If I could leave 0 start, I wouldBrought my truck in for a diagnostic, which they charge almost $200 and they take their sweet time to get it checked, they gave us the diagnostic and we agreed on doing the procedure which we were quoted $5.000, we asked if we were going to get the issue fixed and they said yes, of course, it s a very simple fix,2 weeks later they call me saying the found some other issues in my truck so we will need to pay another $4.000 on top of the $5k I asked the lady helping me how this didn t come up with the original diagnostic? Now we have to pay $5k for a truck that is still not running? We went in in our lunch break to talk to a manager, the manager was not there, so we couldn t talk to anybody yetWe will come back on Monday, having to ask some time off our job to come talk to someone for a logic explanation

If your car needs to be repaired I do not recommend this place! I took my 2020 Jeep for a diagnosis which they charged me $191 dollars (I have the invoice printed) in the diagnosis they told me that I needed a new part for $500 dollars, I paid them for the part, they never notified me that the part had arrived after two weeks I called and the part was already there, when I took it for repair they never showed me the new part they ordered for my car, (I have no proof that it was really a new part) they changed the part (oh that's what they said they did) they called me to tell me that the problem persisted but I still had to pay for the installation of the new part, I paid another $230 dollars more, I complained to them saying that then they had given me a wrong diagnosis and that the part was not the problem (I asked them to give me the part that they removed because it was mine. They got upset) they told me that now a person more expert in electricity would see it, they gave me a new diagnosis "they need me to buy another new part from them" it's another $549 dollars Lol, plus the installation that will have a cost of $350 dollars. After feeling scammed by these people I took it to PC Collision in West Valley I don't need any new parts, I only paid $490 for the repair. be careful with this place!! I will upload a photo of the bills I paid here and the workshop that did repair my car, as soon as I have time, to complement my opinion

As a frequent customer of the dealership, I felt compelled to leave a review of my experience with the service department. My family and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, including a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Altitude. While our experience with the sales department was exceptional, I cannot say the same for the service department.In fact, I must say that the service department is the worst service department I have ever worked with. The staff's behavior towards customers is extremely disappointing. They act as if they are angry that you brought your vehicle in for service, and their rudeness is apparent from the moment you pull your vehicle into the garage. This behavior is unprofessional and not conducive to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Furthermore, the service advisors were of zero help to us. We have taken both of our vehicles in for routine maintenance and problems, and every time we have had a negative experience. It is quite frustrating when you go in for service and are met with a lack of helpfulness and expertise.Between the two vehicles, we have taken them in a dozen times, and we have yet to have an enjoyable experience with the service department. I sincerely hope that this review will encourage the dealership to improve its service department's operations, as we value the overall experience of dealing with a dealership that is knowledgeable and courteous to its customers.In conclusion, I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. It is essential to have a positive experience when it comes to servicing your vehicle, and unfortunately, we did not receive that from this dealership.

I took my van to the dealership and said that the code that was showing on my dashboard was related to the transmission (I have the scanner) with I have a warranty program I was informed that I should pay $150 for the diagnosis and if I decided to do the service I would I wouldn't pay for that amount. after a few days the dealership employee sent me a message saying that the transmission replacement would cost $6k and another 2k for other car repairs. I said I wouldn't do the service because the warranty company only approved $3k. When I arrived to get my car I was completely ignored by the employees who were doing something on the computer and another on the phone. after about 5 minutes standing with a clown face I went to pay for the diagnosis and when I received the paper what was written on the paper was exactly what I explained to the employee. It wasn't described what repairs should be done, it wasn't described what should be fixed on the transmission, so I threw away $150. when I went to question the employee that what was written was just what I explained to the employee and I was not explaining anything I was simply ignored and she went back to doing what she was doing and she said that if I wanted to complain I would talk to the person who answered me!! Please do not waste your time at this place because in my experience the service provided was terrible and based on the paper I received I was not sure if anything was done to my car because what was described there was just what I had already said to them.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

John Pascoal handled my emissions inspection concern perfectly. There were glitches and complications somewhere else the year prior that resulted in me getting a waiver on my 2014 RAM2500. This caused a lot of stress and expense (over nothing come to find out). John Pascoal listened intently and thoroughly. He'd never heard of such a situation. So he consulted his best techs and formed a plan. He communicated that plan to me. He wound up getting me taken care of with his plan that saved me a lot of time and money. It was by far the best experience I've had in a dealership service dept. bar none. Ever! Thanks John!Service: Exhaust

The service inside is great, but the representative to schedule an appointment is proud and rude. A busy place. Have to change to another dealership to be able to talk.
