I was recommended to Tanner s Radiator after a turbo went on my Cummins. I was told it would be around 65 bucks and it would be done in around a week. This was great because I am self employed and need this truck for work. 2 weeks later after me calling in asking for updates and it still not being done I am told it s done and will coast $123.34. I didn t fight it at all cuz at this point I just wanted to be back to work. Got every put back together and the truck went 2 days before I started having problems with it and blow by something I didn t have before or even right after everything was reinstalled. I started pulling everything off and couldn t find anything. I started shaking the intercooler and a bunch of large metal chucks where coming out. I came to him (Dave) the owner to see if he can help or do anything. He was vary defensive saying there is no way that it could have been in there and that he cleans them. I grabbed the intercooler and shook out two more large pieces right in front of him. I asked for a refund and was denied that as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hope they will own up to there mistakes before small claims court.

Took my truck in to get the Ac fixed. And they replaced. Lines or something. We were on our way to pick it up. Got there and they said the seal on compressor had blown. So we had them replace the compressor. Then we paid brought the truck home and with in 3 days the ac wasn't blowing cold any longer. Took it back and they say we have a bad fan clutch. Our truck has never had any over heating issues. But after my husband and brother looked at it for 5 minutes there is a hole in the condenser. And the ac compressor wasn't even plugged in. Will never go back and will never refer anyone to this place!!!! Very unhappy.

16 F350 6.7 dieselOh boy, where do I begin.. I'm actually really sad about this because I did really like these guys until now. I believe they are so busy that they just dont care if they lose clients. (Just my opinion) Tanners replaced my entire A/C system and radiator(because they said it was leaking, now looking back, I don't think that was true), which requires the engine fan to be removed. In doing so, they damaged the fan clutch and the water pump, and Ford repair costs? 2300 bucks. Yes, they use an air hammer to get the fan off, but it has to be done right, or it will ruin the clutch and pump, which it did. Nicely called Tanners after Ford gave us this info and and they stated, "No, bring the truck here so I can show you what Ford thinks is destroyed." btw I brang the truck to them just before this to have them look at why the fan is stuck on, after all day long without my truck, they called and said nothing is wrong, the fan is doing what it's supposed too. Uh... ok, the fan is supposed to be on every time I drive it all day? "Yep." That's when I took it to Ford. These guys made a mistake and wouldn't own up to it. After being a loyal customer and paying almost 3 thousand dollars, that was very disappointing. I was always nice when I called about this as well. I would suggest going elsewhere.

These guys did a fantastic job repairing / refurbishing my 1996 Land Rover radiator. Really happy with their work. It took a few days, but you gotta trust their process. I'm confident that radiator will go for another 20 years!

The owner, Dave, and the mechanics at this shop seem to be VERY incompetent about finding and plugging ac leaks. I paid this shop $245 to find and plug all of the leaks, recharge my system, and add refrigerant to the system. After about three days of having the service performed, warm air started blowing through the vents AGAIN! I called the place and talked with the secretary about the problem. She said oh bring it on in and we'll take care of it. It's still covered by our 1 year warranty. I brought my car in and the owner, Dave, confirmed there was a leak and said it was near the condenser and that it wasn't his fault! Taking no responsibility he said, you must of done something that caused this leak. He then tried to sell me a cheap "denso" condenser (usually costs around $80 max) for $150ish and offered to fix the leak for another $165ish for labor and $50 for the freon. I said "You must be joking", in shock of the offer he had just made. I drove my car home, tore my car apart to see the condenser, evacuated my system, added freon with green UV dye and checked for leaks myself. I found a leak near the evaporator... and NO leak near the condenser. He didn't even know where the leak was! If i would have paid him more money, he still wouldn't have fixed the problem!! Attached are a picture of the evaporator and then the evaporator with a uv light shined on it. In the latter picture, you can clearly see the green uv dye where the freon had leaked out.

Brought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata fleet vehicle to Tanners for a second opinion. They got us a quote right away and a repair price half as much as a nearby tire & oil shop gave. Korbin Tanner, the technician, was great to work with, was friendly and communicated well. The facility is clean and easy to get to. Of foremost importance, the car works again!

Terrible experience. Left my car for five hours, and was told I destroyed the AC and it costs $1500 to fix? First off, they called my Corolla a "Camry"? So much for trained professionals. They didn't even check the engine filter, which I just replaced and it fixed the AC. Would not recommend for anyone who values their time or their own knowledge.

Let me first say, that I have done business with Tanners for 50 plus years. Myself, my father, and his business had a lot of work done, with Ken, back through the 50s, 60s etc. Have had some work done in the 2000s, but not as much as back in the "day". Have had some work done by Kens' son David, and have been satisfied. Stopped in today, hoping to get some questions answered. Just needed a few minutes of time, from an AC expert. Would have been happy to have paid for that few minutes of time. Could not even get past the receptionist, could not even really get the time of day from them. There was a time when loyalty, and longevity, with a business, counted for something. That time has past. Will be looking for a new AC repair shop.

Please don't waste your money here. Back in March I had them look at my AC. They had first quoted me $382 to get it fixed. After several days and lots of back and forth, I ended up paying nearly $700. Come summer, the AC is not working again. I had them take a look and surprise, it's going to cost another $400 to $500 to get it fixed. When I asked why, they said that AC needs to be used daily or it wears down. So apparently it was my fault for not using the AC when it was cool outside. I took my car home because I will not give a single cent more to these scam artists.

The owner dave is absolutely awesome I can't not say enough good things about him and his shop. I had spent literally thousands of dollars at other shops trying to fix overheating issues to no avail. Until I came here dave fixed my truck and worked with me on pricing. I live 30 miles away from this shop and i will definitely make the trip again if or when I need to. These guys are extremely honest and very knowledgeable. Dave diagnosed and fixed a problem a problem that two other shops could not figure out. Thank you tanners!

I paid 350 dollars to get my A/C repaired. (They tried to get me to pay more by I stuck to my guns and only paid what they quoted me because I was on a budget. )A day later it stopped working. I went back and we discovered a pin hole in the radiator that was new and was made when the "repair" was done. They then welded the hole closed. Then I left and I thought everything was in order.I noticed about 2 days later it wasn't blowing cold..... again! I couldn't find time to get back to have it looked at again and before I knew it it was a year passed and I was starting a whole new summer.I had called a couple of times in the time that had passed and they always said to bring it down when I could leave it for a while. In the time that had passed, I got married and moved out of town 2 hrs away so this proved difficult. Finally, I got the time to leave it last week and during the time they had it the seal on the a/c compressor blew out. So now I am out 350 dollars, my compresor is broken and I have no a/c.I tried to explain my issues to the owner and proceeded to tell me that he had done so much for me for only 350. The problem is I basically paid to be farther in the hole than when I started this whole mess! I'm really disappointed in the whole process! And I paid 350 dollars for the privilege. UGH!!!!! BLLLAAAHHHH!!! I would steer clear of this place. Just sayin....

My sons Jeep Wrangler had a leaking radiator and I took it to Tanners, on Monday evening, they called me at 11 on Tuesday morning to let me know that it was already finished! Amazing service! and very fair prices! I ve been doing business with Dave and Ken Tanner for nearly twenty years now and this is by far the best place in the county for radiator and AC work! Thank You Guys!

If you want to spend a lot of money on replacing your ac compressor, this is the place for you. They tried to charge me $1500. On a positive note, they will do a free diagnostic test.

The owner Dave has been very good to work with for some complex issues that were not even A/C related and were due to after market add-ons to cars or fundamental wiring challenges. He works hard for customers to keep costs down on repairs which I really appreciate. Whenever I have had to go back to get a follow-up repair, Dave has been very diligent in making it right.

I've ordered radiators from Tanners before, and they get a great price ready to pick up very quickly. However, I took my car in to have them recharge the A/C, and they came back and said it needed a new belt before they could recharge it. I replaced the belt and was looking at the A/C system and noticed a cap was missing (I've never touched that cap for any reason and haven't had my A/C recharged on this car). I was extremely disappointed to see they forgot to put my car back together after having it for 6 1/2 hours.

I dropped my tahoe off to have a look at the AC the crew determined that it was an electrical issue. One of the crew members went above and beyond to help with my next step of getting my problem figured out. The whole time they were super respectful & professional.

Very nice people and honest. My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold so all they had to do was add more freon. One thing to note is the after hours key drop is not an official key drop but just the small round vent in the garage door.

Outstanding service and very fast. Very polite customer service and cost was more than reasonable & fair. Tanners Radiator was recommended to me by a fellow employee. Best recommendation I have ever received from someone. Fantastic service!!!

After going to another "mechanic" and having them take $130 of my money I thought I found a good thing with Tanner's Radiator and AC. My AC was acting up and desperately needed to fix it. They said it was a clogged radiator. And the way they explained it, it made sense. So I trusted them and paid them $200+ to fix the radiator and hopefully the AC. On the way home the AC was doing the exact same thing as it was before. Nothing changed. I thought a shop with "AC" in it would know what they are doing. THEY DON'T!!! Very disappointed with these people. When I called and told them it was doing the same thing as before they said, "Bring it back in and we'll take a look at it." What!!! They were supposed to be looking at it the first time!!! I am disgusted with dishonest mechanics!!!

Works like a charm! My car started over-heating out of nowhere, so I started looking for the easiest fixes like coolant and other fluid levels. I even replaced my own thermostat (which, as it turns out, needed replacing). When it continued to overheat, I knew I had to take it to a shop. I had seen Tanners Radiator before because its near my work. They got my car in first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my car back up and running like a charm before the end of the day!

Highly recommend! These guys know what they're doing and are super nice. Didn't love the scheduling because we had to leave the car all day but it was worth it.

I have used Tanner's several times over the past 10 years for radiators. They have been able to provide the right part from stock at prices far under other local sources and competitive with on-line sources.Their reputation among shops, parts houses, and car enthusiasts is enthusiastic.

I have been taking my cars to Tanner Radiator for service on the radiator and air conditioning for many years. In all cases, they have performed competent service and charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.

I was referred here by a friend for AC work. They did a great job, cleaned my radiator for free and stuck to there quote. I was in a time crunch and they made sure to finish the car by the time I needed it back too!

I have had several vehicles serviced at Tanner's radiator. They do know what they are doing and they are honest in their pricing. I have recommended all my friends to Tanners and would not go anywhere else for Radiator and AC. They are they best around.

Pulled in at 4:00PM on a Friday (Valentine's Day) with a belt wrapped so tight around the fan pulley that it had torn loose the fan and water pump, and leaking fluid all over the place. Then a new water pump, tensioner pulley, belt, and fluids topped off by 6:00! Absolutely amazing, and at a fair price. I couldn't be happier!

Well . . .that was $400+ dollars spent in vain. They were supposed to fix my air conditioning. I spent the money . . . still blows warm. I figure I will go somewhere else as the requirement for air conditioning increases. My wife said, "you should go back and get them to fix it" My response, "If they couldn't do it the first time, why give them more money to try to fix it again?"
