reset. Thanks, Zach, for being so thorough. I'm so glad The Tire Company was recommended to me. I definitely recommend this place! They take good care of you. Thanks again to everyone at The Tire Company!

This place is awesome. They got me in so I can put my snow tires on my car and they did it in an hour and a half. Balanced and everything. If you need to put tires on your rims or anything else related with tires, they will do it fast and do a good job on it. I recommend them!

I can t say enough great things about this company they ve been helping me with tires on both of my work trucks just went in and had a new set of falcon wild peak put on my F350 and an alignment performed my front right tire rod was worn out and they replaced it for me They sent me back out on the road with a very reasonable price for new tires, alignment and tire rod replacement. Thank you tire company.

They ve consistently provided the best service at the best price. Kerry (?) at the front desk is so kind and informative of their processes, I always look forward to working with her (and the rest of the team)! Everyone works to find the fix in your budget, such as best tires for the price you can (or want to) pay. This is the only place I ll be bringing my car in the future.

They have helped me out multiple times. They could have easily tried to sell me new tires when all it needed was a patch. They did great and it's still holding up after 3k mile road trip. If you need tire service in Cedar City this is the place to go.

Heath JR and Landon have always been great to work with. Over the years I ve taken a few of my new trucks in for a leveling kits, wheels & tires, oil changes ect and I ve always been very happy with the service and help they offer. Thank you!!

I crashed my car during a snow storm and called around in places in Cedar to help me get things fixed. The Tire Company was able to squeeze me in between appointment and it only took a day for them to get my car back up and running. Very nice people and nice quality service!!

Multiple convenient locations. Great service and you can get a student discount! Highly recommend to anyone new to Cedar. Honest good working mechanics. Downside to them being so good is there are often long wait times. Will go again.

When I got a quote for my new tires I asked if that included a nationwide Road Hazard Warranty, the response was Yes, that includes the warranty. After the tires were mounted I asked where I would get a repair if I got a flat somewhere other than Cedar City. It was then that I learned that the only warranty I got was the basic defect warranty from the manufacturer. They do not offer Road Hazard protection. He may not have understood my question originally so I can t say I was deceived but if you think Road Hazard protection is important when buying new tires then I recommend you shop elsewhere. Other than that the work was professional and reasonably priced. The missing two stars is due to the lack of Road Hazard protection, which indicates how important it was to me.

Whaley was so kind, helpful, quick, friendly, and awesome! I had a nail in my tire and these wonderful people fixed me up and sent me on my way FREE OF CHARGE. Saved my whole day. So glad my dad recommended this shop, I would go back for any other needs. Thank you guys so much for your kindness and work.

My check engine light came on so I dropped in The Tire Company. They were so friendly and accommodating and were able to figure out the issue within a matter of minutes. They reset everything free of charge and I was out the door within 15 minutes of arrival. This was my first time at The Tire Company at the recommendation of my family and I will definitely be back for my auto needs.

Avoid at all costs. I used to recommend Tire Company, and have taken several vehicles here multiple times with no issue for regular service, but the last experience has been absolutely terrible.I took my truck to their shop a total of 4 times in the month of December 2018.#1 Regular visit to get brakes and an oil change, no issues#2 Check engine light came on, they swapped out an ignition coil and spark plug#3 4x4 started trying to engage while in 2WD and was grinding loudly. They claim they swapped out the vacuum lines, but when I looked they appeared to be the same old rotted lines from before. After talking to the mechanic later he told me the only changed out 1 set of them, not all.#4 4x4 still grinding and check engine light has come back on again for the same cylinder misfire that they claimed they fixed in visit #2. Had to come down again during the visit (they kept my truck 2 days in the shop because they say they couldn't replicate the issue) and test drive. Found nothing then. They swap out the lines and this time seems like they actually did it because I see new hoses when I look, great.So far after 4 visits I haven't had an issue with the 4x4, but we will see as it has only been a week.Check engine light came back on today 1-9-19, same issue from before that they claim they fixed twice.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. People leave positive reviews claiming they are cheap and did good work. Those people simply got lucky. This company is clueless at fixing issues, and does the absolute minimum possible to resolve an issue and get you out the door. I asked them multiple times to do a complete inspection on everything that could be causing the issues, and they failed to do so. My truck is having the same issue today that they claimed they fixed on 2 separate occasions.

Im happy with the new tires I got. I did however get a quote, then asked for my military discount. The old quote was taken and trashed and I got the new invoice on pickup. Somehow the new quote was still the same price, but now there was a tire disposal fee on the bill. I'm happy with the service, but I don't really think I was given the discount promised. Next time I will keep BOTH invoices to compare.

I went in for the first time today and was very impressed. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated on my vehicle. It was done in a very short period of time compared to other places around town I have taken my vehicle to. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and accomodating. Also the price was great - I love going to places that don't take all of your hard earned money each time you have to get an oil change. Thanks Tire Company - you just gained a loyal customer!

These guys took great care of me today, was on the road for work and my tires were losing air, turns out hit 2 nails, they were Able to fix the tires for a low cost with out having to buy new ones. Fast service too

This company went above and beyond. I appreciated there friendliness, kindness, and help. I am not from there, but my tire light went on and they were quick at getting me the help I need. I was so grateful I didn t have to drive 2 more hours north worried about my car getting a flat. I would highly recommend!!

I called ahead for a quote and was charged 40% more than the quote. I am a senior on a fixed income. It is important to me to know in advance what it's going to cost. I will not be back

Needed a tire repair from a nail we ran over while passing through town. This place was friendly when I called. They told me they were about an hour and a half wait. Fixed my tire with no issues and back on road in about an hour and a half. I liked the honest time frame. Thanks so much!! :)

I am quite dissatisfied with my service here. I asked them to check to see if anything is wrong with my car, and that is all. I never got a call when they were done, and when I arrive they charge me $50. I have never been charged for a service like this before, nothing was worked on or repaired save a single zip tie that was put on, and as a college student I simply do not have the money to spare. I never authorized them to charge me, had I known I would never have taken it in to them in the first place. I am infuriated and I do not plan on returning anytime soon. Had any actual work been done on the car I would be fine with the charge, but I have been charge $50 for someone to look at my car and not do a thing to it.

So I've been here 4 or 5 times now, between the two cars I own. The overall work leaves a lot to be desired. I had the brakes replaced and the rotors turned on my car recently. They ruined the rear rotors to the point where it didn't feel safe driving the vehicle so my father and I had chat with them (him being the intimidating dad and me being the inexperienced son that hasn't been to a mechanic before). They said okay we'll replace all four rotors all you have to do is buy them, so I buy them. I take it in to get the rotors replaced; come to pick it up around 3 hours later. Only the rear rotors are replaced and the second set is still in their box. Also, we had to find them in their shop because they didn't know they were even there and yet they somehow took them out of my backseat? Finally to top it all off they said "No, you'll have to pay for the second set to be replaced." Long story short, I'll never come back.Customer service: 2/10

My car broke down on my way home to Denver. The tow driver recommended I have my car brought here for good service. I love that it s across the street from a hotel and grocery store since I was going to be stuck there for a few days. Unfortunately, what I thought was going to be a quick fix ended up being a blown engine. I had to have my vehicle towed again to my car dealership, but they were great working with me and kept my car there until it could get picked up. Thanks for helping me through a stressful time!

Depending on who you get for help, determines your service. Suggest corby, he was very nice and did everything he could to help us in our situation. Landon on the other hand was terrible on the phone, and would not give us his word to complete repairs that were easy. The tire company did take care of us in the end, but they made a few mistakes that caused us to be late on our journey home.

I have never been so grateful for such a loyal company! My water pump broke on my car, I was driving from SLC to Vegas. I landed in Cedar City and these people treated me like a local! Corby went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, called before they worked on the car and fixed my car is a timely manner. Corby came in on his day off (Sunday) gave me the keys to drive my car back to SLC. They were so respectful and supportive during this time of distress. I appreciate this company so much and HIGHLY recommend taking your car, you can DEFINITELY trust them! They provide 10/10 service and truly care about their customers! THANKS TIRE COMPANY!!!!

Top notch customer service. I stopped by in a panic in need of a last-minute emergency repair and was moved to the front of the line and helped personally by the owner, who put my used tire on a new wheel....despite his clean shirt and pants. When i asked what I owed him he simply smiled, shook my hand and told me to come back next time I needed something. Best customer service ever. Thanks Tire Company!
