We stayed in 2 Queen Deluxe adjoined rooms. We loved that the rooms come with refrigerators and microwaves. The beds were very comfortable and came with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers and plenty of towels. Checking in was easy and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at The Lift Bar and Patio. Kids 12 and under eat breakfast for free. We also took advantage of the free coffee bar in the lobby. The location was perfect. Apple Annie's is right across the street and Navajo was about a 2 minute drive. You could also use the complimentary shuttle too.It was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely stay there again!Rooms: The room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Large closet with plenty of hangers. Hooks for jackets.Nearby activities: Less than a 2 minute drive to Navajo ski areaWalkability: Easy walk across the street to Apple AnniesFood & drinks: Daily breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt and granola. Free coffee bar at the lobby. Full bar and restaurant for dinner. Burgers, chicken wings, brisket, salads

Rather spacious rooms with comfortable beds (2 queen), good shower (hot water gets lukewarm after ski), small fridge and microwave for quick and simple breakfast (coffee and tea bags downstairs and packets of hot chocolate at reception.)The staff was helpful and generally courteous. There is 7-10 minutes walk to the Navajo base resort. Cedar Breaks lodge is a bit closer. They offer discounted room packages in combination with the purchase of lift tickets at the ski resort.

The hotel is beautiful with fire places to warm yourself by & friendly staff greeting you at the front desk. They have hot tea, coffee, & ice water in the lobby. They will lend out sleds to guests as well. The rooms were nice & a good size. The bed wasn t bad, but did feel slightly stiff. The room was clean, but I did see a couple hairs in the shower that were there when we arrived. Also, our room only had two towels, even though we had 4 people in our room. My kids loved the pool & outdoor hot tub. The inside hot tub is not open. The game room was a fun addition to the day. We wanted a late check out, but were not able to because they were fully booked. We would definitely stay here again as it was overall a nice experience.

The rooms are nice & the facility is nice. We did find a hair in our sink that definitely wasn t ours. Not to mention the pillows are soo small. Like the size of a 22 throw pillow, which is probably my biggest complaint. However, the staff is extremely friendly & very attentive. I d definitely stay here again, I d just bring my own pillow next time.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Great value. Check in time was 4.00p.m , room was not available until 6.00p.m , due to staff shortages. Would have been nice to have been offered even a small credit for the restaurant whilst waiting? Bedding was not adequate, thin blanket and a sheet , outside temp was in the minus category overnight. I must say the heating in the room did work well. I'd definitely stay again , but would bring my own bedding next time. I like to feel cosy in a winter setting.Nearby activities: Close to Brianhead ski resort. Regular shuttle service to the ski lifts

We booked our stay for a fun Spring Break Trip with our kids. After a long day of skiing /snowboarding all you want to do is get your wet clothes off and relax. We arrived at hotel only to find out that check in was not until 4pm. The room was still not ready so we sat around in our wet clothes and waited another hour just to get in our room at 5pm. We thought we would relax the night in the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub had also been drained was not ready for use. The pool was cloudy and no one would swim it. Now what are we supposed to do for spring break? We go back to the room and the beds have no comfortable blankets on them and because the hotel is pet friendly we listened to dogs bark all night. We were so upset that we decided we wanted to leave early and not stay 2 nights. They refused to refund the next night because we didn t give 24 hours notice. Needless to stay, we won t ever stay here again and wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

The resort has a great location, very close to the slopes. But in many other ways, it needs to improve. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear every single step and sound from the neighbors. You need to better insulate the walls. The service is essentially nonexistent. Our rooms were never cleaned, I never saw any maid service anywhere, and I had to go down to the front desk to ask for shampoo, etc. Finally, the food and drink prices on the premises are exorbitantly high for what you get. Although I will be back, it is because of the slopes. I hope the rest will be improved by then.Rooms: See my main review

This is the most beautiful hotel in Brianhead, and it STILL features the WORST employees in town. The food in the restaurant is so-so at the very best. The front desk staff is just plain nasty. I guess the best we can hope for is another bankruptcy, maybe new owners will make this place what it should be.

Had a wonderful experience, I have lived in Utah for 30 years, and I ve never been to Brian Head. Conditions were perfect for a great two days of skiing. Thank you for making this an affordable option for families with young children. I feel like ski vacations are becoming completely out of reach for middle-class families. This was in our budget and we made amazing memories. Brian head will now be our go to destination.Rooms: Completely comfortable, very roomy, very clean, beautiful viewsNearby activities: We only took advantage of the ski mountain. But would love to try out snowmobiling.

This is a rustic ski lodge with a very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have excellent views of the mountains from large windows. The Lyft restaurant continues the lodge theme with a fireplace, river stone, and a very tall vaulted ceiling. The menu is classic American, delicious, and fairly priced.A free shuttle runs continuously to take you to the ski resort or into the center of town. This lodge is a great value. We will definitely come back!

This hotel is the best! I usually stay in Airbnb but never again. The pool with waterfall, outdoor jacuzzi, fitness center, business center, numerous fireplaces. Snack pantry, spa, coffee and tea make this place perfect. The staff is amazing! Especially Katie. She was so kind and went out of her way to help with my reservation.Nearby activities: Brianhead ski resort was nearby

Stayed here last year and it was a 5 star experience forsure bar stayed late open for us people really went out their way to make it such a great time. This year however it made us never want to return again. One night we ate there at the bar awesome food good service we arrived a bit later at 945 to eat the next night and waiter told us we were much busier than we thought and we all made about double what we had expected to make and for that reason we closed the kitchen down early . We decided to stay and have a beer and everyone was completely inattentive gave us our beer and waiter made it seem we were just unimportant. So displeased that this happened we were ready to leave a hefty tip for being cool with us but got the opposite. Sad part we even brought family telling them how amazing this place is and it just fell super short!Rooms: Very clean and always willing to give towels when asked.Nearby activities: Not much other than skiing and a spaFood & drinks: Restaurant has good food and a solid breakfast. Breakfast people were always courteous

I visited with my husband during our anniversary. We paid for the romance package, for our suite, which included drinks, glasses, chocolate, and orange juice. Not only was it not there, but there wasn't even soap in the bathroom. We asked about it and they suggested we come back downstairs to get everything, but eventually said they could bring it up to our room, like advertised in the packages we paid for. For dinner, we ate at their restaurant. I ordered the chicken bruchetta, but it was so dry and burnt that I couldn't swallow it without a swig of water, and couldn't cut through the bottom of it. For dessert, I ordered the gluten free chocolate mousse cake, something my stomach can handle. They brought me a chocolate cake, but was very thick and heavy. I had some, and when our waitress returned, I asked if this was the gluten free cake I ordered. She tip toed around the question and said it was chocolate cake, so I asked again, is this the gluten free cake I ordered. She apologized and said no. My husband didn't want to be rude, so still tipped well, but I was pretty pissed! If I pay for an extra package for my room, I'd like that service to be provided. If I order $25 chicken, I'd like it to be edible. If I order a gluten free food that my body can handle, don't give me whatever the heck you feel like! Crap service. I won't be returning. Avoid the mess and choose another resort.

Charged my credit card an additional $321.18 after checkout and then provided fraudulent information to the credit card in the dispute letter (which has now been reported). They claimed I added a night to my reservation, which I did not (my flight left Las Vegas the morning of the night they said I requested).Aside from that, it's just not a nice place. The bed was awful. The pool was pretty, but the hot tub smelled terrible. The Thanksgiving meal was an absolute disaster and, worse still, ridiculously overpriced. Many of people who work there are very nice though. Overall, just not a great vacation and will never go back to Brian Head, Utah. Plus, the time and stress of having to fix a billing mistake they didn't even care to try to help me with just made it all that much worse.

Not the best but not the worst. Overall service is pretty good and the staff are very nice considering they are usually understaffed which is tough. Check in is usually later than usual. Everyone is usually nice and the food options are pretty good.Have stayed here several times but the beds are very firm and uncomfortable. They really need a memory foam topper to give some cushion. Also we did not have hot water so couldn t take a hot shower after skiing That s pretty bad to not have basic hot water at a hotel.

I stayed with my husband. My recent stay at Brian Head Lodge ski resort was incredible. The convenience of ski-in, ski-out access made hitting the slopes a breeze. The accommodations were modern, cozy, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The on-site amenities, including hot tubs and a cozy fireplace, provided the perfect apres-ski relaxation. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly enhanced the overall experience. Whether you're a seasoned skier or a first-timer, the resort's diverse terrain and top-notch facilities cater to all levels. It's a 10 min walk to the ski resort entrance or 2 min drive.

This is one of the worst hotels I ve ever stayed in .I ve traveled all over the world, including wilderness settings in the developing world. Combine poor quality with poor service. The front desk staff was by turns unhelpful and rude. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, soap and towels and asked for restocking and room cleaning, you have to request the night before, and they did not come all day even though I reminded Desk at 2 PM that we had requested cleaning , and when I got back at 7 PM still was not done. Everything was run down and broken. The room safe didn t work, the windows didn t open. The refrigerator didn t work. When we asked to put our valuables in the hotel safe downstairs they said only assistant manager had access and she has no set hours, so there was no way to access them later. Will never stay here again and will tell everyone I know and travel agent contacts to avoid the Brianhead Lodge.Rooms: Shabby and everything is broken. Roughest poorest toilet paper I ve ever used including developing world and buying my own, because they would not restock in time. Spent 5 nights, but I was ready to leave after the first night.Nearby activities: Brianhead ski resort is fine for advanced, skiers and snowboarders but not a good place for beginners and everything is at 10,000 feet or above which makes it very hard. Member of my family that altitude sickness so had to leave early.Walkability: Nothing is walkable in the snow, and the shuttle service is spottyNoteworthy details: Small Fitness Center smelled so bad I could not even walk in.

This hotel has zero insulation between floors, so you know the exact second when the people above you are awake. You can hear water running, walking around, creaking, and voices distinctly. I d never stay here again unless I was guaranteed a top floor unit. The room itself is nice and staff were helpful, but that makes no difference when your vacation schedule is dictated by the people above you.

Rooms were clean. The service from the front desk is TERRIBLE. They couldn t print out individual invoices for our stay and have been waiting almost a full week to get a receipt. My whole group has been calling the lodge numbers for the past several days and no one picks up. We ve tried emailing and no one responds to email as well. We need our receipts since we stayed for a work trip and in order to get reimbursed we have to submit receipts but the lodge just won t send them and apparently there s no way to contact them since they won t pick up the phone or reply to emails.Update: still haven t received the receipt.

Beat expectations! When my family arrived, our reaction was "wow! Its better in person rather than the photos from online resources. Location is great! About 20 mins away from hwy 15. Brianhead Ski resort is only 2 minutes away from the lodge! Awesome guest services! Never had a doubt about their services...well except for breakfast adults had to pay while kids eat free. Nonetheless, we didnt mind paying as it does help support the lodge and its hard-working guest services. Keep up the great work and customer satisfaction woohoo! The ambience of their dining area took our breath away when we saw the high ceiling and its view.We will definitely return and refer to our family friends!Brianhead is now one of our favorite locations for skiing and lodging.

We have been guests for 50 years at this hotel, stay once or twice a year, and ALWAYS leave our room impeccably clean. Last visit was a nightmare. The day after checking out we noticed a charge for $250. Called Anna @ the hotel, and apparently they charged us for "breaking the microwave". She was very rude and uncooperative and was unable to provide and proof because housekeeping "threw the microwave out!"Funny because it worked when we left. They could offer no proof of it, and weren't notified of this charge. No email or call from the hotel at all. We are really really sad about this, as we have been staying there once or twice a year. The management is very sketchy so PLEASE be aware!!P. S. Front desk staff were all rude with a bad attitude EXCEPT for Roma and Bob who were very pleasant and friendly!

My wife and I had reservations to stay at this lodge and on the day we were supposed to arrive there was a major rain storm that was causing flooding and danger to human life in Brian head due to the weather. We called the lodge to cancel due to the weather report, and they were very rude and refused to refund our money. as a result, we were lucky we did not stay there because our friends told us they stayed there at another time and they got bit by bedbugs.
