It's a very clean store everyone looks really nice. They're very welcoming and nice. They were quick to get on any problems and figure it out. It didn't take them long to change my new tires. Very polite place. I'd recommend going to them for your tires

By far the best place to take my car. Although most of the local shops here in cedar city are also amazing but Les Schwab has always been my go to growing up in Oregon. Honest, fair, great customer service well run stores free flats I came in with a screw in my tire they fixed it for free, no questions asked. Took me about 30 minutes not too busy yet but I m sure they will be as more people catch on to how great this place is!!!

I recently had purchased tires at the Les Schwab in Kalispell MT. During our holiday trip south we developed a bad shake on the front end of our truck. Of course it was 530pm, but I happened to look out the window and saw the Les Schwab sign, called ahead, explained my situation and was told to c'mon in they would at least see what was going on. My family and I were welcomed and a thorough inspection was done on the truck and a broken CV axle was the culprit. They had a quote ready for me and explained everything they had done, I was assured that we should be able to make it to our destination and have the repair made there but they did such a great job we returned the following morning to have them perform the work. Jonathan and George were the managers I dealt with and they were professional and kept me informed of other work I'll need to have done when I returned home. The technician working on my truck were efficient and very polite I can't say enough about the amazing service I received, this shop was very transparent and kept me informed even taking me out to the truck to show me exactly what they were seeing so I was properly educated. Yes you probably pay more than Joe Blow working out of his back yard but I don't want just average service I'm looking for professionals and an elite service. Thank you Cedar City Les Schwab you set the bar for others to attempt to hit.

I am very pleased with Les Schwab in Cedar City! It is a very clean and organized looking tire shop. I went there to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They were very fast and had EXCELLENT customer service. A gentleman even came out into the parking lot to greet us and make sure we were getting helped right away. The gentleman at the front desk really seemed to know what he was talking about. For about a year now I have had a slow leak in multiple tires and no other tire or auto place in cedar and St.george has been able to fix my issue except for Les Schwab. I am grateful for their help. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! I ve taken my car into 3 different shops this past year to find why my brakes were grinding. Everyone said they were fine and they weren t grinding, but Les Schwab found it and identified the issue on the first visit after getting me in immediately. They found a small mistake made by the past mechanic and ordered the parts. They fixed the issue faster, cheaper, and with great customer service than any of the other shops in town. They not only fixed the issue that I ve been dealing with for over a year, but did so for a great price and were very kind. Keep up the great work guys!

I had the worst experience today! The young woman who welcomed me was super sweet and professional. The assistant manager could definitely take a lesson from her! He blurted out nothing has changed we still need half to start! Excuse me? I had new information a co-signer I was going to pay over 1500.00 for strut job he would not hear me out he was rude and short and has lost my business! And my friends and family as well! I was so surprised after my meeting with Johnathan the manager was great my first visit! It s ok I gladly will go elsewhere I work hard and I want to feel good where I spend my money and treated well!!

These guys have amazing customer service. Unlike most shops, when you drive into the parking lot, one of the techs will actually walk up to your car to greet you and find out what you are there for. They did a great job servicing my car and the flat repair was free. Highly recommend this place!

Hit a nail or a sharp object leaving St George, causing us to get a flat tire. These guys were able to get us in, fix the flat, put it back on, and get us back on the road in less than 15 minutes! Super nice, great service, and very quick!

I hit a rock and mauled a tire and tried several other places, who told me to just go take a walk. (I do drive an audi...a little harder to find kind of perf tire) . But these guys got me sorted and gave me an immediate solution. Service was over the top, tellin me why and wherefore and keeping me so much in the loop. They provide a solid guarantee. Friendly , professional, and honest. This is by far the best tire center and I've found my new home for basic service as well. Thanks guys.

These guys are awesome. Free tire rotation, even if tires were purchased somewhere else.Full vehicle check, also free.Would definitely recommend them.

They took care of us. Found us parts when we needed them and we will be returning for future work/projects. Good team. Good management. Very impressed.
