I loved buying my truck from here, it was a great experience. However, I went in to get my tires rotated and oil changed, my appointment was 9 am. Had the truck in at that time. I was told since I was one of the first morning appointments that it would be quick, I was then reassured it would be around an hour. It took them 3 hours to do and then I had to go to the back myself to finally hear an update that my truck was just finished. Pretty disappointing.

Took my little car I have had for 10 years and they fixed her up very good. They are polite and seem pretty accurate. I was told by 3 other mechanics that it was a head gasket but when I took it into this place they told me it was the spark plugs and ignition coil. They changed it all and she runs great! I told Blake what the issues where and what needed to be done and he told me that is should let him check it out first (and the fee is $200 to diagnose BUT that fee goes toward your repairs) to make sure it was the head gasket. It was not the gasket and they saved me a ton of money. They seem honest and upfront. I have only had my car for 1 day so we will how long things take but for now I am glad I took my car here and that Blake and Diana helped us! Thank you!

It was a good experience. Polite employees. Easy process. I really liked the video that gets sent to the car owner reviewing the whole service and assessing the condition of the vehicle. That was cool. If I had any suggestion, it would be for the dealership to add a free car wash on any service. At previous dealerships I've had service agreements with, everytime I took the car in for a service, they would give the car a quick exterior wash, which was a nice touch. But that certainly might be an unreasonable request, given how busy things are, not to mention the extra costs that could go along with that offering. Just a "nice to have" if it were available. Otherwise it was a very good experience with the dealership service department.

An oil change and alignment was done on my truck. Alignment was pulling to the left, took it back to the shop. Tech advised its supposed to do that, asked for supervisor. He agreed that it was pulling and corrected, only after getting a supervisor. When tires were rotated a hubcap was broken, was not advised it was broken. After getting home I found the cap under the drivers seat, had to go back to shop. I live over 30 minutes away and it's my second trip back to shop because of bad work. Asked why I wasn't advised the cap was broken, no answer not even a I will find out.Very poor service this time around, supposed to take vehicle back for transmission problem. I am thinking maybe some other place should do that, I don't need this shop to ruin my vehicle.

I was less than impressed with my recent experience at the Performance Ford Service Department. I scheduled an oil change using their reservation system for a 9:30 AM slot, expecting that my car would be taken care of promptly. To my dismay, even after two and a half hours, the work hadn t begun. When I called to inquire at 12:00 PM, I was informed that my oil change was still not underway, a fact that left me both frustrated and inconvenienced.Worst of all, the service was completed after an inordinate amount of time - a staggering 4 hours and 45 minutes. This is not the level of efficiency one would expect from a reputable service department, particularly when a reservation had been made.In short, I was extremely dissatisfied with the slow service and lack of timeliness at Performance Ford. As a customer, I believe we deserve respect for our time and more effective communication if there are delays.I m certain you could understand why I would be reluctant to bring my vehicle to Performance Ford in the future.

Didn't complete or even look at the car on the appt date, nor told us it wouldn't be looked at. They promised it would be a couple days more after that when we checked up on it. Three days later and no update. Called and they said oh well we haven't had a chance to look at it, so no update. Busy. Didn't care they had my car that entire time when I could have been using it. Instead of trying to figure out how to get to work and get groceries. I had to call them for an update being upset and requesting them to work on it. They looked at it Saturday finally. approved the work pretty quick after they looked at it. They did provide how much it is going to cost either. On Monday the told me they had to order a part. Finally got my car back a week and a day after the scheduled appointment date. Got home and they did not attach the undercarriage. It is dragging on the ground. Now what? It's going to take them weeks with my car to put in a couple of screws. I do NOT recommend using them.

I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, and had several other services performed, including getting new tires, cooling and brake system flushes, oil change, etc.Rob was the greatest service manager ever. He wrote up the work order, arranged for me to be driven home and they began the requested services.About 4 hours later, everything was completed. Rob arranged for e to pay online, and my car was delivered to me at my home 15 miles away. This was the most professional and hassle free experience I ve ever had with a dealership. Thank you Rob, and thanks to the entire team at Performance Ford. My ten year old Ford Fusion is just like new.

My vehicle had been to two other Ford dealerships, two times each, one in California, and one here in the valley and neither of them, neither time could repair it properly. The air conditioning would begin blowing warm after just three days of use. Those other shops also kept my vehicle for numerous days. The guys at bountiful Ford fixed it in less than 24 hours and it s been blowing cold ever since! Thank you very much

Overall my experience wasn t good. I took my Lincoln in for a diagnostics on a few electrical issues I was having. After 4 days they sent me a video of the wiring harness behind the display where it looked like somebody had wired in a aftermarket system and hadn t done a great job. They quoted me 10 hours of labor costing around $2,100. I ended up calling a few local audio installation shops and showed them the video ford sent me and all of them said they could do it in under 3 hours. I called ford and told them I was going to have somebody else fix it and when I picked up my car I had been charged twice for diagnostics and the problems I was having before were 10x worse and my display didn t work at all, worst of all my heat was stuck on and I couldn t do anything to fix it. Remind you I didn t have this problem before they worked on it. Also, the text that they sent me with the technicians name and the diagnostic video said the technician had 1 year experience as a lube technician. I ended up taking my car to extreme audio and they fixed the wiring back to factory in less than 1 hour time for $150. I ve got more I could add but I think this is enough to get my point across.

I went to another Ford dealer and was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks before they could fix a problem on our van. I dropped by Performance Ford and they had the part and scheduled me for an appointment 2 days later. The best part, they had it fixed in the time they estimated. I will be going to Performance for all future service. Very nice folks there!

Took 16 days to diagnose, get parts, and fix our Expedition. Our assigned service advisor was very difficult to get ahold of, and I was the one who had to continually reach out for updates. I understand diagnosing and ordering parts can take time, but it was the lack of communication and general disorganization of their department that left me in the dark for the majority of the process. Would recommend you probably choose a different service department at a different dealer if possible.

I was recently in for a 40k service at Performance Ford Bountiful, my Ranger was going to need tires soon. The service advisor, Mr.Taine discussed with me a purchase on new take-off tires and wheels. His offer and suggestion saved me hundreds on tires, got me a great looking upgrade in wheels and honestly made my day. Thanks Performance Ford, this is why you are my go to service provider.

They had my car for one month. They originally said they needed to order a part, which took a long time to get there. Then they said something in my car needed to be "machined," which they also had to send out to do. Then they said they got the wrong part and had to reorder it. It was a fight through the whole process trying to find out the status. Most times I spoke with someone they said they would need to find my service adviser and call me back, or they would need to find the tecnician and call me back. And they would never call me back, until I lost my cool and said I wouldn't hang up until I got answers. At one point I had someone tell me they're doing the best they could and they took cars in order and I just had to wait my turn. At the time of that conversation my car has been there for three weeks. Does that mean every car that were working on had been there longer than three weeks? I have a hard time believing that. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place, but I will never go back.

I have to thank Dustin in Service so much- I had to pull over due to a check engine light on my way back from SLC and pulled into Performance Ford. Their schedule was booked - but he still got my vehicle in and within a couple of days my car was done! This was service on another level! Completely transparent - a breeze to talk to- they sent me videos of my repair - and the online app kept me up to date the whole way. A special thanks to Trey who went out of his way to recover a personal item I left at the store accidentally- every interaction was rewarding. I truly give my visit 5 stars - I trust them - the price was more than reasonable and my vehicle is running great! Thank you all so much!

Very friendly! It was a busy Sat, so it took a while, but I enjoyed looking at some of the other vehicles on the lot, and relaxing in the waiting loungeUpdateI scheduled an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. Arrived at 10 to drop off my car and they offered me a lyft ride back to work which was nice! Around 2 pm, I still had not been told it was done, so I called to see when I could come to get my car as I was almost off work and ready to head home. I was told that my car "should be done around 430pm". Six and a half hours seemed a little excessive to wait for an oil change... I was late arriving home to relieve our nanny, and had to hand around at work for an extra couple hours, who likes that?

Car has been in the shop for two months. Service writer has not called me once to tell me what is going on. I have to call weekly to get the standard next week . Now I find out after 2 months there is another problem. This seems to be the norm with the service department, the last time I brought my car here it was there for over 2 months. When I did finally go to pick up my car, they told me they delivered my car to another customer and left it with them. They had to go the next day to retrieve it and clean it up after the other customer used the car and got the interior dirty. When, did finally got my car back the front grill was damaged. I have yet to have a good experience with this dealership.

Will definitely use this shop again, all other dealers I called said I was a month or two out to fix a part covered under warranty on a new car. These guys got me in the shop within one day of calling them. The service was fast and great!

I called in around 8 am because I realized I was past due for an oil change in my 6.7 ford.I have heard great reviews in the past from other co-workers that this is a great place to take your cars for service. They were able to get me in at 9:30 am and the service took about an hour altogether. I waiting in the guest Lounge and they had a soda machine and coffee\ got chocolate and some popcorn in there. It s was a good experience. When the service was being done I was sent a video on some recommendation of some things I could work on, but I usually take good care of my truck. After I left I drove to my job In Farmington and I keep smelling an oil smell coming through The vents something that usually goes away pretty quick. But after I arrived to my job it was smoky in my cabin and was super confused why. I opened the hood and found the culprit the oil cap was off sitting on top of my battery.Overall a good experience I m glad that there was no damage done and my cap was still there. But let make sure we are paying attention next time.

I appreciate that they took care of the oil change and the recall issue and provided me with a ride so I didn t have to wait there all day long. I don t appreciate that they tried to tell me that my tires were so far go. They the metal was showing through to try and get me to buy tires right then. I already knew the status of my tires and they were not that far gone. I despise when they try to manipulate you to spend more money immediately than you have to.

Actually really frustrated with this place. I called to get my transmission looked at since it was having problems and I wanted to have it done before the warranty on it was up. They set up an appointment a few days later, so we drove it the hour there and then they told us we had to leave it and they MAY get to it next week!! Why would I set an appointment to just leave my car on the lot and hope it got in 6 days later!!? They don t provide a loaner so I would have had to get a rental for a week before my car even got checked out. Makes no sense.

We had an 11 o clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me there was a couple people in front of me so my car wasn t done until 2:45. So what was the point in having an appointment? Took way too long. Other than that they did fine!

By far the most criminal and dishonest service department in existence. They did things to my car I didn't request and charged me $500 to NOT fix anything. They put the wrong size battery in my car and had it for 3 MONTHS saying "we are still working on it..." In the end they fixed nothing, stole my money, and never apologized for taking so long. NEVER take your vehicle to Performace Bountiful Auto! Run from them!I took it to a Ford dealer in Layton, and they had it fixed in a week.

I take it my ford escape for spark plugs replacement . 3 days later I call in to ask for my car and was toll the car has some leaks and they want to charge me about $2,000 dollars to repair this leaks not included the replacement of the spark plugs? At the end pickup the car still have to pay $390.00 for cleaning the fuel injectors? The car it was working great before I took it in , now it runs terrible?

My review is of the service department at Performance Ford Bountiful.I was foolish enough to think my service appointment was to get work done. But later was informed it was only an appointment to check in. My truck was in their shop 4 days to get a diagnosis of a simple problem. Then wait several days for a part to be ordered. Then make another appointment to get the part installed at a cost of 7 times the cost of the part.A reasonably cordial service rep but not forthcoming with the expected timeline.Overall a very poor experience.

I recently purchased a Bronco from Performance Ford in Bountiful but an accessory still needed to be installed. Taine in the Service department got my new vehicle in and had the part installed in under an hour. Great service!

After you make an appointment and drop your car off, no one will look at your car for 2-3 days. Then the repair will take at least 3 more days (even a single straightforward repair). And the people there will gaslight you and pretend this is normal if you complain.

We brought our Ford Escape in for a recall that should have taken a few hours. We were told about a second recall that would take 2-3 weeks. No problem. But the finish date kept getting pushed back week by week, until it was finally done over 6 weeks later. We were offered a loaner car for 3 days, but were able to keep it for a week. After the 3 week mark we were told the last time they did this recall it took a month and a half. The car seems fine now, and honestly I understand issues with supply chains and busy schedules. Everyone we talked to was polite and helpful. But it would have been so helpful if they had just told us at the beginning how long this would all take, or been more generous with a loaner car.

Oil change, tire rotation and rock chip repair went smoothly. Advisor who checked me in said that Ford recommended engine cooling system flush, automatic transmission fluid and filter change, changing the fluid in the front and rear axles at 30k miles. Roughly $1600 in work. They didn t have time for the work and would need to keep the vehicle over night. I couldn t leave it so I told them I d need to reschedule. After research, I discovered that Ford does not list these as recommended maintenance at 30k miles. Was the advisor attempting to schedule unnecessary work? (Note, advisor who checked me in transferred me to another advisor as he was wrapping up his work day.
