NO ACCOUNTABILITY! 14 paint chips appeared AFTER the install of a new windshield. The owner's explanation was that rocks and dirt hit my vehicle during the drive home, causing the paint to become weak. Somehow all these rocks and dirt didn't hit the hood, roof, new windshield or anywhere else on my truck - only along the edges next to the windshield. Also, black adhesive was splattered in various places. I guess the rocks were covered in this stuff too?. Basically, this business would rather blame magic rocks than be accountable for their actions.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I shattered the back window on my van. They had me back on the road within 24 hours and even addressed another issue. Everyone was very kind and respectful. Their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend A-1 Glass!

Fantastic!! Easy peasy!I needed my windshield replaced due to a major crack from a thrown rock. I called, spoke with the owner, received a reasonable quote. New windshield was ordered, appointment was made. It only took an hour to install. Had very pleasant conversations with other customers and staff while I waited. End result is Great! Very happy... highly recommended!!

These guys are awesome! They were able to order a rare windshield for my vintage dump truck. It came in as promised and they were able to install it the next day. Looks great and they were able to replace drivers side without needing to replace passenger side. Thank you Mark! you do great work and went above and beyond to help me get my truck started on a cold day.

My sunroof cracked so we took it in. Said it would be done the end of the week. Come Friday, they called said they need to keep it until Monday. Come the first of the week, they called and said they ripped the cover that slides over the sunroof and would be a few more days. Friday afternoon they called and said it was ready. I rounded up a ride and pulled in the parking lot around 4:35 and passed a car leaving. Their schedule is 8 to 5 posted on the door...all locked up including my car in a garage. I immediately called and got an answering machine saying they will return my message right away. I am stranded until Monday due to my husband had to go to California. No return call!We have taken our vehicles there many times and referred many people over the years. Maybe this is just this time but we have been more than patient and understanding until they took advantage of it.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Great, fast service I have ever had. We had an issue with the window suddenly dropping, I was unable to fix it myself, so I first called my mechanic to get an appt. When we found out that it's going to be 2 weeks before they could even get me in, we searched for other alternatives. I made 1 call to A1, and they got us in less than 20 mins. All together, we were more satisfied with the response and quaility of service they provided.

They have done two windshields for me in the last two years. Both times the truck was clean when i picked it up, no debris to clean up like I ve had with other shops. Friendly. This time around the dealership was supposed to deliver the windshield first thing and that didn t happen. They got on the phone and got that problem fixed, got the repair done today. Including having to calibrate the safety systems. I m happy with their service and I didn t have to go to the dealership because of the electronics on the new truck. Worked with my insurance. We were traveling through. They got us in and out quickly. They were friendly and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Windshield looks great.

Quick and helpful. They weren't able to fix the crack completely, but they were up front and honest about it and they didn't charge me for the work they did. If my windshield ends up needing replacement I know where to go

Amazing!!! Hands down! They are such kind people and they are hardworking and do the right thing. It's rare to run into business people like that, but these folks are. They replaced my whole rear windshield on my old car and my new car had some chips they patched up. All for a good price. I absolutely recommend them.

A1 has replaced a few windows for trucks where I work, and they have always been fast. They also have the best rates for anyone in southern Utah with great customer service. If you need it done fast just call them up and they will bend over backwards to help you out.

Top skilled workers were able to reset my RV windshield, cost $70. I ask another glass company and they eliminated $500 if they had to pull out the glass. My first time there, they treated me great. I would recommend A1 Glass for their skills and honesty.

Picked up a rock chip about 50 miles out of cedar city and we called around for repairs on the route to St. George. Safelite quoted us $114 for a quarter sized chip on or RV. A-1 was able to do it for $25 and got us in right away. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Safelight would have had us wait for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes, too. Thank you A1 for being so helpful to us on our long journey home.Service: Auto windshield repair

Fantastic !! Our RV was hit by a hail storm in Duck Creek which shattered our window. These guys got us in quickly and replaced the window. They worked with insurance and got the job done right. Thank you guys. You were a blessing that day.

Everyone has a story about how a female got treated unfairly by a mechanic and it's unfortunately true that women in general get taken advantage of by the auto repair industry.NOT at A-1. My wife went in there to have leak where her windshield and roof meet checked out. Not only did they do an excellent job(I ran the hose on it for 15 mins) they gave her a better price than a competitor gave me!I highly recommend A-1!!! They stand by their work, affordable, and efficient!
