Update: Oil, lube, and filter--these guys are awesome! Very professional, thorough, and quick!Went looking for a new vehicle. Earl Davis was right there to help. He was available but not pushy. I really appreciate his laid-back manner. I was able to explore the vehicles I wanted and then let him know where I was at. He got me a vehicle within my budget, the right color, and the right time. I wish car shopping could always be as easy as this!

Hansens is great and Earl Davis is amazing! My car was only in for a couple minor recalls. The only issue that arose was an unexpected service that was preformed as well without any authorization or verification prior. That being said I m sure that everything was done properly. Thanks so much!

Took my truck to Hansen's for a recall, I am an automotive tech myself, and do all my own work. I was dreading having to take my vehicle to someone else for work, but have heard nothing but good things about Hansen motors. I drove an hour to get to them, but was worth the drive. Very professional and got the recall done quickly. Definitely recommend their service department.

The work done is probably fine but I thought customer service experience was lacking for the following reasons:It took 2 weeks to replace a broken brake line. I had my truck towed there on a Wed afternoon and it was diagnosed the following morning with the estimate that it would be fixed by the following Mon or Tues. This was a for custom fix that required removing the gas tank to get to the problem area. I really needed my truck to get around and was anxious to get it back.Don t know where the supply line breakdown was, but on Tuesday I went in to check on the status. Note that after the initial diagnosis, nothing was ever communicated to me the entire two weeks of waiting. So I went in to check status and was told that not all the parts had been ordered and they were waiting for the previously I ordered parts to arrive.To give some perspective, labor was $750 and parts were $92, so we re not talking about serious supply chain parts here I suspect the parts were probably available at local auto parts store, but they told me they only use GM parts. In the manufacturing world, this is known as the not invented here syndrome, a classical narcissistic concept.The shipment with the secondary order arrived but it was screwed up and my parts weren t delivered with that shipment. I found this out by going in person to Hansen s on Thursday. No apology, just excuses blaming the other guy for screwing up. By that time I was about done and ready to take my truck somewhere else, but I was in a time pinch for work and family.Bottom line I finally got my truck back after two weeks with no communication instigated by Hansen and no apology or empathy. I m getting ready to buy a Corvette and a new truck in the next year or two and I don t think I ll be doing business with Hansen for either of those. I don t blame anyone on the shop floor for this issue. I d suspect it s a chronic management issue (Edward Demming concept that 85-90% of defects are due to management), either local management or GM in general.

It was a very enjoyable experience. Our salesman Jake was engaging and no high pressure to buy. It overall was a positive experience. I would recommend Hansen's Chev. For your next vehicle purchase.

I absolutely recommend Hansen Motors! Hands down these guys are seriously the best when it comes to service and sales alike! I just took my f-150 in because I had a dashboard light come on and they were willing to get me in same day, take care of the diagnostic, were quick to update me on what they found and didn t even charge me a penny! These guys are honest, they are so professional and they truly make your satisfaction a TOP PRIORITY! 10/10 Hansen s is the number #1 dealership in Utah!

First Class Service and Well Worth the Drive!Buying at Hansen ranks as one of the best buying experiences ever! Brady and the entire Hansen Team even the owners stepped in to accommodate and make this a first class experience!They knew I had a quick turnaround time and while my expectations were high, they exceeded them all! They were knowledgeable, accommodating and beyond friendly every single person I encountered.Even tires I was trading out after normal business hours were changed by the owners themselves as their garage crews had left for the day! I ve never heard of such a thing! Unreal!I d give this team 6 HUGE STARS if I could! Excellence in Action and again, well worth the drive to get there.

I recently got my first service appointment for my new Chevy Bolt EUV at Hansen Motors. Arranging the appointment was super easy online, and the service manager was attentive and helpful. The car was serviced promptly, and was done on time as promised. The only thing that could be improved would be the staff's familiarity with electric vehicles. Otherwise, what's not to like?!!

Super friendly and very efficient. I went in for a detail but left with a Tonneau Cover for my ZR2 because of how quickly they were able to work. Definitely the best experience I've had in Brigham/Perry. Now I'm locked in for life.

Bought a new GMC Sierra 1500 and they added a hard cover the process was pretty seamless and Went smooth with no pressure. They gave me a fair trade on my 2021 Silverado 1500. Brady, the salesman spent time making sure that my truck was hooked up to my phone and all the features were understood.

I bought my car @ Ken Garff and originally used their service department. They wouldn't help me get a loaner/rental so I called Hansen motors. Come to find out the service that Ken Garff had done for me which was replace a fuel sensor was never really done. Hansen Motors ACTUALLY fixed the problem. Then I had a sunroof issue. This took a LONG time to fix!! The nice thing about Hansen motors is they kept me posted all along the way. And were willing to work with me and my schedule. Since my mechanic dad retired, they are now my replacement. Thanks Cody for all your help!!

They performed the oil change and they are great at alignments, however there were oily handprints all over the exterior of my car. One is where the person was getting out of my car. How many oily handprints are in the interior of my car? On a previous visit, they didn t tighten the oil drain plug completely and the oil leaked out of my car onto my garage floor. I would expect better service from a dealership.

A few days after Christmas, we were traveling to spend time with family and broke down on the freeway. Myself and four kids on the side of the road, calling and calling, trying to find someone to help us. We were receiving no answers or anyone willing to help, until we found Hansen. We were blessed and relieved to ask for help and hear the response, Absolutely! We worked with their towing department, their Hertz rental department, and the service department. This review could go on and on with details of the kindness and responsiveness that was given to us. Their customer service went above and beyond expectations.

My wife and I were traveling through and a warning "Fix me" light came on. My wife is from B.C. and said Hansen's is the best, she called and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour.The tech was more than capable, put on the analyzer & located the reason for the warning light. Since we were in a hurry to get home to Roosevelt and there was no immediate need for repairs we traveled on. If I ever break down somewhere... I hope it's near to Hansen's!!!

Tyler was awesome to work with, as were the whole staff. I never felt pressured or hurried and he literally dedicated his entire day to help me complete my purchase. I have since sent three of my close friends in to buy and I have also ordered another vehicle from Tyler. Looking forward too many many more from Hansens and Tyler.

My brakes were screeching, so I took it in to Hansen s to get them fixed. They seemed to be okay, until I got on the Expressway and when I went to brakes to slow down my steering wheel began to shimmy. I let the Service Crew know, and they got me in right away to get the brakes checked out. They totally switched out the brakes, and fixed the issue without any extra costs! They are a fabulous Crew!

They got my truck in for warranty work even after another GMC dealership in Riverdale lied said it wasn t covered. They are very friendly and had my truck done way before they said it would be. Would highly recommend and they will get future business from me.

I am posting this for a friend who does not have a computer. She takes her truck to Cody Varney, her service advisor at Hansen Motors. He is the very best service advisor she has ever gone to. Period! He genuinely cares, is a great listener, and is totally in her court for anything she needs to get done. Cody has a great knowledge of everything automotive, goes the extra mile, is honest, and is very helpful. He has a very very loyal following of customers, herself included. She totally trusts Cody. Her techs are Paul and Jordan Nye, both of whom do a fantastic job of servicing her truck. She highly recommends Hansen's service, Cody Varney, the service manager and advisor, and Paul and Jordan Nye to anyone who really cares about their vehicle.
