The employees at the cedar city location were rude and tried charging me for many things i don't need, I'm not sure if they make commission off charging more or just enjoy lying to their customers thinking we don't know what we're talking about. Would not recommend and will not he coming back.

I would give it a zero star if it was an option.I had oil change done 3 weeks ago, and ever since then my car has leaked oil which had never happened before.I got my battery terminal cleaned by them, but they barely cleaned it. If they consider this a great service, I would never recommend anyone to go here. Only go here if you want to waste money and time.

This store tried to scam me. I went in for an oil change and they said the cap had been double threaded by whoever put it on last and they could fix it if I bought a new cap and pan for like $150. I declined and took it back to the last store I had my oil changed at so they could fix it since they broke it, and there was nothing wrong. I even had another shop check it out to make sure it was all good and it was.

I've been coming here for years and it's been consistently good. The crew is efficient, honest and good mechanics, and always really friendly. I've never had a problem when I've come.

Terrible service!! Out of stock of all air filters we needed replaced, couldn t change the transmission fluid due to the location of getting to it, didn t put the screws back on the air filter box and had to go buy some myself, couldn t change the front differential oil because of the skid plate . Guess pulling some screws is out of their field of expertise! Got home, parked in driveway a few hours and now have a big oil stain on the driveway due to their sloppy work. NEVER use this location again!!!Service: Oil change

I went in with a coupon that was EXTREMELY misleading. Very dissatisfied with my experience. I will never take a vehicle to Jiffy Lube again and will encourage others to avoid Jiffy Lube AT ALL COSTS. Was 100% conned out of money and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I ve been to this Jiffy Lube twice now for oil changes. They ve been very efficient, and friendly. They check any maintenance issues I may need to address, are knowledgeable about questions I ve had, and they have given me speedy service. Perfect for the routine maintenance of my car. Pretty expensive for what it was. They did their bit quickly and explained what they recommended, but $139 for an oil change is a lot. $30 to fix a tire is high as well. The political commentary I received was free, however - not appreciated, but free.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I highly recommend going anywhere else. Went here for an oil change and tire sensor replacement. They told me it would be $80 plus an oil change. Ended up paying over $300 for an oil change and two tire sensors replaced and what they said was a tack in my tire with no one calling me before doing the repairs or double checking the price. We were okay paying it at the time as the tire light had been all winter (tires weren't losing air) and we had a trip coming up so we wanted to have it all taken care off. Two days later my tire light comes on again so we took it back, waited for it then were told it was a staple in the tire we'd some how gotten in the two days since we left. We then paid for a patch in addition to what we already paid. Two more days later my tire light comes on again for the 3rd time with my tire being 20 psi below what it should be at so we took it back in and waited on it. We were then told nothing was wrong and they reset the light even despite us telling them it was actually low and their patch didn't work. Then a whole day later, we go to leave town for our trip and the tire light is back on with the tire being low. Took it to another company and they said there was definitely a hole in the tire and the patched it for free. I will never come here again and highly recommend you don't either.

Went in for a tire to Rotation and oil change. I left jiffy lube got on the free way, noticed my tires still shook. I called jiffy lube and asked if they changed rotated my tires, I was told no. The man said didn t she tell you we didn t do the rotation? I said no she told me she did and I was charged for it . We stated they were not able to do the rotation, and if I could come back they would refund me for the charge. Now I have to wonder if they even actually changed the oil. Update to my recent two star review:The regional manager here contacted me the very next day and promised to make this right. He purchased me a new part to fix the problem and offered to replace it himself. I have the part and opted to replace myself, I appreciated the quick response and coming through to make this right.I went there with my 93 first gen Cummins. My experience with the man at the register was great! The kid that slammed my hood as hard as he could three times because it didn t close the first time he did it was not. This resulted in denting my brand new 400 dollar intercooler. I didn t confront them as I didn t see it until I was home. Damage to a vehicle is not acceptable, i understand doing it once, not three or four times.Service: Oil change

So I took my Toyota Corolla in to get the transmission fluid changed. They told they couldn't do that for my car. So I took my car to Shell on Main Street and they did it for me.

My car started overheating at 5 on Friday. They found the problem, couldn t get the part that morning. Offered me a ride to a hotel and had me on the road by 9:30 the next morning. I d give them 10 stars if I could.

This is gonna be a long one but my honest opinion, so I have a couple reasons we will not be returning to jiffy lubeThe Customer Service is not good, first off on this one is I didn t get names of anyone because they don t wear name tags and don t introduce themselves, the guy working the computer didn t understand how their system worked, he then continued to lie(when he lies he can t look you in the eyes and say anything, but he can when he s joking ) and kept changing his answers to everything my wife asked, then would look at me when responding to my wife as if I were the one talking to him? My wife had purchased the deal that you buy 3 oil change vouchers for $80 but it would not pull up so we ended up paying the $54 simple oil change.. the deal was hung on the window and he couldn t even find it off the numbers we were emailed, waiting on refund for that now. But the biggest thing that bugged me was the worker that was just casually smoking in the garage door entrance with the wind blowing it straight into the lobby, again no name tag to say who he was, and finally the guy at the computer admitted there was no manager in and proceeded to refer to his coworkers as incompetent, and unreliable help makes you worry doesn t it?I m not one to usually complain but this was a bad experience, I ve worked in changing oil and tires before I wouldn t have came in if I had a spot to change my own oil.. l would just recommend the wait at Walmart, cheaper, nicer, and actually use their deals!

Oil filter so tight, it rivals the strength of the universe. Jiffy lube has been caught in scams too.. look it up. Never going there again. I will also get all friends and family to stop going there.

Staff were awesome. I didn t have a coupon and one of the staff game me a coupon for $30 off my oil change. Really quick work. I use to go to a different place in town for oil changes and my first experience (and all others) was so great that I only going to Jiffy Lube now.

I have been to this Cedar City, UT location three times. I am from out of town and have yet to receive service like this on oil changes in my own town. Every time I pull up at this Jiffy Lube, I am happily welcomed, immediately heard and my service is performed rapidly. They check on any concern I have and perform extra services like window cleaning, vacuuming and top fluids and also ask if tires need rotating. The first time I had my oil changed as a new customer, from the time I arrived, entered my info, performed service and laid was an astoundingly fast 15 min. It was a jiffy!!
