Where do I even start with all the wonderful customer service? Mayhaps a list is in order. First of all, Cliff's initial bid was already over a grand below any other collision damage repair shop within five miles of him. Secondly, the work and dedication put into this job was extremely impressive. When I got my car back, no kidding, this is not an exaggeration, it looked better than it ever had the entire time I owned it. It was like getting back a brand new car! and Lastly, the attention to detail and appreciation for the customers needs is really out of sight at this place. Cliff was able to reuse molding, get me over 50% off on a great new hood for the vehicle, and still keep the final cost UNDER the initial bid. My hat is off to this place truly. I'll be recommending it to anyone in need of vehicle damage repair.

They were very helpful and accommodating. Clif was very thorough in checking out my damages. The secretary went the extra mile in trying to find the lowest price for the parts I would need. Very nice, I would definitely recommend them.

We were in town for only a few days and had some unexpected bumper damage. Clif was great to work with. He got us in and repaired quickly and the cost was completely reasonable. He was honest with us and even wanted us to be aware of a difference of only a couple of dollars between the estimate and actual cost.

Ok you never had me as a customer but you did some repair on a friend's ford explorer and when we left your shop in that explorer ....five min after we left the drive shaft fell out on the freeway. Al's there was absolutely no water in the vehicle and if t blew a head gasket then tou charged us for the tow back to the shop where my other friend worked on the drive shaft, fixed it and then we could not get it to start because it's had no water when we left earlier that day.hat kind of shop do you run where you don't check the fluids before the customer pick up their vehicle ....... ??? And the first Rd explorer still sits there to this day as far as I know because we live in California that was the whole reason we drove all the way up there ...to pick that ford explorer was a wasted trip that was not cheap and a total loss plus the repairs and hat did no good at all... You made no attempt to compensate for any of it . So you never had me as a customer and then am the one who did the repairs to the drive shaft and fix it.... I am a mechanic and know that you did not treat my friend with the proper customer care ... So you should be happy that he is not suing you .....have a good day

Just got my car back today. Despite the few scary reviews they had, the family was awesome. They truly tried to help me as much as they could. Even working on Saturday which is their off day to hand me the car. I got 2 estimates the first one was 7K from another shop and 5k from the other one. Auto Collision gave me a 2.6k-ish estimate and the final was the exact(the repair time was also exact). I asked them to only replace parts that are necessary and they agreed to do that. Niki was awesome. She s very kinds and friendly. The shop made me feel realize good people still exist.They cleaned my car before handing me it as well. Small things that made my day.

Fantastic service. It can be difficult to find businesses these days with a small-town feel, where you're treated like a valuable customer. Clif and Nicky were both very informative and up front, patient, and reasonable. We have had several checks/repairs done there and have always had a positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend!Great customer service, I was terrified of paying a ton on fixing a dent/broken bumper/tire piece broken off, but they were so helpful and saved so much money! I got hit and neither insurance was any help, but Auto Collision made me more at peace with the incident.Also cleaned the inside and out of my car before I picked up!Service: Body & Trim

This place was absolutely awful I got in a car accident and called this shop to see if they could give me and estimate they said yes and to bring it in so I drove my broken scary car over there and they said they wouldn t have an opening for a month and told me to go home absolutely awful experience why tell me to come in and then immediately send me away if I could leave 0 stars I would.

Took my car in because I got rear-ended and the repair to my back bumper was fast and looks amazing. They matched the paint perfectly and even gave me a touch up bottle of paint when I went to pick up my car. My step-dad has been taking his cars hear for years and has always been more then happy with the outcome. Cliff does an amazing job and highly recommend going here. Outstanding service!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Fantastic service. My Honda needed a lot of work that wasn t covered by insurance. Cliff took the time to source affordable parts for me, and had my mess of a Honda back in a reasonable time. I was kept informed and given reasonable expectations. I highly recommend, and will be back if I reck my dang car again. Thank you so much to Cliff, his family and team! I appreciate you!!

Auto Collision Repair did an exceptional job on our car! Cliff, the owner, was very honest and trustworthy, gave us the lowest estimate and great customer service, and went above and beyond the call of duty! We are so happy with the results and very highly recommend them!

Severe body damage to our 2014 Prius undercarriage. The garage coordinated with our insurance and helped get everything covered. The work has held up well (has been about a month now).The best part is that when we got the car back, Cliff (?) had totally detailed the inside of the car. It looked and smelled like new, incredible. He also gave us a small tube of touch up paint that matches our car paint color, in case we get little chips over time.He truly went above and beyond what we expected and paid for. Would definitely get work done there again, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience here.We had a bumper replaced here (due to a minor fender bender). Turned out our rebuilt title had some poor work done when originally fixing the bumper (years ago). The messed up internals was going to lead to a lot of extra time/work/cost to repair. ACR went through a lot of hoops to make sure they could supplement the costs through our insurance. And we didn't end up paying anything extra. They also spent extra time painting in some small chips, on other parts of our car, and gave us extra paint (in case we needed to fill in anymore). They even cleaned the inside of our car, organized our stuff, and left it smelling wonderful.On top of all of this, the employees were always friendly, communicative, and professional.

We were thinking about buying a used car, but the carfax report on it recommended that we have it looked at by a collision specialist. Cliff was helpful on the phone when I called, so we had him look at the car. He did a very thorough job looking at the rear, where the damage had been sustained, as well as over the entire vehicle. He explained what he was looking at and what it meant. We got to know that car very well! We definitely recommend him for a pre-purchase inspection, and plan on going back to him for future needs.

I wreck my pickup truck and I had Cliff Card at Auto Collision Repair and fix up my truck.Wow I am do imprested with the quality of work that he provided my truck looks brand new, luckly I did not bend the frame so it was a easier fix. It runs great and I have had no problems with it since getting it repaired!Highly recommend that you take your vehicle in to Auto Collision Repair and have them fix your wrecked vehicle! The detailing they do when the return your vehicle is a great added bonus service that is top notch at no cost!

Auto Collision Repair had worked on two of my vehicles. In both cases, the estimates were fair & detailed. The work was unbelievable and both of the vehicles looked better than before they were damaged. Clif and his staff are committed to honest and thorough work and keeping their customers happy. Clif details every car inside and out, including the trunk before they are returned. I won't be going anywhere else!!

Our van was in a minor accident and we took it here. Service was great and communication was awesome. They handled everything with our insurance company. It was smooth and easy. When we got my van back, they had cleaned out all the interior and made the car smelling like it was brand new!! Highly recommend them!

These guys are 100% honest and trustworthy. I needed some repairs done on a family vehicle and got quotes from several different shops. This shop was the only one that gave me a complete and accurate estimate for the work that needed to be done to complete the repair, and they did an amazing job. When it was done, it looked brand new. Couldn t have been happier with the way it turned out. Highly recommend checking them out.

Their motto is "We repair with care" and they truly live up to these words. I went into have my rear light fixed. Not only did he fix the light my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. As we were talking Clif walked around my van and cleaned off marks I couldn't get off. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.Update: on 3/15/14 I was in a car wreck. Insurance companies like to tell people where to take their car. But I knew that legally I can go where I know I get the best service. I took it directly to Auto Collision Repair. They did a beautiful repair job. But the most impressive and unexpected part was the fact that they detailed the interior of my car for free. The damage was to my front end not inside. It feel like we just bought it. Thanks ACR!

Vehicle was originally brought in for a jackknife incident, where the back and side of the car collided with a trailer it was pulling. Vehicle was fixed, but after a couple of months it was clear the exhaust hadn t been properly repaired/affixed, since due to vibrations/bumps, it had shifted to the left and started melting the rear bumper in the same exact spot where the original incident had occurred.We brought the vehicle back to ask what may have happened, and for possible solutions. We were immediately greeted by finger pointing and were blamed that the car must have been backed into another car in a parking lot. However, this is an impossible scenario because the exhaust is recessed behind the bumper and the bumper had NO dents/scratches to imply bumping into someone. They tried to have us pay for a new repair job on the spot.This place has 0 customer service, 0 warranties, and does not stand behind their work. The quality of care you will receive is about the same as the appearance of the shop.Service: Body & Trim

This place was awesome!!! Highly recommend using them and I will definitely be using them again. There were some hiccups with scheduling but Niki and Cliff went above and beyond with making sure I was happy. Great customer service and my car looks better than when I first bought it!

I used Auto Collision Repair for the first time last month and I will never go anywhere else for auto body repair. I simply can t say enough about the professionalism and unmatched level of service they provided. My car looks amazing. I highly recommend Auto Collision Repair.

This shop did body work on my vehicle that involved electrical.The work was completed and looked good. (they did return the car minus a small interior part telling me it was 'on order' - they have yet to call on this issue) 3 days later, the electrical system malfunctioned - alarm engaged, engine died, lights flashed repeatedly for about 20 minutes. I called the shop and told them what had happened, they said it was probably a glitch from wiring being "manipulated" and to call if it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again - when I called the shop this time the owner told me to bring it in when ever I could. I asked him if he would cover the cost of a rental and any further repairs and he said this issue could not be related to the original work so - "no". I'll state no opinion of the integrity or character of this establishment, just thought reading this might help someone down the line.

HORRIBLE customer service, was quoted for some repairs on my car, $ x,xxx and 7-10 days worth of work, ended up being over 2,000 what I was quoted and I dropped my car off on the 5th of the month and did not get it back until the 22nd, never got any phone calls for updates on my car and had to call them over a dozen times to figure out what was going on, only to get lied to about how far along it was, if you can even get ahold of them, then when picking up my car I asked about everything and the service I had received and the lady up front called me a liar about how everything had went, 10/10 do not recommend this place, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Such a horrible experience I had, and the owner of the place would not have a conversation with me and walked away, denying that I had horrible customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very knowledgeable shop and I really appreciate how the owner goes the extra mile to help encourage the insurance company to use OEM parts instead of after market parts that don't line up right.
