Came in for an altenator issue I bought from them 2 weeks ago, they convinced me to upgrade to new, I have no other mode so they said we have tools, technically they do but not for this job, so had to buy a wrench, then pay the difference and now I am out an extra 75 dollars and in the same boat, just more broke, so in the end I am really angry that, as soon as it was the same it was like well don't know what to tell ya, but we got your money have a good day feeling. As I can not reply, it was not your product, it was the staff, they were sure doing what I did would help, so I did it then once I did and it stayed the same, they were now out of ideas and it was like good luck finding out sorry

Excellent service today! I came in with a difficult part-replacement situation, Michael and Chris were so helpful and worked together to figure out the situation and to help me out. They were amazing and stuck with it until we got everything handled! Huge THANK YOU to both of them!!!

I had a battery lose power before the end of the warranty period which I had purchased from O'Reilly. On checking out the battery themselves they exchanged the one I had with a new one off there shelf at no cost to me.

I've ran a small auto shop out of my garage for the better part of 15 years. O'Reilly is my go to parts store and the people at this one are pretty dang good.

My son's 4-Runner restoration has us going to O'Reilly's two to three times a week. They have just about everything, and if it isn't there, they can have it by the next morning. Online orders are also a sweet way to get your parts-- you walk in and they hand you the part and receipt, and off you go!

The store was very clean and well organized. The employee at the counter (Dusty?) was very nice and helped me with what I needed. I also noticed that he welcomed everyone who came in the door, or left the building. You can tell he knows his customers.

before i trusted oreillys in arkansas, arizona... but in brigham city utah i have had two bad experiences on different dates. The first was a cabin filter, the owner and employer treated me badly for wanting to return the filter and take me another. second date an a/c valve because I opened the box and realized that it was not the spare part and I tried to return it but they would not let me. I prefer go to the autozone, better attention.

Stopped in around 930pm on Monday, Oct. 24th, Zane was very helpful. He found me the correct wiper blades for my car and quickly installed them for me. They work great. Also, Zane demonstated once again, how and why, O'reilly's kicks butt on Auto Zone prices/customer service & satisfaction. I will continue to be a loyal O'reilly's (formerly Checker Auto) customer. I have used them almost exclusively for over 55 years, (1976 to present day) and for the most part they have earned 5+ stars for all transactions over that entire time frame.

Need a head light replacement. They had the bulbs I needed. Even tried to come out and help me. We had to take off the grill to access the headlight module. So I decided to do it at home. But great customer service! Highly recommended.

The young lady that helped me at this store was amazing and very helpful. She bent over backwards trying to make sure that I could fix the issue with my car. Although we couldn't fix it, it's people like her that keep me coming back. The store was super clean and everything was pretty easy to locate. Definitely my go to local store.

These guys are so sweet and amazing! I sent my brother in to buy wind shield wipers while I stayed in the car with my kids and they came out and installed them for me! I really appreciate the gesture Thanks for making my day! Highly recommend!

Honestly I feel like one star is pushing it for this place. My husband called in earlier and asked them to sit a part out so I could pick it up when I got out of school. I went when I got out and I was literally the only customer in there but yet I still had to wait probably 10 minutes before one of the employees got off the phone to help me. I would understand if it was a work related phone call but no she (Heather) was standing there talking about personal things that had nothing to do with work. Then when I finally got helped they looked at me like I was stupid and had no idea what I was talking about. I had to call my husband and have him talk to one of the workers before they would take me serious. Then he got off the phone with him and told me he still didn't know where it was! Finally another worker walked in and handed me the part that was sitting right in front of the employees face with my husbands name and phone number on it. Talk about ridiculous. I will never be going there again and I strongly advise you to never go there either.

If i could give negative stars i Would.You left someone who was broke down and needed your assistance but you did nothing to help them less than 5 miles from your store and you couldn't or wouldn't bring parts to them unless it was a corporate account. Not everyone is a corporate but every one needs help once in a while. Nice thing that NAPA was further away and they helped me you lost a very devoted customer. You should be ashamed

The people here are friendly (most of them) however they're not helpfull. I have had issues before at this place but I thought it was just bad luck, no. you think three times getting the wrong part they would make sure that they get it right one, instead they tell you to go somewhere else and that they can't help you. Seriously if you can wait a couple days, order your parts your self online for cheaper and you'll get them faster knowing these clowns.

I went in for a new battery for my truck. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I first went in, I spoke to a male employee and told him that I needed a new battery. He sat there staring at the computer for awhile, then said, "I'll be right back." He walked to the back and this woman came out (her name tag said she was the manager) saying, "You know how to do this stuff. You are just being lazy." Then proceeded to help me. She was very rude. I knew my battery was under warranty but they couldn't find it by anything but a phone number. I went to Autozone originally because I like them more, but the battery came from O' Reilly so I was hoping to get it, but they couldn't find the warranty. I really wished I had just left and gone back to Autozone.

I bought a lawn mower battery two weeks ago and I have to jump my mower every time. I called to find out if there was a replacement for it, and the employee was not nice at all. They said they would see if it holds a charge for them, but it does not hold a charge for me. I would have liked better courtesy from this establishment. They don't know if I can get a free replacement or not. Auto zone backs up their products, and always gives full replacement regardless of whether it worked for the customer or not.

Always quick to answer any questions helpful in finding things nice people good service and beat some of the prices online but other than that great place to go for your Auto Parts

Heather "the Manager" was extremely rude, had a bad attitude, and had nothing good to say about other employees from other orielly autoparts. I'll make the extra trip to Ogden just so I don't have to deal with her.

Definitely could use some training in customer service. Nicole was completely rude and then later we were given the wrong battery. Will not go back!!

Today they only get 3 stars, went and got brake pads for the truck both my buddy and I told them it was a 98 Chev Blazer well I went to put them on and for the second time I've been shopping at o Reilly Auto parts they of course we're the wrong ones. And of course we're in the mountains camping and no second vehicle. They gave me pads for an 89 Blazer totally wrong pads and it's Sunday so they don't deliver. Don't know if I'll give them a third try or not.
