If you want a business who will take three times as long and charge you two and a half times the original estimate, Bountiful Collision is for you. It is nearly impossible to get through on their phone, and they do not provide the updates they promise. They do give you a website to check, but it's only a pie chart of the costs, and those costs continue to climb as the process continues. They promised my car in five days; it took twenty-two. I have never before worked with a business that communicated so poorly. I only hope their repair work is better than their front office.

The work was completed in a timely manner and the job looks like brand new professional everything. The communication was well and the workers have team meetings to coordinate jobs for the day. Very organized crew and company

One of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had and I don t leave bad reviews like this normally. They said it would take two weeks max. I called after two weeks and a day after not hearing any updates. they had no idea how fair along the repair was but said they would be done in a few days. After a few more days of silence I get hit with a 20% increase change order which should have been communicated within a few days of dropping of my car because it was obvious the issue was found during disassembly. Wasn t done until for four more days. Over three weeks for what others quoted at 7-10 days and because of the change order I ended up spending more than the other quotes I received. This place is insanely unorganized and unprofessional. I would definitely avoid it.

The car looks great! I believe it has been properly repaired. The only gripe I have with Bountiful Collision Center is that they did not keep me properly informed of the progress. I prefer to have more updates then they provided. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the work they did.

The repair was not trouble free as in most repair jobs of significance. That said, Bountiful Collision worked the issues and my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. They stand by their work. Thank you for fixing my vehicle.

The repair took twice as long as they said it would, and when I picked up the car, they hadn t done all the work they said they would do. They hadn t told me when I got the estimate that they might not be able to do the work, and when they told me the car was ready to pick up, they also didn t tell me they hadn t done all the work we had discussed in the estimate. I even had to wait 20 minutes in their lobby before I could pay them, while the employee worked with a vendor rather than helping a customer first. Poor communication and lackluster customer service.

Not impressed...zero communication, zero customer service, no timeline given for completion, phones rarely answered, no voicemails replied to, one update consisted of a single picture. Car was dirty upon picking it up, bondo dust and buffing compound in every crack. Nobody walked the car with me after completion. Just handed the keys and sent me on my way.After getting home, vinyl wrapped hood had been buffed with buffing compound and it was stuck along the edges and inside the hood vents, overspray on a 1/3rd of the roof and on the inside the drivers side window, a smudge on the passenger quarter that wasn't there before and the panel that was fixed is clearly not the right color.Took it back and was told there is no issues with the paint and that it matches just fine even after showing him the pictures i have and was told to bring it back on a "sunny" day which i took as "deal with it"Three professional painters with nearly 40 years experience have looked at these pictures and all have agreed that it wasn't painted correctly.Service: Painting

This business had me scheduled 2.5 months out, then told me 7-10 days for the job. 10 days in and no updates from them. I called and they said they were waiting on a part. I told them ok, I was going out of town and said I could give them another week. Called the day before I was coming home and still waiting on the same part. The owner Ryan was very rude and unaccommodating. I asked for a rental car as they have now had my car 20 days. He was unwilling to do anything. Finally got the part and was told one more day. 2 extra days for repainting and supposed detailing. Only one time in the 20 plus days that they had my car did someone there call me with an update. When I picked up my car, no detailing of any kind had been completed, but the roll of paper towels in the car was removed. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever do business with them again. Worst experience in my life!! Ryan the owner is not customer service oriented and should leave dealing with customers to someone else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did a great job in buffing out scratches and dings in the paint. I have had other cars worked on and will return in the future when needed. Very highly recommended

This is a group that is easy to work with. They are very professional and know their business very good. This last time they did a wonderful job of repairing my automobile. The service was above and beyond what was expected. The car was washed vacuumed and cleaned. Bountiful Collision made an otherwise unpleasant situation as easy as possible , they do quality work at a fair price. I m very pleased with their service. I love the app they use to send photos of the car of in the process so you're always up to date with what is happening. This is the only shop I feel confident to refer others to, and the only shop I feel confident to trust my vehicles to.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.1. Initially, going in and getting a quote was fast easy, and they were very nice. As soon as we got to talking, schedule times, appointments, etc. It was 3 months in advance, inconvenient but understandable, I also asked them in the initial quote to quote me whatever would be fastest, in regards to how long they needed my car for, that way I would be without transportation for the shortest amount of time possible.2. The day comes to go drop off the car and I'm told they need my car for 3-4 business days, on top of that they don't provide a loaner vehicle, at the very least for an extra charge.3. 3-4 business days come around, and I'm expecting some sort of update, I got nothing. Instead, I had to be the one to initiate the text, call, etc. So eventually, I call, and I'm told all the reasons as to why it has been delayed, which in turn just sounds more like excuses from a client's perspective. If you speak to a professional and are given a time frame, in my experience, professionals hold themselves to it. Not in this case, all I kept on getting were (from my point of view) excuses.4. I asked the person on the phone if there were other options to get this done more quickly. I was told there was, and it would cost an additional ~$200 give or take. Again I felt like this was an oversight from the very beginning, I asked for the quickest method and I wasn't even told there were multiple options, so at the very least I could pick and choose from the beginning what quote/method I wanted to go with.5. Finally giving a once over when picking up my vehicle, everything looked good... however when I got home and had more time to look things over I saw a section of the paint doesn't match and there are dark stains or scrapes, I cant quite tell, that I can't scrub off, this isn't even on the door they fixed, it is on the other side of the car which I can't explain, all I know is that they weren't there when I left my car to get repaired.Overall, not a great experience.

Just got another great repair job from Bountiful Collision! This was a quick, easy, and inexpensive fix. It's nice they can handle both small and large jobs! They even fixed my side by side /UTV last year :)

They did an amazing job on my car, looks brand new. The only thing is I was given 3 different dates when my car would be ready for pick up. Those dates came and went and no one from the company called me about the delays. I was originally told it would take about 14 days to fix my car, it took 68 days for me to get it back. I called multiple times and never got anything more than "were just waiting on parts". I called on two occasions and talked to someone and they told me they would call me back after finding more information but they never called me back. Like I said they did a great job on my car, but they need some help on keeping the customer informed.

Worst experience ever. They told me they didn't have an address to the mechanic they had given my car to. They wouldn't even give me am itemized receipt of what they had done. They didn't even replace my windshield wipers. Did I mention they had my car for 4 months and my check engine light came back on THAT DAY!? And they didn't even clean the inside.

Friendly staff. Repairs look good. Our only complaint is that it took longer than expected. We were told several times it would be done by a certain date, and it still took longer. Extensive front crash damage. The shop took longer to repair than I had expected. But, after they did an excellent repair, I realized that they intended to do this repair properly, and they would not risk doing a poor job by trying to rush it!
