CJ was very helpful. He explained things in detail and was patient, succinct and to the point. He even stayed after hours for us so we could pick up our car.

UPDATE: reached manager after a couple of attempts and they came through. We paid for parts and they took care of labor which is all we ever wanted. Not a handout just accountability. Fair is fair after all. We will still be taking our business elsewhere from here on but thankful to them for stepping up.Worst customer service. In reading these reviews the trend against women is obvious. My wife felt a wobble on her Jeep. Took her vehicle in on a Friday. Get a late call to notify they need to keep the car until Monday. So far nothing found with vehicle. Wait all day Monday to hear back. NO CALL! We find out Tuesday that there was a change in the technician working on the vehicle and someone that made it ok to keep us out of the loop and without a vehicle for four and a half days. Ultimately nothing found on the vehicle but was advised to rotate tires which we opted to do at our tire shop as it would be free. Fast forward to a death wobble later and we can t get the tire shop to inspect our vehicle or rotate our tires because the technicians lost our lug nut key! They offered to remove and replace the lug nuts for $75 only to charge $150. We shouldn t be paying anything in the first place! Take my locking lug nuts out for free even if you don t replace them. It s the least you can do after you lost our key not to mention all the inconvenience we ve had to go through. There is no accountability at this location, no sign of management and absolutely zero customer service. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you re a woman!

The only reason I gave it one star is I that I EVENTUALLY got my car back. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have had. In a close tie with the last time I tried to have service here. In a nutshell - they over promise, under deliver, they aren't proactive at all, and made my wife feel absolutely unimportant as a customer. This after she was incredibly patient, reasonable and downright kind to them. The manager was dismissive, and unapologetic. This after they had our car for 2 MONTHS to repair, saying it would take a few days initially. Actually, TYLER did apologize one time during our experience with the service department: It was this morning when, after he called us last night to say we could finally come in and pick it up, we drove over this morning and - sure enough it wasn't ready. His half-hearted apology for it not being ready and that it would be another couple of hours literally was the icing on the cake. I will never, ever, take my car back here. There are so many other companies that I know would be more kind, caring and customer focused than these guys are.

I had come in the previous week and let them know the issue. They booked a time for me to come in and I left my car with them early in the morning. Towards the end of the day when I needed my car I called because they hadn t contacted me. When I did call they notified me that they couldn t do anything with the lights or any of the other issues. So my car was there for over eight hours for just an oil change and a review of the parts that it needed which we had done in the previous visit. They told me I could come get the car that it was ready when I got there they had forgotten to rotate the tires so I had to wait and was late for my doctors appointment because of it. Usually I have a good experience there but this was one of the times that nothing seem to aligned in communication wasn t very good.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

The service team were very kind and professional. Got me checked in quickly and even asked if I needed a ride while my truck was being serviced. The manager came over to check and made sure that I was being taken cares of. Love the service they provide and wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Mauricio was very good. Tyler puts some good effort in to deliver a good service. Besides that the dealership seems poorly ran. You don t practice your values well. I certainly wouldn t buy a vehicle there. Mauricio was thorough, communicated well. Tyler did his part. You guys need leadership.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, BrakesServices: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

It took them a long time to find out what the issue was. They had to order a part, which took longer because of the Memorial holiday. They finally got it fixed and I now have my car back. I appreciate their hard work in finding what the problem was. It didn't cost me as much as I was first told. Thank you for your service!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I had to drop off my vehicle on the weekend. I was told to park in front of the Service bay, however the lot was chained closed and I had to park outside of the lot which I wasn t thrilled about. It all worked out, it was just different from what I was asked to do. Additionally, I had an issue with my vehicle and was told the warranty I had on would not cover it. After calling the warranty office, I was told it was covered under the certified vehicle warranty. I would have thought the service department would have the records of my vehicle as I purchased it through the Larry H. Miller dealership network. At the end of the day it was covered and I was happy my costs were minimal.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto maintenance

Im pretty sure they didn't rotate my tires. Per there service agreement. The reason I know that they didn't. I had marked my tires to make sure it was done. Because in the past they have not done it. Tires where still in the same place as I had marked. It does raise a question,If they do all that they say there supposed to under there maintenance plan. If they miss rotating the tires. What else is missing. Let's keep things honest. PleaseService: Oil change

They changed my oil, rotated tires, did on site registration which was so convenient! I also had mud flaps put on. The mud flaps were on back order and they went out of their way to get me a set and get them on same day! They are great!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I dropped off my car at 7:27 am to have a standard oil change and tire rotation, as part of my Jeep Wave package. I was told that there were 3 people ahead of me, and to please be patient. I agreed and said I would wait for my vehicle, expecting to get my vehicle back in about an hour or so. So I went to the waiting area and waited. And waited. And waited. I saw other people waiting with me, and most eventually left. At about 2 hours I started to get agitated but I had agreed to wait and did not know their staffing issues as it is close to Christmas. Finally at 3 hours sitting in the service area, I went back to the service desk and asked where my vehicle was. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw what appeared to be my vehicle, waiting for someone to collect it. However the service desk still had to find my contract and sign me out. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, waiting, but it was obvious that I had been completely forgotten. When I go into a Jiffy Lube, or Burt Bros for oil change, the longest I have ever had to wait was 45 minutes. Yes, this saved me some money, but costed me dearly in time- it wasted most of my morning. Had I known it was to be a 3 hour wait, I would have gone anywhere else.Service: Oil change

I am VERY satisfied with the service I received from Todd Holt at LHM in Bountiful! I was in & out in barely over an hour, I wasn t harassed at all trying to sell me all kinds of parts or service, the price was absolutely as low as anyone else (I called around first and LHM was in fact cheaper than everyone else I spoke to), AND they washed & vacuumed my truck. They just won my long-term business this morning! Thanks, Todd!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The service department is great! They repaired the problem with my Jeep s sway bar disconnect, then also identified the rattling that has been driving me crazy and fixed it too. It s very reassuring to have people that know my Jeep Wrangler so well - it was super important as I m heading to Moab next weekend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenanceServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

Took the Jeep in for a recall update. Ended up being told that the transfer case control motor was bad along with the position sensor. The service rep told me that it was an internal motor even after I questioned him about that. They say that they had to service the transfer case to repair. I'm not sure what that means other than swapping out the oil because they didn't remove the transfer case and to swap out the other two parts is no more than an hour job. After this and a $1900.00 bill I was told the transfer case needed to be replaced. If that is the case then why did I pay for a diagnostic fees and other parts just to have another $3000 price guesstimate proposed. 61000 miles and part of the drivetrain goes out. Poor quality, poor design, and poor service.Service: Transmission repair

It was not a great experience. Had to repeatedly call to try to get updates on my car. I was told often that someone would call me back in 30 min. Only to call back myself a couple hours later. I don't know if they were understaffed or just not real good about communicating, but it was annoying. That aside they did fix the engine problem I had, so that was good.Service: Engine repair

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer-service department. I purchased a 2020 dodge challenger in september 2020 and was told I got 3 oil changes included, when I took my challenger in, I was told I did not have that and I would have to pay $75 for the oil change and $25 for a tire rotation. My previous dealer had the oil change and tire rotation price all together. The man i dealt with was a younger man who didn't seem to care about anything but up sell me a package that was suppose to be included in the purchase of the car. I ended up only doing the tire rotation because of the price, and upon payment I was told after tax the total was $30, when I looked at the receipt i had been charged a "MISC charge" for $2.50 plus the tax. Awful, Company milks for every penny and they lie. We purchase vehicles for our family company and have never had such horrible customer service. Our company will never purchase a vehicle from this location or come to this service department again.Service: Vehicle maintenance

Window would not go up. Switch most likely broken. Company got the window up for $200 and 3 hours of my time. But decided against finding out if motor or other factor was the reason the window would not go up. Why not ?while everything is A part? Also why did Dodge want $400 for a part when autozone had it for$189?. This sounds shady to me.Service: Auto power window repair

Took my truck in for the 100,000 mile service. Spent $2,200When I took it in the engine sounded fine, when I got it back today, there s a loud ticking sound in the engine. I feel like one of the mechanics during a road test, was out hot rodding it !!As it is a 5.7 hemi engine, really disappointing after spending that kind of money and trusting a dealer to do the best jobServices: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

My experience with them is terrible. They advertised a working 4WD used vehicle, I paid them cash for the vehicle. Got home and the 4WD was kaput. I couldn't even get into my driveway. Sent them an email, no response. Had it fixed at local mechanic, cost me $550, asked the dealer if they would pay for wholesale price of part.. $250...no response...look on YELP...similar experiences from other buyers. I do not recommend this dealership....zero stars!
