I loved working with Brandon! He was respectful, thorough, understanding, and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. Closing fees were reasonable, and Brandon went the extra mile to make sure I got the car that was a perfect fit for me! I felt like a person, not just a profit, and I was treated as capable and intelligent even when I had questions/didn't know what I was doing. If I'm in need of a car again, this will be one of the first places I look!

These guys are cool, no pressure, and great to work with, genuine car dudes as well. Highly recommend them over the clowns down the street, just don't do it. We worked a fair price on my low mileage Audi A7 I bought from them. They disclosed what it needed without us even asking (motor mounts, which are now replaced) and were understanding when we found a few more things and asked to negotiate a bit. Still going through the car, but overall buying experience was excellent, not much more to ask for. These guys are not liars or shady to deal with. I can't speak for the people who had one star reviews because I wasn't there and think there's two sides to a story, but I suggest giving these guys a chance over anyone else first. And if you want something they don't have, they will find it for you.-Dan M

This is my first car and i had the best customer experience at The Car-Mart. Brandon Castillo helped me through the whole process and was quick to reply when i told him i was interested in this Audi A4 and provided all the information I needed to help me get this car. The service is just phenomenal, they really are there for you every step of the way.

Here s what happened to me. As I ve seen in several other reviews, Brandon the salesperson is fantastic. I don t think you should buy a car from him while he works here, but hopefully he quits and works for a better dealer. I was concerned first when it took several days to get my emissions done. The reasons seemed legitimate at the time, but looking back I should have been more concerned. I was worried about a slow start on the car as well so I had them test the starter motor, which they assured me they had done. During the final purchase they had me review and sign a document stating that I was absolutely responsible for all repairs after that moment. The next day, I woke up and drove to work and got a check engine light during my drive. Turns out, I have a bad catalytic converter. I figured, well this is an older car (2005 accord, 129000 miles), maybe it s just timing. Can t blame them for everything right? This morning I was going to drive to work, but my starter motor that was apparently resting fine is now also out and my car won t start. The battery is totally fine, so is the alternator, it s the starter that they checked . Don t buy a car from these guys, it s not Brandon s fault, it s the shady dealer. I m personally convinced at this point that they flashed my computer to get it to go through emissions, and lied to me about the starter test. I know I definitely should have tested the car myself, but all the same, shady practice. Don t purchase cars here.

These guys are great! Brandon Mendoza, the tallest guy there, helped my wife and I. He s great and very knowledgeable about the vehicles.They keep their cars clean and are very honest, trustworthy people.You ll have a blast talking to everyone though, all the guys are fun and a good time.

They had the car I was looking for. They made a reasonable deal on it. Overall a pleasant experience to deal with them.Update. The state is taking a long time to get the title sent out. Brandon helped me get an extension on the registration even though its the state of Utah s fault not the dealers. Very helpful.

Really impressed with the sales process. We weren t pressured at all, drove as many vehicles as we wanted to, and left the dealership with CARFAX + buyer s order for both cars we were considering so that we truly had all the information that we needed to make a decision.We picked up a used 2015 Subaru outback two weeks ago and we just took it into the dealership after being assured that everything was fine with the car from the Car Mart. It turns out that the left axel is broken and that the brake pads and rotors need to be replaced immediately.After test driving the car, both my husband and I felt good about the car and didn t get it inspected because the Cart Mart took it to Ray s Muffler service and they said that everything is mechanically working. I believed them, and it would have been a big hassle to drive it an hour to get it inspected where we live.What we didn t know was that you needed to make sharp turns at low speeds to hear that the axis needed to be replaced.When we picked up the car, the interior smelled terrible. It hadn t smelled like that when we test drove. There was a mix of B.O. and dirt smell in the car, so driving the car back to our house with the windows down was a must.We were assured the car would be detailed before pickup. This was not the case. We spent the next day cleaning dirt and grime out of the car.The next day I replaced the windshield wipers, cabin air filter which was absolutely filthy, and did a decent job of getting the smell out.I know we bought the car as is and didn t take it to a mechanic, but I really wish we didn t have to do something basic replacement things ourselves (about $90) didn t have to pay a $1,488 repair for some basic things that could have been easily seen, diagnosed, and fixed before we bought the vehicle.If you are really adamant on getting a car here, make sure you do a very through inspection and take it to a trusted mechanic.

I m going to give The Car Mart, a 5 out of 5!! Why ?! Well, in my opinion Brandon Castillo went above and beyond to help us into our new car!! I m grateful! He knew my other car was giving out, And made sure I had my new one here.. by the time I was supposed to go to work!! Brandon, I will say is one of the only people I met in my car search- that I actually and fully not only believed everything he told me- but trusted him with his amazing knowledge! He knew a lot about cars.. not just trying to throw one into anybody s lap!! Thank you so much for making this one of the BEST MOMENTS OF OUR LIVES!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!I d recommend them to anybody!! Go check them out! Ask for Brandon Castillo.. and I promise, you won t be disappointed!

I recently bought my Audi from Brandon at The Car-Mart. I had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Even with my financing taking longer than normal with my bank, they worked with me to ensure I was able to get the car I wanted and made the process stress free. I highly recommend The Car-Mart if you re looking for great customer service and an enjoyable car buying experience.

Please don't buy a car here, the damn owner of this place only cares about filling his pocket with your money, regardless of others. Last summer I drove from Colorado to buy a vehicle because apparently they had good prices. Well I was buying cars and lastly I bought a Subaru, bad decision. Back just 2 hours later I had an accident due to mechanical problems with this vehicle. I demanded my money from them because it is not fair that two hours later the damn car has mechanical failures and you suffer an accident. They gave me absolutely nothing back with the excuse that the law is on their side. They told me that I had to keep the car yes or yes supposedly. They fixed it and sent it but the car doesn't work so please don't buy from this damn place the owner is piece of *****

Brandon was really nice and accommodating, no pressure at all. Their cars were all super clean and I feel like the Subaru we got was an excellent car for the price. They even got a window switch repaired and said if it fails to bring it back and they ll fix it again. Thanks guy!

I had a super great experience at the Car Mart! Brandon was wonderful and helped me understand the cars and provided great advice. Their buying process is straight forward and no hidden fees.I ended up buying from a different dealer because of circumstances, but Brandon was my first choice.If you are sick of the slimy and scamming big dealerships, go to Brandon!I drove all the way from Sandy, and it was totally worth it.Next time I buy a car, I am buying from Brandon!Best dealership in Salt Lake City.(I ve been to 15 of them!)

I am very happy with the car buying experience I had here. Josue was friendly and easy to work with. Negotiations were stress free and we agreed on what I felt was a fair price. This is, by far, THE BEST dealership I have ever been to. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I have never been better taken care of. Angel and Brandon went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. They know their inventory well. If something wasn't to my liking, they corrected it immediately. This dealership has nothing but high quality vehicles. And I did not have to haggle over the price because everything was priced just right. I am Definitely sending friends and family to CarMart. Two-thumbs up, no way. More like a three-thumbs up dealership. Keep up the good work guys.

Went in and test drove a Hyundai Elantra Sport. Dealt with Brandon and he was cool and extremely helpful. Did everything he could do to get me into the car. Wasn t able to get the car but the interaction with Brandon and the rest of the employees I met was great and they will be the first place I go to when I m back on the market.

Here s my experience. Brandon is great, the owner josue is not. I was looking at buying a 2016 Hyundai sonata hybrid. I went there and gave them a $300 deposit to hold the car and start working on the some repairs that the car needed.The catalytic converter went out after I gave them my deposit . The back doors don t open from the inside. When I went back 2 weeks later to finalize I called my insurance to see coverage options. My insurance company informed me this is an uninsurable vehicle due to the theft rate of the vehicle. I spoke with multiple agency s and the rates for this car were between $300-500 a month! Just for the Hyundai alone. I told the dealership about these issues and they DID NOT want to work with me. Angel (the manager) and Brandon (Car salesman) both tried to get Josue (Owner) to give me my deposit back due to the unforeseen circumstances. I DID NOT sign a single document with them. I didn t sign a purchase agreement or anything. I did file a complaint to open an investigation with the MVED (Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division) to try and give my $300 back. They told me that they will be sending out an officer to investigate. But please save yourself some stress and a headache and go elsewhere!!

The experience was really solid! They had a specific car that I wanted and decided to go with them. Long story short, I had no pressure of purchasing the vehicle during the test drive. Angel, the salesman that I worked with, was a kind & genuine individual. Any problems I had with the vehicle, they sought to find the solution for! I had a difficulty buying my car because of the bank, but The Car-Mart was patient and understanding on my behalf (It was over a 2 week period)! Overall it was a great solid experience and I ll be telling my friends & family to consider The Car-Mart for their next car purchase!

This was the first place to actually help us make progress on getting a new car while others wouldn't help because of our age, or were kinda sketchy. Definitely going here again when we get another car! Brandon is the one who helped us out and he was shy far the coolest and most helpful person we met. Highly recommend!

We purchased a 2013 Audi A4 for our son, came with the Carfax. We were a little worried about the tires being listed as new. They replaced the tires for us, had them ordered and delivered to a discount tire in our area. They were super helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them.

The customer service my friend had received was great, he went in one day and they were busy but he had gone the next day and they were so helpful. From what i saw and the way they were helping my friend, it was very welcoming and friendly and they explained things very well. She did end up purchasing a car. He and everyone who knows about his car adores it. I do highly recommend this place, they are always happy to help with any questions that one may have. :)

I m glad I went to The Car-Mart. I traded in my Audi to get a Tahoe. I know nothing about cars and they pointed me in the right direction. Their customer service was top tier as they treated me like a human and not just another customer. They also gave me good trade in value for my car! I m happy I chose this place instead of a big dealer. I highly recommend The Car-Mart!
