Coming into Valley Glass was a pleasant experience. Both Madison and Jennifer were very kind and helpful. They made the transaction of getting a new piece of glass effortless! I highly recommend Valley Glass!

It cost sbout $40 less than the 5 other places where I got quotes. Located in Bountiful. Very polite and quick about the repair. I called Tuesday and dropped our Sienna off that evening. The windshield was installed first thing the next morning and ready for pick up before 10am. Appears to be the same as the original glass and works as it should. Thanks.

Tyler did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. There were appointments available that worked with my schedule, the work was performed without issue and done within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Valley Auto Glass and Tyler Phelps.

This business is a very Customer oriented business. They got me right in and fixed my chip in the windshield and gave me full information when I need to go back and get a windshield or crack fixed. Very honest and reliable people.

Wow! So let me get this straight they called my insurance and did all that stuff, called when they were 15 min away, called when they got here (I think my technician Anthony was psychic and knew my dogs would get wound up- so thankful he didn t ring the bell!), replaced TWO windshields without leaving a mess, AND the technician was professional, courteous and genuinely seemed HAPPY to be there doing his job AND patiently answered my questions. What amazing world is this! Was able to get things done at home and not wait at the shop! So so convenient!!! I don t think I will ever do this any other way. If you need your Autoglass repaired, this is the place. Can t speak to the other technicians but Anthony did an amazing job and well exceeded expectations.

I needed a new windshield. I talked with them on a Friday and by Monday afternoon they came to my home to replace my windshield. They was very helpful and very friendly. I appreciate you all at Central Glass Bountiful.

We had a rock chip that we had procrastinated on repairing for quite a few months. It grew to over an inch in diameter with the neglect and the sudden snowfall. When we called in, a Central Glass employee said it could be fixed the same day. They did a fantastic job, and even cleaned the windshield when they were done.The whole repair costed a little over $40 for a big crack in the windshield. They fixed it up quickly and it looks great now!

Made an appointment for a window replacement install.(which was 3 weeks out just to get an appointment). Day of appointment I Waited and waited. They never showed up. I called (no apologies)and they said they could just give me a quote over the phone because they had the measurements from the previous home owner, they And would call me back. I never received a call back! I guess they don't want my business.

Michelle is the best at customer service and so friendly. She s been there forever! And they always have the most competitive prices around. I ve replaced many windshields with these guys. Top notch.

Very friendly and helpful. I have gone in several times for rock chips. Michelle at the front desk was very patient in helping me contact insurance to have it covered.The man who did the work was also very nice and did a great job.

I asked for a quote over 2 weeks ago. I have called once to see what the bid is-was told it would take a couple of days. Still have not heard. I was not impressed with the man who came to give me the bid. He walked in with mud on his shoes even oozing up the sides. I had to ask him to remove them when I saw footprints everywhere. I cannot believe a company can still be in business with this kind of non service.

I order tempered glass in July was told I could come pick pick it up in three days at this point I was going to install the glass myself however After rethinking it and considering the cost of the glass ,because it s costly I called back and scheduled for an installation to they told me they had availability August 10 at 10 AM and on August 10 at 9:30 AM they called me to tell me they didn t have the glass and couldn t make the appointment, as of today I am still calling the company they still are telling me the glass is on back order and this is a installation glass for my home in my kitchen where the glass has been broken out. The customer service representatives here are very nice they ve been very nice to me from the start but I cannot say that I think that they are knowledgeable and what they are doing and I cannot say that their customers are a priority when I am still waiting when I ordered the glass in July and we re almost into September.Services: Window installation, Window repair

My rearview mirror had fallen off and I wasn't sure where to go. I was driving around and stopped by to see if they had the specific glue I could buy or pay someone to adhere it back on. They were very friendly and had me drive my car in the garage and they took care of it for me. I asked them how much I owed them and they told me not to worry about it. I am so grateful! Next time I need any glass taken care of or know of someone who does I will definitely go/send them here. Thank you for being so kind!

I got a rock chip on the freeway and immediately called central glass- they got me in for an appointment within 10 minutes! Great service and super fast.

Took a window in for repair, was told the girl at the front stepped away for lunch and I could bring the window back later and see if I could catch her. Sorry, but if you can t cross train someone to accept an order when it is brought in I ll take my business elsewhere. If you post the hours that up are open but don t have people to provide the service you are in business for I won t do business with you.
