Battery depot installed 2 Deka batteries in my diesel truck at the end of 2016. I just replaced them at the end of 2023. I was a little apprehensive buying this brand because I hadn't heard of it before but getting 7 years of use proved otherwise.

I have done business here for a long time, but no longer - I sent my wife in to have them put a new battery in her vehicle, the person that helped her had NO CLUE what he was doing, ended up breaking the clamp on the negative cable so it wouldn't tighten, and instead of taking 2 minutes to remove the battery hold-down bar he BENT IT up 90 degrees to get the old battery out.... SERIOUSLY?? if it wasn't for a U-haul customer who noticed what he was doing and offered to finish the job she wouldn't have known any different and would be driving around with an un-secured battery and a loose connection. I hope the tech enjoyed the tip she gave him anyway, because he certainly didn't deserve it.

We needed 2 new batteries for our motorhome. Hunter was so great to work with. He went above and beyond providing great customer service on multiple trips to the store. I'm definitely a Battery Depot customer from here on out for all my battery needs.

Battery depot has my business for life if they keep doing what they are doing. They take very good of their customers and they even switch the battery for you. I have bought 4 batteries from them for 4 different vehicles and the batteries are a better price by far and better quality by far.I highly recommend battery depot for anyone who needs a battery.

Ive visited multiple times and theyre always super accomodating and nice! Also, cheapest price in town for a new battery and replacement!

Do not buy Deka batteries for your RV!!Service and sales is great at this shop but the Deka batteries I bought here, tho they should have more, have about HALF the amp-hrs of the Trojans I replaced. They are worthless. Before I could run my microwave on my system (800 watts of solar and 4 - 6 volt batteries system. Now these Deka collapse to under 12 volts in just 15 seconds. The Deka batteries are garbage.

Rented a U-haul truck with all the necessities for moving from this location.... they were easy to deal with, reasonably priced and awesome to work with!!

Avoid this business. The employee has no clue what he doing. High prices, terrible service. Over the years we have spent a lot of money here but NEVER AGAIN!
