I.m very lucky to give them a call 10-17-2023. Aftenoon near ogden UT my hino box truck had break and tire failure(exploded) after i call in 45min mr Walker showed up. Suoer friendly, pro and quick, got the parts and get the work done and i complete my rest of the trip to colorado than back to los angeles, i.d say for 2.5hrs work about $750(tire and break parts excluded) is reasonable somewhat on that situation. Appreciated to hard workServices: Tires, Brakes

Charlie was courteous and professional. He arrived promptly and had my truck diagnosed and repaired and back on the road in less then 15 minutes of arriving...will use this company again if I'm in the Salt Lake area.

Found myself broke down in a Cowan yard in West Valley City.Called Mighty Fleet Services and they sent out a mechanic by the name of Charlie. He was knowledgeable and able to address the problem with my main air line to the engine. Got me fixed and on the road again within an hour. Thanks Charlie, Mighty Fleet Services.Kevin McElroy

Charlie is a great service mechanic, Mighty D was able to replace our tractor hoses the same day we came in within one or two hours. Always call first. We definitely will be returning!

Overall my experience with Mighty Fleet and Charlie was exceptional. Their friendly and knowledgeable service set the bar high for truck fleet services. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy truck maintenance and repairs, experiences of an actual customer .

Shady Shady! Had one of our units break down, these guys came out. Truck engine stopped due to no fuel pressure, and my driver was checking it out before they got there and he said he was covered in fuel. These guys come out, hook up the computer, truck is throwing codes for no fuel pressure. MAYBE THERE MAY BE A FUEL LEAK???? Their tech didn't even inspect for a possible fuel leak and then later tried to accuse the tow company of poking the hole in the tank. A few hours and $1,044 later, they cant find any issues with the truck so we're stuck calling a tow. Tow it to Freightliner which cost another $1,500. Nevermind the bill at Freightliner which cost another 4k. Needless to say, I've been talking to Tyler at Mighty, who agreed to reimburse us some of the money since they clearly did NOTHING for us and completely missed the leak. A few days ago, he agreed to reimburse half of the bill and today I hear "we cant do anything for you, this issue is over." I thought they were decent people, turns out everyone is out to get you.

Charlie is professional and provided great service. I had a trailer airbag to go out and charlie came quick to bypass my airline so I could get back to trucking. Thanks CHARLIE!!!

We found a hole in the sidewall of one of our drive tires. After calling a few other shops that did not have the tire we needed we called Mighty Fleet, they had 1 left in stock. Luckily we were bobtail and less then 1/2 mile from their shop. After talking with Brad we found their location and Charlie had our tire changed in less than half an hour. Brad got us taken care of in the office and ready to get back to our full day as Charlie was pulling the truck around front. Both guys were great to work with and given the circumstance we felt the pricing was fair.

Charlie did a service call on a Saturday evening. We discussed the particulars I had after a DOT level one saw an underside issue in the pit/ inspection bay. In no time after getting some replacement parts needed he got here and I was on my way. Nothing a short split break couldn t handle. These guys cover a lot of ground so it s worth the wait! Do yourself a favor and contact mighty fleet service in bountiful Utah!

Helpful, professional, and Charlie and Paul did a great job helping me out. I was dead in the water at odd hours of the night and they came out quick to help jump me then I got my battery replaced and Charlie was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Had an airline break off in the brake chamber of the trailer and was referred to Mighty Fleet Services. Received excellent service from technician Charlie, and was done and back on the road in less than an hour. The fellas in the office, Tyler and Brad, were super friendly and helpful. Charlie is MIGHTY MECHANIC FORREAL, the guy knows his stuff and quick and reliable. He s needs to be a manger someday soon. Charlie did a great job communicating with me about the issues that I was having with my truck before he headed my way. Obviously this was very necessary so that Charlie could ensure that he would have all of the parts and tools necessary to get me back on the road. Charlie was very personable and knowledgeable, which made this whole event a lot more stress free. Job well done Charlie & thank you!

Knowledgable and friendly. But once they feel as though you will be a return customer they will over charge you to make up for their previous work. $630.00 for a jumpstart. Would have been cheaper for me to have the truck towed back to the office.To Response -As you are aware we are no longer a customer due to your $200+ price hike that you added on to our bill to make up for previous jobs. Although I am happy to hear that you have a complaint officer now, I'm sure they will be kept plenty busy. I'm hopeful you guys will get a couple more calls for some jump starts so you can staff an entire department for complaints.

So I found myself in the bay at the scales on 84 and received a full DOT inspection, got put out of service for brakes adjustment and airline issues . Charlie came out and was very easy to work with , great guy , great service under the circumstances everything was great and DOT did not issue any citations.Charlie was efficient and polite.

Charlie, is the Man!!!! I was stranded. They told me it would take 2 hours! Charlie was there in 20 minutes thru the snow!! Honestly NEVER seen a guy work so hard to get me on the road! Charlie is the TRUTH!

Wow, very impressive from the second. They pulled up. The mechanic, Charlie. Very likely saved my life. Went above and beyond very nice guy, very knowledgeable mechanic who pays attention to detail. They were quick to get here and I was impressed from the second they pulled up. They literally came ready for anything. Top of the line equipment top of the line mechanic. Thank you, Charlie, for noticing the fact that the trailer U-haul rented me was completely dangerous and should have been taken out of service, not re-rented to someone.

Cody, is so Helpful in taking care of our Radiator Break down. Got us done so quick with great Communication in Coordinating when they would be done. We are glad to continue to use them for even just Maintenance up keep on our trucks and trailers. With there mobile service Paul is great in responding quickly.
