This company thought I was an out-of-towner because my license plate says Nevada. But late it'll do they know I am a local so they just steal your money. They claim they fix your tire but yet they don't. They charge you $25 to get your tire fixed. I drove to the airport my car sat for 3 weeks come out and my same tires flat again. They said I picked up a nail in the same tire. What a joke what a joke what a joke I will continue to always go back to rolling rubber. And wait if they want me to wait because their work is guaranteed. We'll fix your flat and not just put a patch anywhere.

Great place friendly personnel, they will take good care of your vehicle. They are honest with you on your repairs they prices are fair, and they do great work. I'm very pleased with them ,I highly recommend them.

I want to thank the team at Good Year in cedar city for helping me choose the perfect set of tires for my 2022 Polaris general. The ride on the street and on the trails is amazing. You guys really helped me out. I recommend you to everyone I know because of your amazing customer service.if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had a wait that was unexpected. They told me on phone to come right overn9 waiting. I was there within 5 mins. I had an oil chng and tire rotation. I was there over an hour. I was charged more than thd quote on their flyer. Not happy with my visit. The job was done but it took too long

Quick, friendly, and helpful. They helped me out with my car (ended up being a quick fix) and didn't even charge. 10/10 would reccomend

Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised with this service center. I had two issues to resolve and repair, one being a sensor for the ABS system. It turned out that a rear sensor had been broken off inside the wheel hub. Long story short they went the extra mile, on several facets of service to include expedited shipment of parts, loaned me a car to get home nearby, and saved me close to 200.00 from the original estimate. In conclusion, they were friendly (not short, gruff interactions often seen in burned out staff) over the top helpful, and honest who could ask for more when looking for an automotive service center? Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! While driving up from St. George I went off the shoulder of the freeway and broke the plastic air scoop under my car. These guys got me right in . The Technician that specializes in lift kits secured my scoop and inspected the whole underside of my car at no charge! These guys are top notch!! Highly recommended if I lived in cedar this would be the only place I d go to!!

Great team here, they replaced wheel bearing on my Chevy RV, the tech was a previous Dodge tech and I think he actually enjoyed the job! Service and appointment on time, work done right, now about 3000 miles away, smooth and quiet front bearings.

We got a flat right outside Cedar City and these guys got us a new tire on our vehicle and back on the road in a half hour. Great service!

the staff are very personable and very likeable although I had an appoint at 2pm for an alignment and an inspection and they weren't even able to look at my car until about 3:30 (the job was estimated to be 1 hour and 30 mins) and I was there a little after 5pm. If you are able to leave your car for the day by all means go with these guys but if you are dependent on your vehicle and have plans before 5pm you should find another place to do the work.

Brendan and his team are freaking awesome. They always take care of me. Dale installed my lift kit and his workmanship and attention to detail are unmatched! Love this place and will always do my business here!! Thanks again guys. I couldn t be happier.

We had a tire with a leak after a 1000+ mile drive, always a fun thing to find. Brought it to this Goodyear shop in Cedar City, and couldn t be more pleased. Very friendly and helpful staff, they did a great job patching the tire for a very reasonable price. They also got us back on the road quickly and with a smile. Thanks again guys, myself and my family appreciate it!

THESE GUYS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!If you re anything like me, it s hard to find someone to trust in the automotive industry. I ve had oil changes, tires repaired, and fuel filters replaced by them (RAM 3500). They are happy to help you with a smiling face as soon as you walk through that door! Nobody does business like this team. They ll get you taken care of!-Hayden

My daughter is a college student and we're 1000 miles away. She had a flat and took it somewhere else. Her rim was bent. They quoted her 600 bucks for a new one. I called The Tire Auto Center and spoke to JR. She took it there and they were able to bend the rim back and clean the corrosion instead of taking advantage of an 18 year old kid. Thank you for being honest and so helpful!! My faith in humanity is restored!

Kaden Sartini and his team are nothing less than remarkable. I have always been treated as a guest in their own home, and witnessed this same compassion guest after guest.I have never been charged for any unneeded parts or mechanical work. 5 star rating without a doubt..

Always a great experience when dealing with the people at Goodyear. The only place in town I trust to get the things done on my vehicles that I won t do myself.

in the last month i ve been here 3 times cause of nails and screws in my tires from the construction next door. the employees are also super kind and friendly, and even did my most recent one for free. the service is great and everyone here deserves the best!

We blew our tire on the interstate past Cedar City and were able to get the car to this store on our spare. They hooked us up with a used tire to get us home at no cost and did it super quick. Highly recommend these guys, excellent service.

So thankful we found this place to fix the damaged rim on our small vintage airstream. Jared went to work on it immediately, found the parts needed nearby, and didn't stop until the job was done. He was so polite and professional. The waiting room and nice and the bathroom was very clean.In a few hours we were on the road again!

These guys are hands down, the best ship in town!! Always fast, courteous and honest. Ive been using them for years and have nothing but positive things to say. They really do take care of their customers. I would highly recommend this shop!!!

So I had what I thought was an A/C compressor bearing going out. Lots of noise. I took it into Goodyear Tire and Auto anticipating a $1000 repair. Come to find out it was only a bad serpentine belt tensioner bearing. I was charged a mere $142. A less scrupulous shop could have easily taken me to the cleaners and I wouldn't have been the wiser. The mechanic who did the repair was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. He made me feel I was doing him a favor to be able to work on my car! I HIGHLY recommend Goodyear Tire and Auto Center.

Managed to get a screw in my back tire... went to Goodyear Tire & Auto... they fixed it and had me back on the road in no time! Thx guys!!Update: cold weather... needed the air in my tires checked... they were low. The awesome guys at Goodyear filled them all up and I was good to go! Thx again guys!!

I have had numerous tires repaired and replaced here. The service and prices are excellent. Most recently I ran in just before closing hoping to order a new tire and rim I had lost. I expected to wait a week to get them. Instead I was out the door in less than five minutes with a new rim and tire loaded into my truck. Now that is service. I highly recommend the Tire & Auto Center.

I went to get an allignment and new tires because one of my tires was showing cord. They told me they could fit me in for that amount of time in a week, so I scheduled an appointment. When I went to get the work done, I was told they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, and they could get them the next day, so I just got the allignment done. I was told that the tires should probably be in by 10am and to plan on coming in then. Well they called me about 9:45am to tell me the tires were in and that it would probably be a 1-2 hour wait. I asked about scheduling it the next day and I was told its first come first serve and they don't do appointments for that type of thing.

Kaden treated us with respect, competently and efficiently today during an emergency stop due to a warning light suggesting we ought quickly exit the I-15 near Cedar City, Utah, on a cross country road trip.Kaden is obviously a man of integrity, which is the highest compliment I can pay anyone. These guys are awesome!!! Super helpful and kind. We were on a trip and came through town with car damage - they had things fixed up in minutes and didn't charge us a thing even when we offered to pay. Can't beat that! These guys deserve your service!
