Mr Ortega was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely return here with 100% confidence. He's very busy and has a very unique crew of mechanics, and maybe it's a cultural thing, but when you trust him, you get quality! I loved it. I love the experience having my Subaru worked on. Whenever I'm traveling through Cedar City, I know Mr Ortega will take care of those weird mechanical needs that I may find that I need. He's got a bench under a beautiful shade tree just waiting for you to enjoy while you wait for your repairs to be done. Two thumbs up

I've been going to Juan for 20+ years. I can't tell you how many times he's worked on our cars. You get good service, a fair price, and a friendly and professional staff. Used to love this place and now they are apparently catering to non locals as they won't even fit our truck in to look at a squeak. My husband uses his truck to get to and from 2 full time jobs and we can't wait 2 weeks. We've been loyal customers for years. Extremely disappointed.

Couldn t agree more with the other reviews I ve read! I had an issue with my oil plug and they fit me in their schedule the day I called even though they had a lot of jobs to do that day! Juan also looked into my vehicles repair history and let me know about a few part replacements that I might want to consider getting in the future. I was very satisfied with my service

Amazing! Best mechanic so far. I've taken my car to good year several times and they couldn't tell me what's wrong. Within 30 minutes Juan told me my head gasket was blown and gave me advice on my car. Honest,good work and fair price. Never taking my car anywhere else. Great place!!! I highly recommend it!:)

One of the best mechanics in town, if not the best. What I like about Juan is that he's honest and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Hes the kind of mechanc you want. If it's not broken he won't fix it. He is really busy so it's a good idea to call before and set up a time to come in. He's mechanic you can trust.

I really am thankful that Juan, is so wise, and he was able to fix my roommates car, even after several others tried, that were bigger companies. I hight suggest his services. My parents have also gone to him for at least as long as they have known himin Enoch. More than 20 years, he may be busy, its because he is so Very good at his chosen profession.

Was looking to change transmission oil in a pickup but everywhere in town was close to $200. After about a week of waiting (and driving) the transmission seemed toast- had a friend tow me to Juan's and he just tightened the shifter and changed my oil for less than $100. He had a big smile and so did all his employees. Great experience

He did very good work and has ech time ive gone there. My transmission took longer then expected but it was caues it was a rebuild and was a mess in the old one. He told me all he was doing and why tnings whent the way thay did and for a good price. Even fir as busy as he is he still gets you out fast.

Service Dog friendly, Handicap accessible. Recommended by an automotive Dept. Chair of local college. That endorsement says it all. Shop is organized and clean. We were passing through town when our engine light came on. We stopped into Walmart and an employee overheard us talking about the "multiple misfires" and recommended Juan. We called and he said to bring it right over. He looked at it on the spot and changed out all 8 of our oil-covered spark plugs right then and got us back on the road to North Carolina. Juan was friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. So glad Jackie recommended him!

Great work and amazing service! Go here if your car has issues. Had a breakdown on a road trip and these guys had it turned around ready to go same day, getting it done well after close. Best shop ever!
