I met Bret Davis about 2 months ago when I first started looking to buy a truck. I wasn t in a hurry so I asked him to let me know if he came across a low mileage good condition truck that would meet my needs. We stayed in touch periodically and yesterday he called me and I bought the truck I was looking for. After the deal was already closed and the business was finished Bret had the truck filled with gas and detailed. He spent plenty of time during pick up of the vehicle explaining all the features and connecting our devices. Les Barker made the paperwork portion of the deal efficient and friendly. I would recommend my friends to Heritage Auto

I was quoted $150 over the phone for a diagnostic. All they did was hook a computer to it to read the codes and charged me $203. The diagnostic fee also included "shop supplies" what supplies... A computer cord?I also overheard employees discussing adding pricing to basic services and refusing to "top off" anything but the windshield washer fluid and they would use water for that. It's freezing out and they are planning on putting water in a plastic container so it can freeze and crack.I would not recommend Heritage Service Center due to the shady business practices, lazy diagnostic methods and intent to damage customer vehicles.

What an amazing experience with incredibly helpful people! We are traveling from British Columbia in our Ram truck towing our travel trailer. It appeared the truck was overheating, so we looked up the closest Dodge dealer. We found Heritage Dodge and pulled in at 2 p.m. Austin worked magic to get our truck looked at ASAP. Words don't convey our relief that the truck was running within normal parameters after thoroughly going over the cooling system. Austin kept us informed in a friendly, very courteous manner. Accolades to him. Frankly, everyone in dealership was amazingly friendly and personable. Deacon, in particular, asked on several occasions if we needed anything to drink and was on board with our needs. I could go on, suffice it to say, service like this just doesn't happen everyday! Thank you!

Love the small town country life. I work in the industry as a Service Manager for Land Rover, and my service appointment has been great. Thanks for the great service. My truck is still in the shop waiting for some back ordered parts, but that is the way of the world these days. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work.

Service was great, everybody was nice and friendly. They did take a little longer than I thought it should take. However they were going on lunch right after they scheduled the appointment. They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn t really need which I appreciate! They were up front on price and didn t charge more than I was told. It was about average on price. I had a gift certificate / coupon and paid whatever I would have paid anywhere else though.

Dropped my truck off for diagnostic, was told over the phone and also when I dropped it off that it would take 1-1.5 hours at which point they would give me a call. After not hearing from them for almost 2 hours I reached out and they said my truck hadn t even been pulled into the shop yet. Which isn t the issue, I get that some repairs take longer than expected and the schedule gets pushed back, just give me a heads up that it s going to be longer than promised, be upfront and forthcoming with me. -1 star. I decided to just wait until they called me to see how long it would take. Finally got a call another 4 hours later, so the 1.5 hour diagnostic had taken 6 hours, with no call to explain why. -1 star. I then found out that they had looked over other areas of my truck that I had not asked them to and tried to sell me $500 worth of parts and labor that I didn t ask for (things I normally do myself, I already knew I needed new brake pads and rotors and was planning on doing them). I can t stand shops who try to upsale me. -1 star. At least the guy at the front desk was friendly.

This dealership is more than a dealership, they treated me like a friend and did so well at finding me the best deal. Les was so kind and went above and beyond to help me with an amazing price. I m so glad I came here and would definitely come back. There prices are amazing, their cars are well taken care of, and they have amazing employees.

Had my first experience with Heritage today. Little bit of a mix up with servicing my truck but they went above and beyond to make it right. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Went in for a window seal replacement, they verified the leak was there and informed me it would be covered under warranty. Scheduled a window company for the next to replace the seal and had my truck back to me next day with no charges what so ever.

I've bought a lot of vehicles over my life and I can honestly say I've never had a better buying experience than what I just had with the Heritage Auto Group in Brigham City! Nate Pugmire, Les Barker, and especially Bret Davis! It was like dealing with my friends! He worked so hard to get me the truck I wanted at a more than fair price. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Bret!

Bret showed me right to the perfect Jeep for me. He knew all the features and all about that Jeep. I took it for a test drive and bought it. I wasn t shown anything or talked into looking at vehicles I wasn t interested in. A great experience!

As with any dealership, hiccups are to be expected. This venture wasn't any different; however, it's how they were handled by the staff and the associates at this dealership (sales person to management) handle all concerns efficiently, professionally, and with kindness.I was very pleased with my buying experience, and if my next vehicle is a make covered under this dealerships umbrella, I will not hesitate to continue business with them.

Good experience, friendly staff, overpriced oil change. Recommend going elsewhere for regular services. Also quoted $500+ for replacing a $60 parking sensor. Labor and programming is apparently surprisingly high for a plug in sensor, at this dealer.

This was the 1st time that I needed to purchase a vehicle on my own. Nate made sure that I was confident every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy anything ever. I can't say that about other places that we have been to. If I ever have to purchase a vehicle again I will purchase with Nate at Heritage in Brigham.

AAA towed my van to dealer - I gave them a heads-up. Two very nice young men in the service department helped me - told me of diagnosis (alternator) and costs, etc., took me home, explained billing, etc. Work done before end of day - all is well.

Car buying sucks, there's fun in it sure but, in the end you're haggling over something that you know little about with a person you know less about. You either end up leaving, feeling like you were taken to the cleaners, with a car/truck that hopefully serves you well. The other side is you leave vindicated, that you weren't taken advantage of, in the same vehicle you arrived in. Both cases are not what I experienced here. The mentality of heritage motors IS different. The end goal for them isn't to sell you a vehicle, it is to sell you THE vehicle you want and make the purchase as palatable as possible.I had the opportunity to shop at and sit down with the staff of two locations (Evanston and Brigham City). From the quality of the vehicles offered to the way they approach the customer's buying experience they have definitely earned my trust moving forward.I will not say I will definitely buy from them again. They may not have exactly what I'm looking for but, they will definitely be my first stop in the future. With any luck the only stop.

Great dealership, services are done quickly and correctly. The only reason for the three star is my 3/4 ton truck requires two different air pressure settings between the front and rear. In the four years I've owned and had it serviced at Heritage, they have correctly adjusted the air a 2-3 times. It's pretty annoying to hit the road and you get the air pressure warning.

In regards to service, they restored my confidence in my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 since they were able to repair the problems a different garage left me with. And though Heritage did have to repair a leaking rear yoke pinion seal multiple times, the way that they handled it made me even more confident about returning to them. Thank you for giving me the feeling of trusting my truck and repair shops again!!!

I spoke to half a dozen people over the span of two weeks ranging from the used car salesman group, to service manager, to finance. I was met with a lot of resistance to my inquiries and passing the buck. I had specific questions about what condition the truck was in and how repairs were completed. They didn't want to disclose specifics but would just say that their techs are certified. The basis of my argument was why they weren't performing services based on manufactured recommended mileage prior to selling the truck. There were also comments on the 125 point inspection (that they pride themselves on) that wasn't being implemented. Get a copy of that report if u can. For my specific truck I was looking at they didn't update Carfax completely on the repairs that they told me they made. I also found it odd that the sales provides you with Autocheck report but service didn't update that one, only Carfax. I definitely fall into that 1% buyer category as far as the questions I ask. But everything was still within the realm of a dealership's duty to a customer. I tried to be calm through the frustration but stayed firm throughout the whole thing. I drove 7 hours on their word and truck ended up having leaks. No apologies from them or anything. I asked for my deposit back which they obliged. They talk big about transparency but I felt like they were a big black box. When the sales people couldn't answer my questions about repairs they wouldn't let me talk to a tech that would know the answers. Got a vibe that they were hiding things and turns out they were. I must say their finance group was great. They are 5 star but the entire thing was a 16 day waste. My advice to anyone going here is to be on your toes and remember that being certified and being qualified are two different things.

After our 2nd service visit with them, my previous review still holds: We ve lived all over the US and used many Jeep/Dodge dealers. Heritage in Brigham has been hands-down the best, most attentive, most personal customer service experience we ve encountered!

Took my dually truck in for a recall on rear lug studs. They said everything looked good, no replacements needed. When I got home, noticed the left ring was barely hanging on. Really?

Heritage in Brigham has always treated me well. I went in and asked them for an estimate on a job and they were quick to respond. I scheduled a time for the job, Dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and they called me when it was done. Everything went according to schedule and I was down the road with a smile. Friendly staff that try to help any way they can. Good job!

Horrible customer service. If you want an update on your repair or service, you have to call because they don t. Was told three different stories on when truck would be done. The repair was to take two days, they had my truck for two weeks. This is the last time that they will work on my vehicles. I ll find anywhere else to go

My AC went out on my work vehicle & i called multiple dealerships & other shops to get it in and fixed. Those dealerships couldn't get me in for a week or two, but not with the dealership in Brigham. Heritage was able to get me in within two days. They were so friendly, informative & professional. They found a separate leak & the van had to stay at the shop over the weekend, but they worked diligently & they were able to fix it so I could get back to work.Thank you so much!
