Treated very poorly upon my arrival by 3 different people at the shop when I dropped by car off for service. I will say, when I finally got to a person who wanted to help, he was friendly and took good care of me. Unforturnately, I was frustrated and the poor service is what sticks out.

The service department at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork is Great. They always take care of all our service needs. And their Quick Lane Lube & Service always does a great job. We bring all our vehicles here & will continue to do so.

Brought my car in to get my power steering fixed. When I picked up my car, the radio/bluetooth/entertainment center was not working. When I contacted them, they said it s probably because it s broken and I will need a new ACM for $1,300. It was not broken when I dropped it off, and now I am expected to fork out an additional $1,300 to fix something that they broke? I contacted the service center multiple times to get a managers contact info to try sort everything out and was told someone will reach out to me and nobody ever did. Poor quality work and poor customer service.

The sheer level of incompetence of the service dept is baffling. Dropped off my truck and they got me an Uber to work. Texted them called to see if it's done and their closed.Last visit in July, they returned my truck saying it was done and not going to charge me for the oil change to them find out they never even changed it.I still haven't had any intelligible response or explanation of why the parts they ordered a year ago that I've been calling about for a year are not ordered to install. Some tailgate fix and a turbo seal or something leaking on cold starts.Called and left messages with Ray the manager before but never a call back ever. But watch... they'll give the standard reply to this they give to all reviews.... sorry, blah, blah, blah... we want to make it right. Email Ray the manager below.If you want to resolve the issue, get the parts your staff was supposed to order in Sept 2022, then confirmed and told me they were on it on July 11, 2023 after I've been asking and calling for a year now.I just want it fixed and back so I can sell it or trade it in and order my new truck from another dealership that has a functional service department.

If the two young employees who came to our rescue when we had a tire blowout on the freeway are representative of the caliber of employees at this business, I highly recommend it. Dallin and McQuarry (?) OFFERED to help change the tire on our car when we brought our spare in to get filled. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and definitely went the extra mile with their service! Congratulations to Ken Garff Quick Lane for finding two Generation Z gems to hire!

We called before scheduling an appointment to ask the cost of a service, parts and labor, and were given a quote. When the service was completed we were charged 40% more than the quoted amount. When I asked them about the change they said the quote was only for the parts. When I indicated that I had asked for a total cost, parts and labor, they said that it must of been the "call center" who gave a bad quote.I'm not going to be using them anymore for service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I got my oil changed here for my Chevy car and they were very nice to me, and didn't force me into buying or fixing anything. Many times I feel overwhelmed or out of place at a car-service shop, but they were very kind and helpful here. One of the best experiences I've had with a service department. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was done in a timely manner and they even sent me a video showing the items they inspected with assessments of each piece.

Messed my truck up with a simple oil change, terrible experience ended up costing me $2,200 and time out of my day. All I needed was an oil change and they did extra work with out asking me before they started. Could have totally damaged my truck. It was a nightmare

Went in for an oil change in a holiday weekend with appointment expecting to be there a while waiting. Pleasantly surprised at the speed of service. I appreciate the video they send of the undercarriage of the vehicles with voice summary. I had voltage/battery issues with my Suburban they have been upfront about and really strived to get to the root of the problem.

I haven't been to this dealer since 2008- talk about a great team! Their staff is really top-notch and as I had to schedule an appt for another persons car (it wasn't my car) they made things super easy to do. I was directed with exactly who to talk to and what the needs/expectations were and etc. It was so refreshing to have so much consideration extended at a car service venue. Thank you!

I drive 20 miles to go here for a reason the staff is kind, they video the services and any items needing attention so you know the work was done and it's a nice facility.

Up until now I've never had an issue, sadly at my last oil change and service when rotating my tires they had to bust off most of the lugnut caps which I get but then they didn't say anything to me and I'm missing over half of them so my car looks kinda silly, I called and asked what happened and was not even offered an apology and was told if I want to ever fix it I will have to do it out of my own pocket. Extremely disappointed, if I take my car in for service I want it given back to me the way I took it in!!!

I've bought my last two cars here and will continue to come here. Very nice facility and incredibly friendly staff. We worked with Sergio and he was so kind, patient and really helped us out. Come here if you're looking for a good car, for a great price!

I had a great experience while I was there. Sara helped me and she was so good to me! I wasn t ready to buy a car and she was patient with me and helped me narrow my search down a lot even though I still haven t made the purchase. They really live up to what they say when they advertise we listen. Would recommend for sure!

I came here to get my car's annual service done. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They get things done pretty quickly, too.I was especially pleased when I was waiting and they brought out warm cookies for their customers.Also, when I left, a warning light came on to check one of my back-up lights, so I went right back. They checked it, and found that the bulb needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me anything for that, even though it's not covered by my service package.

I had an amazing oil-change experience. I was 4 or 5 cars back on line. The service advisor took my keys and committed to a wait time that seemed aggressive given my place in line. I was back in my vacuumed car with a car wash voucher ahead of schedule.

I have tried twice to contact Ken Garff's Service Department & Parts Department. I have left voicemails and emails for Ray Paddock & Rodney Peterson and I have never received a return call or email. I wanted help with my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT for a part & some service.

It was kind of a confusing experience. Went in to get my airbags replaced, people seemed to assume that you should know what to do in their large facility. The shuttle service was amazing and they came to pick me up after the service officially stopped, but they loose points for communication, no one told me they closed before the actual close time of the main building. They also supposedly texted me that my car was finished way earlier but I never received any such text. Glad they called again when they did, I may have been stuck at work for the night were it not for the call, and for the extremely dedicated shuttle driver.

They gave me conflicting information and told me I had different "dangerous levels" that had to be paid for immediately (but the second time they said those same things were fine). Also, I had some transmission issues and needed 2 weeks to save up money and they threatened to tow my car. I've had only poor experiences coming here.

It's a fairly stream lined process now. They've made the waiting area larger and as always there's free soda, popcorn, and other good stuff to eat. It used to take significantly longer for an oil change but they've managed to cut the time down to around 45 minutes. They also have 3 oil changes for 100 bucks which is certainly worth it. In all a pretty good place.

I really like Ken Garff. I brought my Honda Accord in for basic maintenance and they found a bigger problem which was fixed quickly to my satisfaction. My service advisor had good communication and I really felt valued and respected as a customer.

Bought my most expensive souvenir and Birthday present... We were not expecting to purchase a vehicle on vacation but the Service experience was unbelievable! They did everything possible to fix any issues we had regardless of any personal sacrifice. They were working short handed but knew we were on our way home and on a tight schedule. THANK YOU to the Service team at Ken Garff Chevrolet!

Honestly extremely disappointed with the car salesman here. We went to Honda to find a 2016 civic and their prices were about $1.5K higher than other places we had looked at, when we asked why the gentleman we spoke to said I guarantee that those cars have been in accidents and bought at auctions on the east coast - it turned out neither were that way after checking the car facts and instead of the guys apologizing for being wrong he tried to lie and cover it up. I wouldn t recommend going here because you ll definitely get ripped off.

We go to Ken Garff for all of our car maintenance and we don't even own a Chevy. The Advantage care plan they offer is an amazing value and they are super nice and have a great area to wait. Snacks and drinks are in abundance. Even a place for young kids to play and a tv area for adults.

Don' know . Haven't gotten my truck back yet*****update***got my truck back re: an oil consumption problem. The folks at Ken Garff heard my concerns and the fix has been done! Hats off to Brad and the mechanics who took care of me!

Horrible. Had 7am appointment for oil change and didn't leave until 2.5 hrs later due to cars in front of me at time of opening (which is 7am) What's the point of having an appointment if I show up at 6:45 and am not first in line? Then to top it off I had to ask for me keys as my truck was sitting in the parking lot completed but no one there had a clue

They've been servicing my car for 5 years, and always go above and beyond in service and effort. They've worked me in when I had an emergency, went and got pizza for my kids when we were stuck there waiting (their shuttle wouldn't fit all 7 of us), and have always been honest with me about what is actually needed and what can wait. We go there for everything bc we trust them.
