I'd like to say that the service at this location was much better than what I've experienced elsewhere. The crew was very professional. They were efficient and their communication with one another about the task at hand far exceeded my expectations. It's been a long time since a crew anywhere impressed me the way this one did. Their interaction with me was also friendly and informative.

If I could I would give them a -100. They put watered down oil in my car and the wrong filter. They will not take responsibility to pay for the repairs. All they said is they will give me back the money they charged for the oil change. I thought it would be okay to have my oil change there because the floor manager did it, well I was wrong. I don t want anyone to go through what we have gone through and pay more money that I didn t have.

Great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had only owned the truck a month or so. 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5.9.Whoever changed the oil previously put the filter on too tight and they really had to work but they got it handled and didn't complain.Very impressive for a young crew.

Quick, Polight, helpful. They really made getting an oil change an easy and stress free thing. I am so grateful to these kind and polite young men. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I was told that replacing the oil pan gasket was a quick repair which would be between $170-$240 (which included the oil change). Jiffy Lube had my vehicle for three days (including over Thanksgiving Day so that I was housebound), and then tried to charge me over $400. The employee ended up giving me what looked like a family discount (though he also told me that he d probably get fired for doing so), which brought my bill down to $298.12. The icing on the cake was that my car was filthy when I picked it up. No courtesy paper floor mats were put down so my floor mats had oil on them, as did both the inside and outside of my vehicle.When I originally went in, I told the employee that the oil gauge sensor was dropping and all the place. I thought fixing the gasket would fix the problem, but it didn t. Shortly after I picked it up, I drove it to Garland. The oil gauge started acting up again. I thought that maybe the oil distribution unit would have been replaced when the oil filter was replaced since it is located right behind the oil filter but it wasn t. When I called later, I was told that I would need to call back when the manager was there and that Jiffy Lube doesn t replace those units.I will admit that the employees may have been reacting somewhat to my behavior because I was pretty ramped up, but I was told two different stories on why it took so long for my vehicle to get fixed, I had to cancel my Thanksgiving Day plans because I was without my vehicle, and if Jiffy Lube was understaffed or unable to do the work when they said they would, they should have been upfront with me right from the get-go so I could have taken it somewhere else.I have three vehicles registered to me (though I only drive the Jeep), but after this last fiasco, I m not sure that I ll be bringing any of my vehicles back to Jiffy Lube as this time, I felt the service and customer service was seriously lacking.

I don t remember the exact date I came in but it was one Saturday in October. Oh yes, I want to say approximately October 28 2023. I thought a coupon was expiring on Oct 31, but it turned out to be expired on Oct 15 They honored the coupon anyway as my oil change was not due until 6500 to 8500 miles and it barely reached that change level. They changed the air filter as well. I did have them show me the old parts because mechanics and even oil change specialists screw up. They did not. The employees there were apparently current students or recent graduates of Box Elder High School, and they had their act and professionalism greater than some people my age (I will be 60 next year and its saying alot). I didn't experience the problems some people have described in earlier reviews of this Jiffy Lube (i.e. missing bolts). I took a chance with them because they are also five blocks from my work location of Utah Vocational Rehabilitation. Their work and professionalism is alot and I actually believe if they chose to train for and apply in my professionalism, I would love to hire them if I am still employed as a supervisor. Sure, it was expensive but I was out only $145, and this was a syntenic oil change plus an air filter change that I requested anyway. I don't remember all their names, but think there was one woman (and I love it when I see auto shops hire females....it means they are equal opportunity...and this one knew what she was doing and walked me though the prices). Of course I did tell them in advance of the oil change that I will be rating them good or bad. They are great and I will come back. My apologies for being tardy on this review, but I want to make it clear that there are still very young people that care about their work, and in several cases will work for you than some experienced people.

I came here and was charged an extra $80ish on my oil change for having 4x4 with no warning or explanation AFTER the oil was changed, and was asked to do the air filter for something around 80$ I believe. Well I declined the air filter after I found out that the total would be closer to $300 with the extra 4x4 charge, just went to replace it today and there was a FIST FULL OF GRAVEL IN THE AIRBOX. Either they put the gravel there on purpose or they completely ignored it when they opened it, and there is NO WAY I could have somehow gotten dirt in there, it s a work truck that stays on pavement. Either way I feel totally screwed over and would NEVER EVER come back to this place and they re lucky I don t pursue damages.

The people were very nice and sweet! It was fast and took about 20 minutes. They explained to me everything I needed to know and didn't push me to replace anything when they gave the offer. Did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing

Well I owe a huge apology. It has been proven by a very patient gentleman (Daren) that the service that I paid for was delivered. Apparently, my car has issues with oil consumption that may not be noticed until there are mechanical consequences. I m here visiting family from out of State and my windshield wiper fluid light came on. I pulled up and the gentleman working pulled me into the garage, filled it up, and sent me on my way. I offered a tip and he refused to take it telling me this is my job, thank you but I get paid to provide this service . I m impressed. I hope he gets paid nicely. Best customer service to date. Thank you again!!!

Oil change went great. Then when I was leaving, they asked if I wanted to drive out of the bay. I told them I would. So an employee guided me out. He failed to notice the skid plate they took off to change the oil was only hanging on by one bolt. I didn t realize it till about a mile down the road. When I came back and demanded they put it on they said hop in line. I did not do that and they fixed it there. They didn t care and thought it was funny they forgot to put it back on. Technician was polite, professional, and recommended replacing the brake fluid because it had contaminants in it. The service took about twenty five minutes but I also had the oil changed as well so not so bad. My Chevy truck drives fine now and I am glad to have the work done. I waited 40 min for service and still had to ask if the washer fluid was filled up. For what they are charging the service should be fast and impeccable. I will not be returning.

I visited Jiffy Lube in Brigham City, UT on August 29, 2023. Jace, Daniel, and Kyler provided excellent service. They explained all aspects of the work requested and provided, the prices, etc. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Amazing service! its hard to find good mechanics now days but I had a great Hometown Values coupon for Jiffy Lube so I went to the Brigham City location. They could get me right right away! I needed an oil change but knew my brakes were shot as well. So they recommended a tire rotation (that I did need) to check the brakes for free. They were so efficient and had the new pads and rear rotors ordered just in case I wanted to proceed with getting those replaced, and I did. They stayed late just to complete the job correctly for me. They were knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure! Brent and Maria make an amazing team! I was so impressed and amazed at the service they gave me!! I rolled in next to closing time, with my brakes sounding so terrible! I was anxious to get them looked at and they very graciously and happily took a look even though they could have easily said they didn t have time. Then they stayed for another 2 hrs and got my brakes and roters all fixed up! 2hrs past closing time and they were so kind and generous about the whole thing! I was in awe. Thank you so much for saving me and my car! I wouldn t have been able to drive the whole Memorial Day weekend if they hadn t. Above and beyond service for sure!Service: Brakes
