Safelite did an amazing job. We had the windshield replaced on our Toyota Corolla. They initially told us they would have it replaced in an hour and a half. It ended up only taking 30-45 minutes. Came with lifetime warranty.

It is completely unacceptable to not have all employees trained on all vehicles that are on the road today. I have used this location several times over the years without issues. I m told those working today are not trained in Tesla s. Tesla vehicles have been on the road for over 12 years. Not being trained is completely unacceptable. I scheduled my service and you should have planned for a trained employee to be available.

Living in Utah, unfortunately we have had to visit many windshield repair or replacement shops. This Safelite shop has been by far the best shop we've been to (three visits so far). Their customer service is outstanding!

We had such great service from Safelite in Brigham City. They got us in almost two hours early and had the MASSIVE chip filled within 18 mins. We were in the middle of a road trip and they were super accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Hands down the best service around! These guys get us taken care of right away and are always so happy to help. They do a great job, whether its a rick chip repair or a full replacement. We appreciate them So So much! Thanks guys! You definitely have all of our vehicles' glass needs business!

I am amending my review as I gave them another try. I was pleased with the the service and my technician, Ryan, was great.Had an appointment for windshield replacement today at 9:30 a.m. before going on a trip. When we got there he said "we got the wrong windshield". He then handed our key to another employee and said "handle the reschedule". No apology and a lousy customer service attitude. We said no reschedule as we will be on a trip. No apology from the other employee as well. Will definitely take it elsewhere. They've lost our business.

I was so happy with these guys! They are so friendly and fair! They found a 2nd tiny chip and repaired that one too! These guys really seem to love their job and go way above and beyond!!! I will definitely go back! Thank you!11/22/22 4 days later and I got another rock chip this time in Salt Lake. I decided to drive back to Brigham City because these guys were so great to work with last week. Still amazing service. Brandon remembered me and got me right in. These guys are seriously so professional and treat you like family! I am a customer for life!!! Thank you so much!!!

I am a HVAC contractor and while driving to a job my windshield was hit by a rock, and it was a big strike. I stopped into the Brigham location and before I got out of my service van I was greeted by a employee and asked what happened. Immediately he got his tools to fix the big crack. He fixed it and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Now that is amazing service and professionalism. I have used Safelite before on my commercial vehicles and my personal vehicles and will continue to use them. Thank you for getting me back to work as fast as you did.

I stopped in for them to repair a bad rock chip that I got while driving up to Brigham City this morning. They fixed it and refused to charge me or my insurance company because the chip was so bad they couldn't be reasonably sure that it will hold. I know I'll go back here when I do need a new windshield for any of my vehicles. Thanks guys!It s three years later now and I needed a windshield. I bought from these guys because of their service three yrs ago. They still have equally fantastic staff and customer service. I ll definitely be back whenever I need a windshield.

My back windshield was shattered a few days ago when someone tried to break in and these guys got me in fast! Amazing customer service and awesome communication. Can t recommend this place enough!

My windshield chipped this morning and I needed to get if fixed quickly so it wouldn t split in this terrible heat. I pulled in and Matt came right out to greet me with a smile. They were able to get me right in and did a fantastic job on my repair. I can hardly tell where the rock chip was! Both employees were extremely friendly and courteous! Bought my car in for 1 rock chip repair and left with 2 rock chip repairs.Nice employees and the service was quick.I felt awkward and awful that they cleaned all my window and vacuum my car. I know my car was extremely dirty and I'm just not used to having others do it for me so I felt super embarrassed.I'm happy with the service overall and definitely would go there again.

We were driving on the freeway and got a horrible rock chip, we stopped in to the Brigham city safelite. The attendant came out, looked at our chip and came right out and fixed it. He did an amazing job for a horrible chip!! We were out of there in 15 min and back on the road! To top it off, he didn t charge us because we had the windshield replaced at a safelite a few months before. Thank you!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Today while my colleague and I were sitting in the office, we looked out the window and saw a technician working on a car in the parking lot. We both have chips in our windshields and figured it would be an easy fix and easy money for Safelite, especially since we're literally parked right next to where the technician is already working. Well apparently we were wrong. The technician showed no interest in the job and when we called the shop, they showed no interest either. It would have been easy business and two new customers. Instead they lost out on both.I understand that they are busy and have other customers they need to take care of, but they didn't really offer any alternative, there was no "Let me call the shop and see if we can fit you in." or "Let me see if I can come back later and take care of you." Those would have been much better answers than just a dismissive "No."

I was charged $180 for a single rock chip. Shame on me for agreeing to the repair, but it was the most expensive rock chip I have ever paid. For a few dollars more I could have a new window.

Updated to 4 stars instead of 1 because they did a great job taking care of this issue (see below). Found out the guy who did the work was brand new and very willing to fix what he'd done wrong. Thanks for taking care of this for me.Windshield is nice, but they didn't re-install the windshield garnish (trim) on the driver side correctly. Found this out when it suddenly flew off on the freeway and was immediately run over and destroyed by the driver behind us. Upon inspection, I noticed one of the clips that holds it in place was missing. I also inspected the other side to make sure the same thing didn't happen there and found that one of the clips on that side was destroyed badly enough the trim wouldn't clip in anymore. The clips are less than $4 bucks ea., but a new garnish is nearly $80! Super frustrating when prevention would have been super cheap and easy!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My husband and I were on a road trip when a rock hit our windshield. We got off the freeway in Brigham City, and we were so glad that there was a Safelite in town. The staff was very friendly, professional, and they were able to help us quickly! They were also very honest about the severity of the damage to our wind shield. The team at the Brigham city location has always been helpful and professional when we bring our vehicles in for windshield work. They are prompt and address the issue right away to get there customers back on the road. We will always take our vehicles there for windshield repairs.

The staff at this site where phenomenal. We picked up a huge rock chip on our day out drive as we headed home. They got us and several other customers in and out very quickly and painlessly. Very friendly and sympathetic to customer care. Thank you

These guys are amazing! We took our windshield in to get replaced and afterwards it was making a whistling noise. I took my car in and explained what was going on and they fixed the whistling without questions.

They replaced a windshield a few months ago. I needed to go back and get a chip seal as a truck threw a rock and made a chip. It was done in 15 minutes and you can hardly see it. I still have to take my daughters car for its windshield that it has needed for awhile.

In my 18 wheeler, I have had 2 windshields from these guys, a year apart. Very friendly, very efficient, and they know what they are doing.Park at Love's and they will come change out your windshield.
