Colby with Watts Auto was so great and easy to work with. Maybe the easiest, best buying experience with a used car I've ever had. There was no pressure or games, just an honest discussion until we could come to a mutual agreement, it took a lot of the stress out of it!I found the truck I wanted and I'm so happy it worked out so I could get it, it's honestly my favorite truck I've ever seen and I can't wait to put it to work! I plan to keep this truck for years so I'm glad it's everything I could hope for.Thanks again Colby for being so easy to work with and helping me get what I needed!

Was in the market for a ready built Jeep for offroad and daily driver use. Found a lifted 2020 rubicon on 37 s at Watts. Blain was excellent at making the process very easy. He was very communicative and this was easily the most hassle free auto purchase I ve experienced.

DO BUY FROM WATTS, YOU WILL VALUE THE EXPERIENCE & BECOME A BUYER FOR LIFE!Best Experience Ever Buying a Truck From Steve B.!!!!!I originally purchased a lifted truck back in 2006, it was a Ford F-350 & I am now returning to purchase another jacked up Truck but for my son this time!!Steve has been a man of his word & this alone speaks volume.Brad Watts - Though I am sure you already know this, but this review is also for you to understand how valuable Steve is to your organization, he worked diligently to help me find a truck within my price range and because I truthfully put the horse before the cart while Steve was working behind the scenes to resolve my initial concern of my speedometer, he went over & beyond to take care of me.I was taken care of & I will buy again!Thank you again Steve!

Blain was great to deal with. Honestly one of the simplest car buys I ve had. This one s about the second fastest auto buy I ve had. And let me tell you if you buy from them you re gonna be proud of it. They take perfectly nice, beautiful vehicles and make them really nice. I m buying my next one from them as well. That s a promise.

Can I leave a better than 5 Star review?! Colby is the best! He worked with us every step of the way to build the truck perfect for our business' needs. This is the second time we have purchased from him because he made buying and building so easy. This is not the typical car buying experience- they make it simple and easy to get into THE truck at a fair price and it is so quick and easy to deal with them. You don't get pushed around like you do at a normal dealership. Fast, easy and thoughtful service all around! Thank you so much for the service and help, we'll see you again soon! Working with WATTS AUTOMOTIVE and specifically BLAIN, was the worst experience I had buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I have purchased 10 vehicles from dealerships. Here are the facts: upon meeting Blain, he gave me a handshake but did not acknowledge my wife at all. Blain sold me a truck with weights taped to the wheels causing the truck to violently shake when going 70+mph. I asked Blain multiple times if there was anything else wrong with the truck. Blain continued to tell me that the truck had no problems with it. Yet, the truck s computer continued to notify me that the brake pads needed to be replaced and that the oil was low. The techs fixed the above problems in a timely manner. After speaking to the techs, I asked if Blain knew that the truck had not been inspected and deemed road ready for a customer. The techs told me that the vehicle was never inspected prior to reselling it and Blain was aware. Then, I proceed to register the truck in my state only to be denied the ability to, because the title was not signed by both owners on the title (IL title so it needed both). I sent the paperwork back for it to be completed. I called the dealership to get a temp tag and spoke to another sales assocaiate, who said they couldn t help because I was not their customer. After continued conversation, the associate said they would send out a temp tag. A few days later, no temp tag had arrived. At this point, the original temp tag is one day from being expired, I called again and was able to get a hold of Blain who sent out a temp tag two days later. I never received the first temp tag that was supposedly sent out by the other sales associate. That was my wife and I s experience with Watts Automotive.

I have now purchased 3 trucks from Watts Automotive and Kolby couldn't have been more helpful and patient. Hassle free, competitive prices, low miles, and beautiful trucks inside and out. They were super accommodating in making the truck look the way I wanted it and also gave me more for my trade as a repeat customer. I will certainly be buying from Watts in the future!

Watts will always have my business, a great dealer is after they sold you a vehicle. My Jeep water pump was out after 3 month, just a common issues comes with the Jeep. Justin took the time to find the part after I was told from Jeep I'm 6 to 9 months out. Watts really know to to take care it's customers...

Worked with Hunter Lewis who had the right truck at the right price. Easy to work with and made trading in my old truck super easy. Went in with an old truck and drove off in a new one about an hour later. They also have a great service department where they can do almost anything. They put a tonneau cover on for me and for a lot less than had I bought it and installed it myself. Overall a great experience. Find Hunter and he will take good care of you.

The experience with Watts Automotive was amazing! The guys there were all so helpful and attentive to our needs! They went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. They were of great service, they washed our new truck and filled it up without us asking for anything extra! Normally car dealers don t do this anymore. It was a great experience!

Watts wants me to do a review Blaine at Watts was fantastic to work with!! I had looked at a few other dealerships and I always left feeling not the greatest.I worked with Blaine, he was extremely helpful, kind, relaxed, and didn t feel like all the other car salesmen! Amazing help from Hunter in sales - reassured me, answered all my questions and made the process so easy. As well, a few weeks after I purchased my amazing truck I had found a problem with the starter button that Dustin in the shop had helped diagnose and replace very quickly. I will definitely be back for the next one

Drove from Idaho to Utah. Our experience was simple and the purchase process was smooth and took probably 15 minutes to sign. The salesman was friendly and they had everthing ready for a fast process so we could drive back to Idaho. Definitely would buy again.
