My van has overheating issues. I took it in twice for repairs.First time went wonderfully. Easy fix (thermostat). Fast, and efficient and I was down the road.Second time was horrible. Had the van.towed in. After waiting 6 days I finally found out my vehicle needs a new Head Gasket....$3450.00. I told them to fix it. After waiting 2 weeks and 2 days, I get a call telling me that they need a "special tool" to do the job. Now they can't do it. They said they would call around yo find someone to help me (I don't think they did).I had to rent a car from July 5 - July 25. $1034. I'm so mad. Had to buy a vehicle.Will never go here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service center is top notch! I have been using these guys for all my mechanical needs for approximately 5 years. The people working the desk are very knowledgeable and and friendly. The mechanics have always done a great job at diagnosing/fixing and maintaining my vehicles.

So professional. Who feels great about having to pay the rent? Not here. Always a smile, remembers my name( five stars there), and takes care of problems right away. So lucky to have rented from this group of Real professionals.

Our water pump failed just outside of town as we were on the road to Las Vegas. We got the car in first thing the next morning. They ve been excellent to work with

They feel that the customer is not very intelligent. They feel that your stupid enough to buy a car without driving it. Would not share prices on a vehicle without driving it. I know my schedule and what I have time for at that moment. They like to play games

I had my oil changed in my never had a problem Acura. Checked my oil the next week and it was empty. They forgot to fill it!
