Have used these boys to tow trucks into my shop, no matter the weather, time of day, or any circumstances, they always pull through. Would recommend them to anyone needing their assistance

Was there at 8 o'clock? They pulled me right in 2. replace 10 studs in a drum 7 and a 1/2 hours later. I was leaving not satisfied on how long it took.

The people at Bar M Diesel are amazing! The dreaded orange engine warning light came on in our 17 year old Toyota Avalon just before we reached Beaver. We spotted Bar M, drove over, explained the problem and they fixed it in about three minutes - no charge and happy smiles all around!We were travelling from Canada to Arizona so this could have been a major interruption in a long journey, but they went above and beyond to help us.Thank you, all at Bar M Diesel.

Another good review for Bar M Diesel! And more kind words for Austin and the hero that dude is. Ducati broke down about 30miles north of Beaver (middle of NOWHERE!!) and fortunately, BMD was able to scoop me up. What I found more impressive than the very SHORT time it took him to get there and careful attentiveness in loading my bike into the lift was his honesty in working on my bike. He expressed concern about his ability and suggested he NOT work on it. Most places will say yes to anything only to charge you for a diagnostic few and not even be able to do the work. He knew I was in a pinch and even offered complimentary "car" (truck) service to find a hotel and an alternative mechanic in Beaver.Thanks for bailing me out Austin! You're the man! Hopefully I never have to see you again, though..:)

Outstanding service!!! Austin and Merinda took such great care of me. Quick friendly service. They went over and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you so much!!I need to edit this review a little.. I had to use Bar M services again. I had a blowout that crippled my rig. Billie showed up with quick response and quick professional service! Thanks again for saving my butt!

Truck broke down north of Beaver with me and three kids, 20 degrees outside and Austin was great. Quick service and so kind to take care of us. Would recommend with no hesitation! Thanks for saving us!

I am truck driver and drive double trailer when passing UT 15 highway the trailers lights out,and had to call roadservice. I was told tech guy will come after 1 hour 30 min, but the Koby come just after 40 min,and he is really good guy,and quickly found what is going on. He found the problem is come from my truck computer and help me reset computer, he also found cable damaged then fix it in next 10 min, he has done great job.He's service Help me finish deliver on time.

My car was towed following my daughter's accident and the were helpful, but I was disappointed due to their ridiculous fees. On top the light duty impound, they also charged 2 storage fees, even though the car was there less than 24 hours. The fuel charge is expected and so is the state fee. Then on top of it there was a high gate fee to go get the car. They will not be my first choice.Service: Car towing

Tyler was great. Very professional and courteous. My repairs were completed right, the first time. The young lady in the office was friendly and efficient. The labor rate was a lot lower than I expected for a small town. Actually, it matched most all shops that I have used. I will definitely keep them in mind whenever I'm in the area.

Man, I can't give enough praise to Austin and Bar M, they went above and beyond to help us out when our motorhome broke down on the side of the interstate. Fair, honest , and dedicated...thank you for your help!...Now, good Sam roadside assistance, they suck...don't waste your money

Promised Austin and his awesome team I would get this done sooner. Sorry guys.My son and I we're traveling to Ogden. My truck just died no warning, I thought fuel pump. A very pricey proposition at least. The tow truck driver knew Austin said he was great and very fair. We arrived at the shop on Sunday Austin met us there and drove us to the hotel. Monday they pulled it in and it turned out to be an electrical plug had come loose. These guys charged me $135 for the labor and diagnostic check. Very fair very professional. Most of all they treated us like friends. How refreshing to get your vehicle repaired and feel happy about the whole. Plus we met some awesome people in Beaver. Thanks Austin I got the job.Michael and Zenoch Larsen.

Installed what they refer to as a "used" alternator on our Reefer Trailer, and the trailer broke down an hour after the driver left Bar M Diesel. Bar M Diesel said there was no warranty on used parts and washed their hands of our complaint. Had to spend another $1,000 USD to have it repaired correctly at Thermo King in Salt Lake City, UT.Won't go back to this shop again. Stick to Thermo King.

We where traveling from Salt Lake to Vegas and hit a pothole in the road instantly disabling the car. Tesla Road Side service contacted Austin @ 8:30 on a Sunday night and he was there within the hour! He professionally loaded up the car and took my Wife, 2 Kids and Myself to St. George where I could hopefully get a new tire in the morning. Not only did he drop the car off at Discount Tire, but then offered to drive us over to a hotel nearby so we didn't have to try calling a cab at 11:30 at night. Austin took extreme care of us and the car and was very pleasant in our time of crisis. His rates where more than fair and was a pleasure to work with. Thank You Austin!!

We were driving from MT to AZ and our pickup broke down while pulling a horse trailer with horses. We called and they were there within 10 minutes to tow our pick up and hook in to the trailer. They had the part we needed and had us back on the road in under an hour. We could not have had a better experience and it was very reasonably priced. Austin and his crew were so friendly and great to work with! Thank you!

We recently had a blowout and other issues on our 5th wheel RV heading south out of Beaver on I-15. The response from Bar M employees at 10:30 pm was quick, they were knowledgeable and efficient. They got us repaired and escorted us back to Beaver. Thank you for your excellent service!

We were stranded in cedar city and they towed us to the shop. When we got there they had to order the part and so we needed to wait a day but were absolutely hospitable in getting us to our hotel. We stayed and they were there the very next morning to pick us up. We waited about an hour for the car to be done and were back on the road long before they even originally speculated! Also the most reasonable pricing I've seen on labor. The drive was good to logan, so far the quality of work has stood up! Great service. Check them out!

Friendly people with very helpful and friendly service, I'll definitely use them more, I got an air dryer from them $300 cheaper than Kenworth, definitely recommend them

These guys are awesome! Cody was knowledgeable, professional and quick to diagnose the problem. They got a needed part delivered in just a few short hours so we could head up the mountain to enjoy our camping trip. Austin was very friendly when we called the shop to see if they could help us even though it was late on Sunday. The service was quick and reasonably priced. If you need help with a truck that is not running, call these guys. Super friendly, great service and good work.

Could not have had a better experience. Austin and his crew do great work. They were very patient and thorough, with clear communication. I'm turning a 20-year old short school bus into a tiny house and they fixed it up perfectly, even though that's not their usual rig. Really talented guys. I'm happy I took the bus here.

So the truck I was driving started on fire, they responded quickly to get me off the side if the highway and went above and beyond to help make sure I was good and the high value load I was transporting was taken care of. Extremely professional and all around good people, I will highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work or a tow.

I cannot say enough good things about Bar M Diesel. After we called, Austin not only assured it wouldn't be long for some one to get out to us, but once he got there, he also asked another man (stuck in the median of the highway) if he was doing OK and needed assistance. Bonus points for being a good person. As soon as we got to the shop, they began getting us fixed up. As much as possible, at least, it was going to take some time to get the parts, time we didn't have. They started readying their trucks to get us home. Did i mention there was snow. They are most reasonably priced tow in town, amazing service and great people. Two Colorado thumbs up. You need a tow. Call these guys

We were traveling on I 70 with our fifth wheel when our leaf spring decided to break. Called our roadside service company who referred us to Bar M Diesel. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable! They got the correct parts and met us on the highway. He replaced the leaf spring and sent us on our way after checking the other leaf spring and tires as well! Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend this company!

We have used Bar M on multiple different service calls: blown tires, bad belts, truck won't start, and I blew a radiator hose myself on the side of the freeway.In every situation we have felt like they treated us great, were very responsive, and they seemed like they were happy and excited to help us get moving again.I will always call them if we are near Beaver.

This past Sunday night my son and I were on our way home from St. George when my transmission decided to go out on me outside of Beaver, it was super late and I've never had to get towed before so I was nervous but Austin was so nice and helpful! My son loved the ride back to Beaver haha Austin dropped us off at a motel and made sure we got a room and were good to go. The office staff were extremely nice also! I would highly recommend this company!

We broke down 15 miles away from them with a turbo diesel truck and boat. They were there in 45 minutes, towed our whole mess in, fixed it, we were rolling again in 90 minutes! No fuss just get Er done! Super polite and helpful!The best experience we ve had in recent memory!!!

My name is Gary. I work for the Bureau of Reclamation. We log a ton of miles every year. Was in our transport and needing a service desperately! By chance found Bar M diesel in Beaver Ut. While they got the truck serviced, I got to know Austin. Had a cheap exhaust that was beating and banging. He got me in after hours the next time I was in the area and got me taken care of at a reasonable price!! And it's not just tractors that they can do. Driving our 08 power stroke to Yuma Arizona. Engine power reduced engine coolant flow restricted. No problem. Two new thermostat's! Austin, Cody and Clifton have great attitudes and can handle anything I have been able to throw at them! Great place!!

We were headed down to Arizona and had some issues come up with our semi, these guys got us in right away and helped fix our semi as fast as they could. After my truck broke down, I got on my phone to find a tow truck. Right then, Austin drove past and saw me on the side of the road with my hazards on. So he stopped and then backed up to me to see if I was OK. He already had a car he was towing but he said he would be right back. Anyway, he towed me in and then gave me a ride to a hotel. He was extremely nice, very helpful, and just an over all great guy. I've been in a large handful of tow trucks, and Austin was easily the best one. Hopefully you don't need a tow truck. But if you're reading this, you probably do. So just call Bar M. You'll be happy you did.

I went in for a water pump replacement on the evening of 6-22-21. They were quick to come out and assess what was needed and got it ordered from Kenworth and it arrived early the next morning. 6-22-21 the mechanic showed up at 8:30 am and pulled it in the shop at 9 am. He worked until lunch at noon but didn t return until 2pm from lunch. After filling the radiator a leak in a heater hose to the transmission oil cooler was found and cut out as a temporary fix. I pulled out of the shop at 4pm and by my calculations this equals 5 hours but I was charged for 6 hours of labor. At billing and on the receipt I heard the mechanic state a pressure test was performed. I beg to differ since the heater hose leaking was not detected until he had me start it. The other heater hose had a small hole in it which I figured out quickly but I just replaced them at home. After all was done I still determined a drip on 6-27-21. Both clamps below the thermostat housing took 4 complete turns to tighten . No lounge or place to sit so I d definitely not return or recommend. Today, 6-28-21 the plug in the water pump housing is leaking so either the o ring wasn t replaced or just not replaced correctly. I was wrong about the plug, it was the main hose from the pump to the thermostats which would have been removed to do the work done. So why would you put a compromised hose back on without advising the customer?Service: Engine repair
