It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but the wait wasn t too bad. The lady who checked me in and out was very friendly and sweet. I liked her a lot! Yet the other guy who checked the services that I needed was okay friendly, maybe it was because I only needed oil change but nothing else.

Great Service. Great customer relations with workers at counter to pay bill. The only problem is there are so many customers, it took an hour to get my oil changed! When you go, do so early or at a time when it is not crowded.

The technicians were nice but they actually put my filter in backwards and my engine sucked in all the debris. They also busted off the clip to my air filter cover and I had to get that replaced. I also was charged for coolant and that wasn t filled and I don t have a leak. I had that checked. I m really disappointed that it took one trip to get my oil changed and now my car has been at my mechanic s for two days, fixing issues that weren t existent before my visit. I wouldn t recommend this store or service to anyone.

This Jiffy Lube is the best service place I have ever gone to in a great while. They are friendly and are quick to get your problems solved. If you have ever gotten your oil changed or other things replaced on your car, you know it usually takes forever. Here at this Jiffy Lube, it goes by really smoothly and quickly. A few weeks ago, I needed to get my oil changed.While I was there, they ran a check on my truck to see what else I might need/ needed repairs with. I found out I needed to get a few other things repaired that I didn't even know were getting bad. Anyway, I held off on a few, anyway today I had a leak that they told me about some weeks earlier that it may get worse and anyway I went in and they fixed my problem in a matter of a few minutes. This Jiffy Lube has the fastest time and fastest of repairs.If any of you are unsure if this place is adequate in helping you, I want to promise you all that it definitely is. They are all professional and friendly and willing to help solve your problems.

Came in on a schedule to try to get to work on time with both my baby and my toddler, because daycare wasn't open yet. They were so kind and efficient. Explained all my options to me, told me how much money and how much time each thing was going to take. They got it done in less time than I expected, and we're very kind to me while I was wrangling my two little ones.

This Jiffy Lube sent me home knowing with 100% certainty that my car was not aligned properly. They told me to my face, "Snow tires are extremely difficult to align." Upon checking with three other mechanics, that statement is absolutely not true. I wish I wouldn't have cut corners and just went somewhere different on a different day. Now this mistake in judgement is going to cost me double to price to get my alignment fixed elsewhere. Great job, Jiffy Lube.

I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube. I brought my car to get an oil change and emissions. They told me it would take 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they had not even pulled it in. There was one other car that 3 guys were working on. After 55 minutes I had to leave and not one person had said anything to me. They all hung around the one car and ignored me. Also the waiting room was so cold. I had to keep getting up to get warm. Such a waste of my time.

I called and they said they were not busy. I got there and got right in. I got what I needed (emissions and registration) quickly. Professional and courteous.

Came in for an emissions test, told up front it would be an hour wait. I came back in 45 mins and it was done. Extremely respectful and courteous staff.

The staff was super friendly, respectful, and efficient. I felt very informed and not pressured to do anything unnecessary for my Jeep. I would definitely go again

Came in for an oil change. I will forgive taking longer than expected because they were busy. But they adjusted my seat and rear view mirror (really? Just to drive it in and out of the store?), left an oil rag in the car and some smudges on the interior. What they spilled under the hood was not cleaned up. When they were done I went to get the paperwork and they through the keys through the window on to the desk rather than handing it to the person there. I get this place is supposed to be in and out but how they left the vehicle is unacceptable in my opinion. After my visit I am worried about the quality of what they've done as they did not show to care about their work.Service: Oil change

My recent visit to Jiffy Lube in American Fork was an absolute disaster, the likes of which I've never encountered before. The sheer level of incompetence displayed by their workers was beyond belief. It was like watching a slapstick comedy routine masquerading as a car maintenance service.But that's not the worst part. Their actions left me with an overwhelming sense of dread and suspicion. I couldn't shake the feeling that something incredibly fishy and dishonest was going on behind the scenes. The lack of transparency and accountability was mind-boggling.In the end, my visit was not just a waste of time but a nightmarish ordeal that left me questioning the very fabric of reality. I implore anyone considering Jiffy Lube in American Fork to proceed with extreme caution. This experience shattered any semblance of trust I had in their services, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

Beyond terrible experience. Came in for a simple oil change at 10:15, didn t leave until they closed at 5. They stripped the threads on my oil pan and then had me pay for a new oil pan which they said would take 2 hours to install. It actually took well over 5 hours. Do not go here unless you enjoy paying 100 s of dollars extra for a problem they caused.Service: Oil change

This is my second time trying this location - 2 different cars several months apart. Both times the car was leaking oil after the oil change & neither had a leak before I went in. I've had no problems at other Jiffy Lubes - with these same cars - but I will not go back to this location again.

Classic Jiffy Lube trying to snuff any penny they can out of you. I ve learned my lesson! In addition, they forgot to connect part of my engine after my visit and the next day my car started sputtering and making jerky movements when I d brake luckily I was working with someone whose dad is a mechanic so he was able to isolate the problem. Easy fix but terrible experience there for someone that knows nothing about cars.

I went and got my oil changed and was told it would be 30-45 minutes when I ended up having to wait an hour and a half. I also asked them specifically to fill up my tires as my light was on and was assured they would. When I was checking out I asked again and they said they did and all my tires were at 33 psi. I got in my car and my tire light was still on indicating they didn't actually fill up my tire. When I went to Costco to get it filled up my back tire was 22 psi, so clearly they lied about filling up my tires when I explicitly asked them if they did.

Not sure I ll ever come back to service my car here. Floor was wet when I came in to pick it up I slipped and fell in front of other folks there, I told the employee that was checking me out about the floor being wet and that i just fell and did not even apologize or anything, just said with a careless tone: oh we will be taking care of it.Plus in the paperwork for the oil change they put notes that they found a transmission leak and did not even have the courtesy to tell me about it, I had to call and ask more details on what they found. Just avoid this place their customer service is bad!!!

Fast friendly service, the guys and gals at the American Fork. Utah store were very helpful and friendly. Simply put, it was the longest I've ever waited for an oil change. I showed up and was told it would be about 1hr. That was fine, so I took a seat in the lobby. An hour comes and goes without any sort of acknowledgement, and my car hadn't even been started. They even pulled new arrivals in before mine. I asked for an estimate and was told about a half hour left. So I waited. They didn't even start my car until the 2.5 hour mark, and in total I was there for almost 3. If you like 3 hour oil changes, it's the spot for you.

These guys were amazing. My car had a sudden leak in the oil line and was leaking and spraying oil all over. They diagnosed it, replaced oil and tested, and confirmed exactly where the problem was. When I arrived, I could see they were very busy. I was sure I would be waiting forever. I was pleasantly surprised when it only took about 15 minutes to get my emissions and registration completed! I was very impressed.

This particular Jiffy Lube is convenient and efficient. I like that they always have coupons online and can handle not only my oil changes but everything from filters to brakes to headlight restoration.I'm always greeted right away and led to the lobby. After my car is done, I'm walked out to the car and wished a good day. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

Wow! I read the reviews for this place, and recently they were pulling in 1 star reviews. I thought to myself 'it can't be that bad.' But I was wrong. It is that bad.I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours and I've seen 3 customers leave angry. In addition to their experiences (extended wait time, losing of tire keys and broken promises about brake repair.) I have seen two cars go before my own, although I have been here much longer than them. I am here just for an emissions check; nothing more.I'm frustrated beyond belief. They are extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommended coming here, you'll be disappointed and angry.
