My Dad bought a Can AM Defender a couple years back. DP has kept it like new with great service. I hear how great Laci is quite often. Thank you for taking such good care of my Dad. We appreciate you.

The D & P Performance team is fabulous. We were looking for a pair of Snow mobiles. We were brand new to the snow mobile world. Nick took the time to explain the different machines. Through a series of questions he helped us narrow the selection to the precise model that would fit our experience and riding conditions. I am very impressed with the D&P team, and I will recommend them to all I know. These are great people. We bought a pair of Arctic Cat Riot x 8000's. Now, after riding them, I'm exceptionally happy with the choice.

The D&P Wildcat Sand Hollow 2019 ride was great. It was awesome to have a pit crew with you on the ride. The people were so great, everybody cared and helped one another if there was any issues. The rides were so much fun. We'll have to do it again. There were about 40 of us.

These guys are great! We have had them fix broken atvs, service atvs/side by sides, add skid plates to side by sides, special order tires for us, and they have even delivered our atvs when we were unable to (for a reasonable fee) to Parowan. They are kind, helpful, and even remember your name! We will continue to visit them for our speciality needs!

Hands down, the best service I have ever had on any of the vehicles I've owned. Their entire staff is helpful, friendly, and their knowledge of the products they sell, surpasses any dealership I have done business with in the past. I am a customer for life.

Hands down the best place to do business with. The transaction with my x3 went super smooth and without any issues. D&P has continued to take care of me and the friends I ve recommended D&P to. I will continue to send my friends to purchase from D&P and highly recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing a UTV, ATV, or snow machine. The staff at D&P run a top notch operation.

You would think that after telling them you have everything ready to go with the bank and have the cashier check written out that they wouldn t sell it from under you. I rented a trailer to fit 2 side by sides that I was going to buy. Spent 300 to rent a 26 trailer.Listed as a private seller. Had told me to have the check made out to D & P Performance. Apparently I m supposed to automatically assume it s a dealership. I told him I needed someone to meet me at the bank so they can stamp the title with their lien. Said they couldn t until today. Fine, today comes, I ask if we re still on for today. They literally let someone put a deposit late last night but also said this morning . So now it s sold but won t even be paid for until next week? It s really just a messed up situation seeing as I live 3 hours away. Thanks anyway

Bought our Can Am almost two years ago from Mike. Easy, painless, quick experience. Anytime we stop in, Mike is there and he s the man when it comes to service or just general knowledge. Mike is the reason why we love D&P.

Great experience working with D&P. I live about 50 miles away and was able to do everything by email and phone. Response times were quick and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Both machines I bought were all ready for pick up when I arrived with paperwork and everything. Totally hassle free buying experience. Thanks to Laci and her crew!!

I contacted D & P and spoke with Jeremiah the service Manager... I was having a tire issue. Jeremiah sent Brad to pick up my UTV one hour away and take to D&P for tire service and a oil change service... and returned my UTV the same day.. Awesome job. Thank you.

Looking into buying a new Can Am side by side, and we were told this is the place to do so. The staff was more that friendly. Tyler was very informative of everything we looked at. He gave pros and cons to every machine my family and I looked into. I am buying from this company. I trust them, and you should too.

Very friendly good people. Always take my bikes here for service but just make sure you double check you get your used parts back and go over the service invoices together. They have always done right by me but they've missed things and charged over quote a couple times. Again when brought to their attention it was immediately fixed so I don't think it was on purpose but they might need to work on communication between customer, service and front counter.

Nice modern family friendly place. Knowledgeable staff with a big selection of new on and offroad vehicles and personal watercraft. The pretty blonde lady working there dropped what she was doing to greet me and ask how she could help me. Pointed me in the right direction and I was taken care of right away. Top notch place!

Life Savers!! Was having some issues with my dirtbike, took it into Factory PowerSports and they were a nightmare. $120 down the drain. SO I had to find a new shop I could actually trust. I heard about these guys so I gave em a whirl!D & P absolutely exceeded my expectations. Robbie was my mechanic. He called consistently to make sure I always knew what they were doing and never proceeded without my approval.I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was. The problem on my bike ended up being something that would have been very difficult for the average joe to diagnose. The fact that he found it, and QUICK at that, tells me he knows what he s doing. I know where I m taking my bike from here on out!Can t say enough about how awesome these guys are. The establishment is modern and up to date, very easy to spend too much time looking at everything they have on display, they have an incredible inventory of machines, and their customer service is phenomenal!! If you haven t given them a chance, do it. You won t regret it.

We were in UT doing some riding in the Coral Pink Sand Dunes when we blew a belt on our Arctic Cat Wild Cat. I called a couple places and this is the only dealer where the owner called me back within 5 minutes and even though they were slammed offered to change the belt that day so we could enjoy our vacation.Dean and his staff did a great job of explaining how the belts on the new Wildcats functioned in sand (since I have not ridden this in sand yet). It was a great education and even though they ere busy, they took the time to talk to us and we never felt like they were rushing on to the next job.I will definitely be stopping in here again next time we are out this way to check out all of their after market performance parts for the wildcat. If you live anywhere around these guys, I highly recommend you check out their shop.Thank you Dean and Jeremiah for saving our vacation!!

Can t say enough about the service dept. I had an issue with my carb on my four wheeler on Wednesday and had an elk hunt Saturday. Ran into Sam in the shop and told him what I had and they got it fixed by Friday. Customer service is great and I would suggest it to anyone

Can't say enough about these guys. Dean has definitely left a legacy here. The service and knowledge of atv and utv equipment is second to none! Great prices on new machines as well! Highly recommend D&P!

Don't know about anyone else at this place. Robert Burr is the real deal motorcycle mechanic. A+. That's who I recommend. I believe it's been ten years I've trusted his knowledge and abilities. Makes it seem simple.

I really like these guys. I needed a drain screw for my carb and they took the time to find one that fit right. They're really friendly. They also know their stuff. Ifs nice to have a shop that is well informed.

I purchased a 2018 Alterra and had the clutch and belt basically explode while riding the second time I took it out. I returned to DnP and had them diagnose the problem and they let me know within a week. I was quite upset that a new machine would have this happen and needles to say, they were dumbfounded at the shop as well. It was not under warranty but the mechanic at DnP raised hell with Arctic Cat and made them pay for it completely, how awesome is that! But, a few days later on August 14th I received a call that the parts would not be in until October 10th! Uhhhhm, unacceptable. So I went down the next day and the owner Nick said that was total BS and sat with me in his office for almost an hour making phone calls to Arctic Cat to get the part delivered pronto... It was in the next day and my quad was ready on Monday. Nick is the man, a living legend of what the very definition of customer service is and should be. If you are thinking of buying, this company has your back... Thanks, Nick!

Took my old (1974) trail bike in for new rear tire. They got me in right away and had the job done even sooner than promised. Reasonable price. And I was impressed with how nice everybody was.

Had D&P work on two of my snowmobiles last spring. After storing the machines in their yard for about a month, they did work I did not authorize and presented me with a large bill. They must have left the engine intake ports open on one of my machines during a rainstorm. I didn't try to start until this fall (yes I stored with fuel treatment) only to find water in the carburetors and cylinders. Engine was siezed due to rust. Won't trust these guys with another machine. Had to give one star in order to post review. Would prefer zero stars.

I brought my 2001 GSXR 1000 for some front forks to be rebuilt nothing cosmetically wrong with my bike. They told me two weeks it took over 4 weeks, I truly believe they only got it done because I continued to call and nag about quality of service. Well when I finally did get my GSXR back windshield was cracked. Spoke to owner and he went on about security cameras and I will look into it. Several weeks go by, he states I cannot tell whether it was cracked before or after you dropped it off. I told him this is a 12 year old bike look at the condition (which is great) you really think im going to lie about a 20 dollar part being broke. Needless to say they did not replace the part they cracked during the repair so they will lose out on the income of 2 to 3 services every year I do plus, I will let everyone know of their extremely poor service repair technicians and customer service.
