Last time I came in a couple years ago the guy yelled at me if I didn't have a mask I need to leave.Today the first kid that was helping me was a dark skin kid with black curly hair. He had to take a cell phone call right in the middle of helping me and left me waiting for 5 minutes until the older gentleman asked if he could help. He was very friendly and helpful.

My jeep broke down in their parking lot- they read my check engine light codes , gave me perfect advice on how to get it started again and recommended an amazing mechanic who got me back on the road. A++ thank you!

Cannot express enough how impressed I was with the staff of AutoZone in Cedar City, particularly Roman, who really went above and beyond to help us with urgent battery issues which were more complicated than expected, near closing time, in the middle of our road trip. Thank you so much!

Our check engine light came on after fueling up at a Sinclair station. We went to Auto Zone in Cedar City on Main to have a free diagnostic done. It was a fuel error code. We asked for a local mechanic and they gave us Steve's Shell. Told us that is where all the locals go. It was spot on. Mechanic (Fred) took care of us with a simple fix. Thank you Auto Zone for sending us to a reliable mechanic.

I sent my daughter to her first year at SUU and a week later she had a problem with her visor. Tanner helped her by lending a socket wrench and when she couldn t quite figure it out, he helped her take the old one out and put the new one in. It was much appreciated for this old dad who lives 3.5 hours to have someone looking out for his daughter on her first time out on her own. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I went in to buy a thermostat, they didn't have it but said they could order me one. Told me it was gonna be 75 bucks. I went to Oreillys had what I needed in stock for 20 bucks or a different brand for 22 bucks. Autozone is ripping yall off.

The staff are surprisingly always helpful and chipper. I've never gone here and seen someone paste on a smile that's obviously tired and fake. The entire staff seems geniune and kind.

Jessica went above and beyond taking care of us today. She called another store to make sure they had something we needed, so that we didn t have to drive to our 4th location trying to find it.She even took it apart for us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She needs a raise.Igloo service

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location in Hurricane Ut.I walked in after 800 miles of a check engine light being on during a cross country road trip. I had been to an O'Reilly earlier and had good help but nothing like Paul! He was a kind gentleman that came out with me and read my code in the RAIN. Then proceeded to print out the information for me to read and take with me, before helping me order the part I was in need of. Paul was so helpful and not too quick to "sell" me a part, he ran through what I was experiencing and made sure I wasn't just trying to buy a part I didn't need. He helped ease a young man's worry, Thanks Paul! He deserves a raise for how he treated me!!!

I came in for my transmission fluid warning light coming on and I just needed a dip stick to check the fluid level. I ended up dropping my fluid cap and couldn t grab it from any angle. They didn t have my fluid cap in stock but they helped me with their tools. Kit P., Braedon, and Aaron were extremely helpful with great service.

Thank you so much Tom for your help this morning at the cedar city, Ut location. Thank you for lending us the right tools, step stool so we can get home from our long road trip. All staff was very friendly as we have kids with us that needed to use the bathroom while my husband was working on our truck in the parking lot. Highly recommend this Autozone they went above and beyond.Thank you

Came in and was initially helped by Rosalia, she was a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team member, she was very quick to get my part from the back and the rental tool I needed. Because I brought in my old part, I was able to preform the repair in the parking lot. Because I didn't have my tools with me, George was very helpful and understanding and let me borrow the stores tools and even gave me an extra hand when I needed it. Overall great and friendly customer service with smiles all around

My wife and I were traveling somewhere and these guys made sure we got the right windshield wipers for our Subaru Impreza Hatchback! If there were seven stars I would give them all to these guys. Thank you AutoZone!

I went in to get some screws to put my car plates on my new car. I asked for help and Brian was really nice coming out to check. I purchased The ones I needed and another gentleman came out with me to put it on. We realized you needed the 4 little squares where the screws go. So he went in and came out with new screws and those new squares purchased by Brian. Which I was so great ful cause I would had paid for them. All I know is that the customer service was amazing and made my Day! Thank you gentlemen for being pleasant and helpful!

They have a good selection of shelf items and the price is OK. The guy behind the counter told me what to do about my problem and gave me his opinion. They are there to help and assist in a friendly way. 3 times as nice as the other Auto Zone I was at a month ago.

We were driving through on our way to St. George with a battery that wouldn't charge. Stopped at Auto Zone and they had just the battery at a reasonable price, and one of their kind staff installed it for us! Thank you for making our trip less stressful.

Right now. The employees are very rude. My brother and I walked in simply and quickly to get sockets for his hitch and they wouldn t leave us alone about masks. They condescended and harassed us. They didn t ask or inquire as to whether or not we were able to wear masks and obviously couldn t care less. We went over to O Reilly and were treated much better and had a better experience. They treated us like adults and gave wonderful customer service. I will be giving O Reilly my business from now on as they are friendly and treated me with respect and as an individual. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Bought a battery and had it installed in 15 minutes.Dave helped me putting on windshield wipers in stormy conditions. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around kind gentleman!Autozone is my preferred auto parts store in Cedar City!

I'm writing to compliment Traci, your employee. I went to AutoZone with a concern regarding a Check Engine light. Traci pulled the diagnostic code and provided me with a printed sheet describing the failure, even giving me some suggestions regarding the possible cause of the emissions failure. One of the suggestions coincided with what I had suspected. The problem was easily corrected. Traci was very professional, courteous, and helpful. She's a great asset to Auto Zone in Cedar City! Thanks, Traci, I really appreciate your kind help today!
