Matt and Jason are outstanding! They take excellent care of all members of the family, including the difficult ones! Haha! They take the time to explain as best they can, with extreme patience, what needs to be done. They have taken great care of all our vehicles for years! They have covered cars driven by the wild teenager back and forth to Washington, the "Aunt's" concert ventures in Vegas, to my trucks that that are driven hard, (like trucks should be driven), and so much more!Thanks guys!Take your vehicles to Andy's!

Came here to get my AC fixed. They were very friendly! They took the time to explain the problems going on and even showed me a picture of the leak. Since I have no knowledge of cars, it was nice to be educated about the issue. The transparency about everything helped me feel like I was getting honest work done. Definitely coming back again!

"Did not" verify diagnosis with customer before performing servicing! "Mechanic scams customer" with stripping out oil drain bolt to replace oil pan. Smooth talkers, poor performance

Andy's is the best place for all my car's needs. From registration, emissions and inspections, oil change and any car problems, they do it all. They are kind, honest, genuine, and truly care about their customers. They always do a fantastic job and never try and up sell or swindle me. If you want a mechanic you can trust, they are it!

This is the only place I ever go to, worth the 35 minute drive for me! They are completely honest , they check filters for you and always show you and ask if you like to replace them. The customer service is awesome, and the prices are accurate or if not better than most and there work speaks for it self. The only mechanics I trust! Been loyal to them for over 10 years. Quality experience every time I visit. Straight to the point when repairs are needed and never jerk you around. Hands down THE BEST place for all your vehicle needs.

I bought a odyssey in Salt Lake City and ordered this guys to change oils, they charges me 55-60$ that is for full oil service, i drove to Ca and when my tire shop open wheels i just saw old oil filter still on my car!!!!!Should we sue them? For this low grade job !?

My battery died and I was able to get a jump at the grocery store. I called Andy s right before they closed and Jason told me that he could stay after hours to help me because he didn t want me to be stranded. I showed up and they swapped out my battery extremely fast. I have gone to Andy s for oil changes, alignments, etc in the past and they ve always been great. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Battery

Come here, you won't regret it, even if it's just to say hello. Hands down the best mechanics shop in the valley. I have been to quite a few, and have friends who work at other shops, and this one is the best of them all. It's clean, the staff are friendly, they are HONEST, and the service is quick and very well done.Matt and Jason are usually around, and have the utmost respect for their clients. They genuinely care for their clients and make you feel listened to and understood, it's great.I had been to this location when it was in different ownership (5+ years ago), and it was a Shell. It was almost out of business, the mechanics didn't care, and it was bad. When Matt and Jason took over, they cleaned house. A mechanic or two stuck around and they hired new staff, and all of them elevated the customer experience and quality of work to a whole other level. I recommended Andy's to my whole family, and now my parents, siblings, and many aunts and uncles go here for their car repair needs. Come here, you won't regret it.

We stopped in on last minute notice to have them do an auto inspection on a used car I was considering to buy. They were so helpful and patient and took the time to inspect the car right away, thoroughly go over all it s issues, and wrote up a written report. He even helped us know how to negotiate for a more reasonable price! We ended up not getting the car, and we are so thankful for Andy s knowledge and affordability. Would highly recommend!

Andy's Lube and Service did an amazing job for me on 12/19/2019 I came in for a oil change, etc. However, they also fixed a dent I had in the back of my car for free! the work was excellent, I couldn't be more impressed with the work, and detail they put into helping me fix the dent. The oil change service is great they top off all fluids, check and refill all the air in the tires, as part of the oil change. It's a great place to go and the service was professional and they are friendly and kind.

They performed a tune-up. They also checked all my fluids and all the parts to my car. The price is amazing. The work was amazing. The service was amazing. I found my new shop.

Love the friendly staff.. took my car in for my registration and an oil change and they got my car in immediately! They talk to you like you are human, explained everything to me. Offer the best prices and when I said I couldn t afford it this trip, they didn t push me or keep me longer then needed! I recommend them for any general maintenance too. Didn t jerk us around on repairs! Will frequent there when needed!

One of the things I love about Google reviews is the opportunity to rave about local businesses who are going above and beyond their competition. Andy s Lube and Service is one of these shining examples. Their customer service is second to none, they are fairly priced, and I was impressed with their attention to detail. That s the difference between working with individuals who own their own business, versus a large faceless chain like Jiffy Lube, etc. you can absolutely trust your vehicles with Andy s lube and service, I have complete confidence in their abilities to act with integrity. Other than satisfied customer, I m not affiliated with them in any way.1/10/18 UpdateI wish I could give multiple reviews for this shop... but just wanted to update this one with another great experience. I had visited the local Nissan dealership for an estimate to fix a power steering leak and a leaky oil filter seal. They priced the work at $750 for parts and labor. I then ran my Armada over to Andy's for a second opinion where they discovered all I needed was a new $2 hose clamp (as opposed to a new high pressure lines) and a $28 oil sensor. In all... only about $200 in parts and labor compared to the dealer's $750. I can't say enough good things about Andy's! Jason and Matt run a fantastic shop and I'm a huge fan.

When I found this place, I was kinda just driving around trying to find a place to get my oil changed. I've lived in Bountiful pretty much my whole life and I specifically didn't want a chain place like Jiffy Lube. I randomly pulled in without an appointment and I've kept coming back since. Granted, it's only been a couple years, but I really enjoy how convenient it is and fairly quick. I really like the guy Matt there. I feel as though I can trust him and he's not just trying to do a bunch of stuff to my car that doesn't really need to be done. So I don't mind paying a little extra to support local business and also because of their attention to detail. I would recommend this place to anybody that lives in the Bountiful area .

They did a good job with fixing my car when the brakes were having major problems, and I appreciated how they made an effort to help me understand all the car lingo, but I wouldn't recommend them for major repairs. My complaint mainly was their communication. I took it in on a Friday evening, and I was starting a new job on Monday, so they told me they would look at it for sure on Saturday and let me know. They also said they would get me a quote before they did any work. I waited all day Saturday and finally called them near closing time when they told me they had barely had time to look at it. I was also told the repair would probably be $400 tops. This went on most of the next week, with me waiting all day for a call and then calling in the evening so I could get an update, and they never did give me a good quote. Finally on Thursday, I called them after waiting all day again and was told that they had figured out the problem and replaced the part, but that the total was nearly $1,000. The last estimate I had heard was still around $400, so this was a big shock. They explained that it was because they had to do so many diagnostics to figure out what was wrong and they had to buy the part from a dealer. I ended up paying for it, but they sure didn't keep me in the loop, and I'm sure I could have had someone else do it for cheaper.

I had to get my car lubed on the Saturday before Labor day before we could get out of town. As you can imagine it wasn't easy to find an available car service open & not swamped. I googled and found Andy's Lube & Service. I was greeted quickly with a big smile by the two friendly brothers.I was impressed by the careful, competent service I received. I will definitely be back!

Oh my gosh so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like we were supposed to be there. The service was quick. He even made a point to tell me happy birthday when he saw on my car display that it was my birthday. We will definitely be coming here to service our cars regularly.

Having just moved to Utah from Kansas I was very skeptical about where to take my truck to. After some research and seeing the near perfect ratings for Andy s, taking my truck to Andy s was the best decision I made. Matt is very nice and honest, and the service I received went above and beyond my expectations. If you re new to Utah and also are unsure of where to take your beloved vehicle, Andy s is the place to go!
