Aaron knows how to run a store! Great people and great service as always! He keeps his guys hard at work. I ve had issues with a lot of Big O Tire stores around the state but never an issue with the one in Brigham City. I drive 1hr 30 just to come to Brigham City.

I went into the store on a "Buy 3, get 1 Free" promotion. As it turned out, they had run out of the tires that were on the promotion but made several alternate suggestions, one of them worked for me nearly as good as the promotion. They took care of my car and tires in a timely manner.The only exception I had was that when I checked the torque on the lug nuts when I got home, some of them were over torqued as per the car specifications.

Wayne at the Brigham City Big-O tires is exceptional. He was more than happy to help after a wildly disappointing stop at the Big-O in Tremonton, which left us driving on extremely dangerous tires. Wayne was quick to assist and get my vehicle safely back on the road so we could get to our vacation. Thank you, Wayne and Brigham City Big-O!

I purchased some studded snow tires and am extremely satisfied with the performance. They were 250 dollars less than the closest competitor! Service was very fast and professional! Keep up the good work.

The Boys at the Brigham City Big O Dealership Rock ! They are friendly, service oriented, and they always take care of me quickly , and professionally ! I appreciate their helpful attitude ! Prompt service! And have alway made room for me when I have need assistance ! I would only go to the Brigham Store, and I do ! Thanks , Jerold Ivie

I have been going to Big O since it opened up in Brigham. Almost 40 years of being treated fair and they are always friendly. I know when I go there I am in good hands.

They helped me air up my spare at closing time the day prior and fitted all four snow tires the next day for a reasonable price, even though I got the tires elsewhere. I will most definitely be purchasing my new tires here when the time comes.

My son referred me to this Big O because he knows the owners asks had always had good service. I've had the same good service with them. They were open to questioned and concerns to make sure I was confident in leaving my car in their hands.

they want to charge me $700 dollars to change a hose that would take 10 minutes. The hose is $170 because they wont buy the $70 one. the rest is labor and power steering fluid.

I was recommended this location by a family member of the owner. I went with low expectations since it was a family member who recommended it. I felt that they were just doing their due diligence and getting people to come in. Since then, I have brought my vehicle to this location two times to have it repaired. Each time they have done a phenomenal job and have over performed. The first time I had looked around for quotes and time of completion estimates, and when people were quoting three or four weeks for the repair, Big O was quoting less than a week. They delivered.The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and they do very well at explaining and dumbing down any processes of repair.

I regret switching to Big O for my new tires. I only bought them because they had a promotion. (Didn't actually have the tires I wanted, but convinced me to purchase more expensive ones). Bought them 3 months ago and didn't realize the warranty didn't cover a sidewall puncture from a staple on the road.. Also wanted to use a coupon for an alignment yesterday for "ANY maintenance or mechanical service of $100 or more" but they said alignment doesn't count?? Yes they've been friendly and had quick service, so that's obviously a plus. I'm hoping to educate others, so you don't end up feeling ripped off like I do :(

We've been going to Big O for a handful of years for oil changes. Always a great experience. Truly appreciate how quick they are- and my kids love the popcorn.

Friendly, a bit slow. we were told to come in early Monday, and they'd get right on it. Finally, We got it back the next day. Workmanship is very good, and we love the warranty. I just wish they were a bit more on target when giving time frame.

Big-O Brigham City is an excellent service center!Each time i have come here they give me an estimated time to get to the repair, but they usually beat their estimate. Today i came in for a flat repair -because they actually patch the tire not just a plug! Reliable and I trust them. First come first serve..Vehicle service is what they do .. Tires, Belts, Hoses, Brakes, Lube and oil and alignments and more

Brigham City Big O is amazing. Saved my trip by letting me come in last minute on a Friday for new tires after a freeway blowout. Everyone was super nice and the service was speedy. Highly recommended!

These guys always give me the best service and take the time to explain and check every little issue I bring to them. Being a single mom I have never felt taken advantage of or fed any bull to get more money out of me like other places. They take the time to draw and explain things very well and put my worries at ease. They are very patient with me and know me by name and won't ever talk down to me. I keep going back to them year after year because I know they will be straight with me and only do what is right and needed. Never have I met a more honest group of guys . Thank you so very much for all your great work and for being people I can trust

These guys are hands down the best in Brigham and surrounding areas. Big O is a good store, but the employees at the Brigham location make all the difference. Personable, friendly, and ready to get after almost any problem your vehicle could have.

Had a tire blow on the freeway, yuck, limped in on a doughnut tire and these guys got me right in for 4 new tires( at my choice no up sell pressure) in a very timely manner. Thanks guys! This location is great! Never had a negative experience here and I am a former automotive mechanic so I hope my positive experience highlights how good they are!

We had to buy a battery on our trip. We had it checked at Love's, who said it had a dead cell and sent us to Wayne at Big O TiresHe confirmed it and took our car in immediately and even had to unload the car some to get to the battery.

Got me in without delay at 4pm Friday. Tires under warranty from Big O Tires Logan. Honored the warranty are they buffed the corrosion on the inside of the rims which was causing the slow air pressure leak outside as outside air temperatures drop.

I've used Big O in Brigham City through several vehicles and over many years. The owner / manager has been outstanding and very helpful. The gentleman behind the counter have also been extremely helpful. I also have to complement their crew in The Bays they go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend them.
