Abbi Thacker is the go to person if you have any questions about your order, issues with core charges, shipping, you name it. She is always on top of things and makes sure every customer is treated right!!!

I have called them from the beginning of my build and have been expertly advised through my 12v Cummins build. They ve been excellent to answer every question I ve asked and when I have questions about shipping and timing an American who speaks English answers the phone and is happy to help and actually follows up with me. The whole team at PDD is awesome.

I have nothing bad to say about power driven diesel. They are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful I've gotten performance upgrades for my Cummins and also transmission rebuild and upgrade products. Any questions I have had they have been able to answer or to help me figure out any problems. Very happy with their products and customer service.

My son and I have been working on a 2nd Gen Cummins rebuild for an F-350 swap and PDD has been our resource for the Performance Engine rebuild kit, injectors, AFC live and other misc parts. The kit had a better than expected turnaround time and deliveries were timely. Technical support was extremely knowledgeable providing great customer support. I have a big collection of PDD stickers now. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at power driven diesel is very helpful with any questions that you may have about your build. This was my first diesel engine that I rebuilt. Everyone I talk to took the extra time to answer every question that I had. I ordered most of my build through them some parts they didn t have but that s kind of the normal these days. Customer service and delivery time was Great. I ordered had the parts 3 to 4 days later. I will definitely order from power driven diesel the next time I need something. 8/8 /23 Just to give an update I ve got a little over 10,000 miles on the motor now I decided to go with a towing compound set up on it a 472 over a 35 turbo I match this engine to turn 4000 RPMs and I ve personally hit 70 pounds of boost out of it I love the engine

Customer service is terrible. The girls literally don t even know what they sell all done through third-party companies for the most part have no control over whats shipped if something is wrong it s at the buyers expense of shipping it back. Will never spend a dime here again. Avoid at all cost!!! Here we are going on a month still don t have the correct parts. I need to get a motor back together and I m out the money!! I don t have time to go send the wrong stuff back and wait another three weeks to maybe get the right thing! Because I refuse to deal with an idiot that doesn t even know what I m talking about. I shouldn t have to explain to you how parts are sold on your own website and what kit comes with what ???

Great customer service! They didn't have the injectors I ordered in stock and after a quick phone call they upgraded my injectors to the in stock one for free. Also great technical support line for after purchase questions!

Ordered Stage 2 Direct Drive and EPC Solenoids from PDD. Very professional, and when the distributor hadn t sent my package yet (had a trip coming up and was on a time crunch) they got them 2 day d to me just in time to get the install done. Awesome shop and great YouTube channel as well thanks guys!

I like them a lot they have very good customer service and the parts guys are great if you have a question about something theyll help you out very informative there a good company ive bought a lot of stuff from them everything in my ppump 24v came from them and i still have a lot more to get from them if your building a cummins 12 valve 24 valve vp44 or a common rail definitely check them out

I have never had a problem with PDD. My boyfriend and I have ordered several things from the website or over the phone. Products are good quality, shipping is normally fairly quick, and customer service is very nice. The employees are very helpful with answering questions and are very knowledgeable!! Would highly recommend.

JOSH AND THE TEAM ARE AMAZING ! Very thankful for the help I received from this company throughout my 97 12 valve build. When it comes to customer service they get five stars every time ! Fair pricing and fast shipping! From injectors to turbos I can t see myself ordering from anyone else and when it comes to machine work for my cylinder head etc. I ll be making the drive down to Utah from California to shake their hand and get it done right the first time! Thanks guys !

Power driven diesel is my go to shop for 12v performance there hot rod lift pump and injectors and delivery valves and afc live kit have my truck. Pulling like a dream and there customer service staff is always there to answer my questions wouldn't shop anywhere else
