Working with Kentson is unlike working with any other dealership. I will NOT purchase a car from any other dealership ever again. From the first experience when I walked through the door to helping us find the right car for us and driving away in our new car they were phenomenal.When we were looking we went to a few dealerships and it was a complete night and day difference in the customer services Kentson provided. Their prices are fair, cars were in amazing condition and again the customer service was unlike anywhere I have ever purchased a car. We had an awesome experience working with Kentson Car Company (specifically, Brandon in Sales). We were out of state buyers interested in one of Kentson's pre-owned vehicles. In general, buying a car is a daunting process and doing it sight unseen is even scarier, but Brandon went above and beyond to show us the details and quality of the vehicle (via videos, text messages & calls) we were interested in and made sure we were extremely comfortable throughout the buying & shipping process. We were very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend working with Brandon at Kentson, especially if you're buying out of state!

I found a Ford F-150 on Autotrader being sold at a place called Kentson Car Company in Bountiful. I had never heard of them, even being in the auto industry for several years. I figured they were just your run-of-the-mill used car lot. They are not! Upon entering their quite small parking lot just past their fine brick building, my first impression was that they line their units up perfectly on their lot (not your typical used car lot). Inside their building is immaculate. Several comfortable rolling chairs around a long rounded desk. That s where u first met Clay. He was great and cut right to the chase, letting me know there would be no typical back-and-forth with an unseen sales manager trying to squeeze you. It was clear this place was legit, confirmed by the inventory they sold and the numerous Best In State plaques they had adorning a wall in the nicely furnished waiting area. If you are ever in the market for a vehicle and come across an ad for one being sold at Kentson, jump on it! When you get there, ask for Clay Salisbury. He will make you feel at ease, resolve your concerns, and take care of you. By the way, you ll be able to take your target vehicle to test drive as if you already own it. Just sign a waiver and have it back before they close! Kentson Car Company is five-star and two thumbs way up!

We have bought two vehicles from this dealership and had the best possible experience both times. The sales managers worked with (Chad and Cache) were extremely helpful but never aggressive. We were given keys to check vehicles out alone and at our own pace, and at no point we're we pressured to commit to anything. Kentson gives you all the benefits of shopping for a car online but with the ability check out or test drive cars as many times as you like. I can't imagine going to a regular dealership again.

We went in to look at a 2020 GMC Acadia. Colby was the one that helped us. He was very laid back when it came to not wanting to pressure us into anything. We were training in a vehicle with a branded title and he was upfront with us about everything that the trade in would entail. It was a very quick process from the test drive to signing the final paper and heading home in our new vehicle. This was our first time down to Kentsons but the wife and I both agree ot won't be the last time. Great group of people there. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I purchased a 2023 GMC Yukon site unseen from Kentson a few weeks ago (I live in Texas). Chad made the purchase experience quick and easy. The car arrived sooner than they originally estimated and was delivered to my house. The Yukon was in great condition, with two exceptions. It had swirl marks in the paint on some areas of the vehicle, and the middle seat belt in the 3rd row was missing. I contacted Chad and he helped facilitate correction of both items. I was blown away with the service. They stood behind everything despite the deal being done and me being hundreds of miles away. This is a great company to work with.-James

Had a great experience at Kentson. Clay made the process very quick and easy. He stayed in communication with us and had all of our paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of the signing process in less than 15 minutes (which was amazing as we had our kids with us). We went in several weeks ago to test drive a Yukon XL for our expanding family. We went in at the end of the day on Saturday to test drive one we d seen on their website. We thought we were safe test driving it right before close, on a weekend, but unfortunately the car sold later that night. Colby Snyder was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, had it delivered shortly thereafter and it was cheaper than the original vehicle we test drove. In addition, they worked with a unique financial situation and really went out on a limb to help us. The entire experience and vibe at Kentson is different, in a good way. We ll go back and send friends and family.

These guys were amazing to work with! They had great sales people and super low pressure. They let me try out a few vehicles to get a feel for what I like and that was nice. They only deal used cars, but they have great access to lots of cars and will even do a special search to find you just what you are looking for. I would highly recommend going to them. Cache was the best and helped get everything I needed!

Kentson is awesome! Have bought multiple cars from them. We're not gonna buy from anywhere else. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! The longest we spent in the dealership for a purchase was about 20 mins and that was because we were talking football for most of it.

I purchased a car six weeks ago from this company. The people were friendly and helpful until it came to fulfilling the IOU paper the company as well as myself, signed. One of the papers I signed stated that the part on the car that was broken, they would replace. I signed that paper and they said they would get the part ASAP and mail it to me. Six weeks later, I have had to call more than five times and each time I have spoken to a different person who told me it would be handled. Twice they told me they would call me back and never did. My advice is, if you are buying a car, and need a part for it, do not buy it. The part I need is a very simple clip, nothing super hard or expensive. It has taken over a month of me calling for them to still do nothing. I do not recommend buying a car from them if you have to sign one of these, chances are you will not get the part.

We bought a truck from JJ. Anytime we brought up a concern he would brush it off instead of addressing it.He told us that they had a 5 day no questions asked return policy only to quickly mention later as we were signing the papers that using it would be a $500 fee. I asked if it was 5 business days and he said That s a good question, I don t know and moved on. He blamed the seat warmers for being weak on it being a GMC , when our other GMC that we ve had for 5 years has had no problems. He promised to call in a favor to get Apple CarPlay installed, and as soon as papers were signed he said he couldn t make any promises.He became noticeably short with us after we declined warranty and when asked how much the warranty total cost would be he said Do you really want to know? He then told us that he could only top off the truck with gas if we changed our minds and did decide to buy one of the warranty packages. You have to do me a favor, for me to do you a favor . We asked if we could pay for a specialty license plate and he told us we were being difficult.The next morning we noticed a pool of oil under the truck, so we called. JJ then tried telling us that it was just water buildup and then in the same sentence asked if we could leave a great review. The dealership said they would reach out after the weekend to check on the problem and they never did. So they must have not cared Turns out it was just a loose bolt from a recent oil change, so it was easy for us to fix ourselves. In hindsight, I wish we had just asked to work with a different salesman because we love the truck and everyone else there seemed great.

Great experience working with Colby. Straightforward. In and out in about 45 minutes. This is how car buying should be. Just like running to the grocery store. You can just run in and buy a car and run to your next thing without having to hear a whole sales pitch. Overall great experience.

Let me start by saying that I cannot stand car dealerships and their sales people. Every time I ve been to them, I walk out after a purchase feeling like I have been used, abused, and taken advantage of. The whole sales person / sales manager tactic is nonsense. It doesn t matter how educated you feel you are about the sales process, the cost and fees, and the negotiations - you re leaving feeling like you ve been taken advantage of and that they somehow figured out this or that way to take advantage of you. Well - enter Kentson, I found they had a vehicle I wanted and using some online tools (cargurus) I discovered that the pricing they had on the vehicle was better than average. Well I put on my battle armor and mentally prepared myself to arrive and have this great price erode because of doc fees and such to discover the opposite. You walk into a very clean and modern office and lot, there is a main area with a rounded desk and a smaller conference area behind glass and NO sales manager offices for the sales people to go in for negotiations. The sales people there have a laptop and own the entire sales cycle, they act as the sales person, manager, and finance person should you need it and they do all this on their laptops with you sitting there working with them. The price on the vehicle I purchased was low enough and beat out most of the others in the valley that negotiations were not necessary. I will say their doc fees were higher than others but because of the low price I left I alone and didn t try for a lower fee there. The sales person, Dylan, was very personable and easy to talk to without coming across as the average car salesmen where it isn t genuine. I will for sure consider Kentson for future purchases if they have what I m looking for.

I had the pleasure of working with JJ to purchase a used vehicle. He was very clear and polite over the phone and even helped explain the paperwork in detail. JJ had timely responses and listened when I had concerns, helped provide solutions and made sure that we were on the same page through the process. I m grateful for his assistance and thankful that Kentson Car Company is straightforward and upfront with their pricing and didn t add on extra fees and protection packages without permission, instead they offered them to me after the price was already agreed on. Even though I was buying from another state, it was really made fairly simple and painless thanks to the help from JJ.

What a great experience we had working with JJ and Chad last Saturday. After researching for a vehicle that we wanted we visited many dealerships we ended up at Kentson Car Company and had the pleasure of working with JJ. He was respectful of our needs, helpful in finding what we were looking for and overall a happy and helpful representative for Kentson Car. He wasn't pushy nor did he try to lead us to something we didn't want. He and Chad were helpful in finding the price that worked for us and negotiations were upfront and with a positive beat. After dealing with numerous dealerships along the Wasatch Front, we were very pleased to end out search with JJ and Kentson Car Co. We'll see them first when it's time for another vehicle. This place is great.Absolutely no pressure selling . All the crew at the shop were genuine and friendly. Dallen gave me solid information about the history of the vehicle and allowed me to test drive by myself. He also worked with me to allow my mechanic to give the vehicle the once over to make sure it was good. They then openly worked with me when a few minor things arose after inspection. I will absolutely return next time we need a new vehicle.

Kenston car company was amazing to work with. We brought a 2021 Toyota Sienna there and I can't be happier that we chose them. We did our research ahead of time and knew what vehicle we wanted. We looked at 6 other dealerships and found that they were the most reliable, transparent, and easiest to work with. The whole process of test driving, to being pre-approved through our bank there at their dealership, to purchasing and driving it off the lot--took approximately 45 minutes. Honestly, loved the whole experience. And the people there were so kind and friendly. Would recommend it again to anyone!

The AI chat is ridiculous. It wanted all my info just to find out if a vehicle was still available. I'm flying into town and don't want to waste my time going to dealerships if the vehicles aren't available. I still don't know if it is. I had to block the chatbot.

Bought my car here in 2020 and have had absolutely 0 issues so finally leaving a great review. Zero pressure sales process, paid for a third party inspection out of their own pocket at my request, and paperwork was a breeze. Have put over 70k miles on it in three years with 0 mechanical problems, would not hesitate to buy from them again if I lived in the area.
