An interesting little tourist trap. There is a rock store and an ice cream shop. The ice cream is very good and very inexpensive. It was $2 per scoop!

Got the cow patty special. Basically a cookie ice cream sandwich. Nice stop. A little slow at the register.

My wife and I visited in May 2021. It's definitely a tourist trap, but as tourist traps go, it was worth the stop. We had ice cream at a great price and enjoyed the rock shop. I'm a geology nut, so it was worth the stop. We'd stop again!

The service was poor, ice cream left something to be desired, and no bathroom for customers to use in a food & beverage establishment. Ice cream was very cheap as others mentioned, so it was a cold treat after a hike, but nothing special about it.

NIce place to have a little trip to the past. Western-style town-like stores. Just having a look is worth it. There are few parking spots but otherwise you can park across the street. They only open seasonally (from May) but even if closed it is beautiful.

At a glance it's a very cute place to visit, and take photos. They offer activities, such as horseback riding. However, after parking and walking out to look at the horses in the cage it was a very sad sight. In over 90 weather the poor horses were tied up to their posts, no access to water, wearing their heavy saddles. I don't know anything about horses, but they seemed to be getting agitated in the heat. They were tied up very closely together with no access to shade whatsoever. They should at least have access to water on hot summer days like that. Other than that tragic sight, they had a rock store and gas station along with an ice cream shop.

We stopped off after hiking Bryce Canyon. We ordered the ice cream, some truffles, and some glazed pecans. All of the items were tasty and full of flavor. The prices were also reasonable. We also picked up a t-shirt and hat on the way out. The staff was super friendly too.

Ice cream sandwich are such a good deal - pick 2 cookies and your ice cream flavor for $2.5 - coming from Seattle i can't even get one cookie at that price that would be $12

first of all - the service was very helpful and friendly. however, we were hoping for a very nice ice cream after a long hike. as soon as we tasted the first bite the disappointment kicked in. the ice cream had no flavor, the cookies were disgusting and the churros were dry and bitter from the intense amount of cinnamon. also, everyone with nut allergies be very careful - they seem to put (wal)nuts into everything. not recommended!

We got ice cream at the little shop and explored the awesome rock store. Friendly staff and fun environment.

If you're in Bryce Canyon National Park, take the opportunity to stop - souvenirs, ice cream and rock (as in geology , not music) store. And photo opportunities.

Neat little shopping center across the street from the large Best Western hotel and one of the Bryce Canyon Park shuttle stops. We browsed inside for souvenirs and rocks and then decided to get ice cream. It gets SUPER busy inside and the lines are very long for ice cream. The ice cream is pretty good - not amazing - but not bad. When we got some it was staffed with a bunch of foreign exchange students from other countries working there for the summer and they were friendly and hard-working.

Very disappointing. It has a cute front but inside is nothing special. The best part is the ice cream! The first part is a gift shop that is VERY clearly republicans/Conservative. Everything they sold was very biased. All the tin signs they sold were things such as Second Amendment signs, hippies ever through back door. No exceptions etc.Over half of the shops is just rocks You can do better.

My family and I wanted ice cream and showed up at 7:52 pm, unknowing the place closed at 8:00 pm - there was a sign on the door saying such. Luckily, we got there with a few minutes to spare. Or so we thought. As we opened the door, an employee pulled it closed on us and said, "We're closed." When questioned over the fact there was still 8 minutes left before closing time she said, "No, we're closed. I have to lock the door." She proceeded to slam the door in our face and then locked it by putting a PAD LOCK on the door. A couple sitting outside said the entire place treats people like that.A manager was outside and let us in a different door where we saw over 50 people still inside. A mode of egress was completely eliminated from the store with that pad lock and should a fire have happened in that time, I question if the building could have been evacuated safely.Although we were let inside, I refused to purchase ice cream as we were initially turned away and I refuse to give my business to a company that doesn't respect or appreciate their customers. Bryce is a tourist town yet this business is completely fine to turn away and frustrate their customers.

They have some mildly interesting stuff, of course, it's all overpriced. However, the sticking point was the cashier and their associates were VERY rude. Checked the other reviews after our interaction with the staff and seems to be a trend. Consider finding some place else to shop. Overpriced items is understandable, but no need to be rude

Super nice little shopping center. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable of the area and great spots at Bryce Canyon. If you re there, be sure to go to the candy/ice cream store and get the Snake River Sarsaparilla if they have it. Best soda I ve ever had.

Neat little roadside place to visit. The doughnuts are humungous. Good variety of ice cream too.Heavy on the rocks and geodes but perfect for the kids. You can sit outside and enjoy your ice cream at one of the tables and just relax after a long day hiking around Bryce.

We were so sad to be at Bryce Canyon for the day with our kids and grandkids and all of these cute shops be closed! The sign said that they are closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We saw so many people wanting to look and shop besides us! What a shame! We had been so excited about going!

HORRIBLE, rude, unclean - Everyone working in the ice cream shop was UNBELIEVABLABLY rude, I almost couldn't wrap my head around it. I'd give negative stars if I could. One employee grabbed a bag of nuts a customer ordered and basically threw it at her. I asked an employee for something, she ignored me. You have to order ice cream before they scoop it (basically backwards to everywhere else) so the line is SLOW. Food service employees didn't wear masks (even though there was a sign on the door encouraging customers to do so). Several other customers voiced their complaints about the treatment, they got ignored. Strongly strongly recommend not giving these people your money, they do not deserve it and there are other more worthy ice cream/souvenir options nearby.

A cute strip of gift shops in Bryce. A few options including rocks and gems, typical souvenirs as well as an ice cream parlour.

Should have turned around and walked ot when the lady behind the counter swatted a fly right next to the pastries. Ordered an Americana and I'm pretty sure the woman just ran more water through the already used grounds in the espresso machine. Perhaps this is where the bottom of the barrel ends up in the service industry.

Bought the cold brew for $3.50. They only partially filled the cup, mostly ice. And it's quite watered down to begin with.

Ice Cream was good, but employees working ice cream counter (8/17) were very rude when asked for service. Would recommend for ice cream, but not the service.
