Buyer beware. Overall the buying experience was pretty positive. The sales staff were all very nice and helpful. The car ended up being a different story, the day after we drove off the lot the check engine light came on with them brushing off our concern and telling us that it can be a normal thing and to bring it by to reset the code. Of course, the light continued to come on. After taking it to the mechanic that handles the warranty, turns out the engine is misfiring and the temperature sensor for the coolant system is malfunctioning, with the warranty not covering all of it. The 15,000 mile warranty I was told about was greatly exaggerated and wont cover all the issues. I also tried to communicate with them about the issues and they weren t willing to offer any help not even a sorry. 2 months later and several visits to the mechanic they finally tell me I have a blown head gasket and are quoting me $3000+ to fix it. They are still dodging calls and unwilling to talk. unfortunately I am stuck with this. Thanks autos inc. for draining my bank account and selling me a faulty car.

Bought a Porsche Macan from Auto s Inc. $7,300 later and 4 major visits to the mechanic & dealership, (including 2 broken engine mounts, valve cover gasket oil leaks, broken control arms, 4 bald tires that almost got me into an accident). The time lost, money lost, work lost; oh and the warranty provided by Eric at the dealer? Non-existent, their Valvoline Service Program doesn t really cover anything. Don t believe me? Try filing a claim. Unless you enjoy severe headaches with your vehicle purchase, DO NOT BUY from Auto s Inc in American Fork. They do not take care of customers. 0/10 worst car buying experience!

Please do yourself a favor, AVOID THIS PLACE!I Trusted this dealership, flew out to purchase a vehicle from them. I spent money on travel and to take time off work, just so they can attempt to scam me. It s a horrible place that is causing heavy stress to my life. They don t answer or try to resolve problems. Eric Pace seemed like a great guy. I was wrong, not he or Auto s Inc has returned my emails, texts, calls for more then a week now. Like I said AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Working with Auto's Inc was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. Mark was fantastic. It was a smooth process and the vehicle we bought was everything we had been looking for. My plates/registration didn't come on time, due to the holidays and the company they send the information to dropping the ball, so Zane offered to go in person and drop off the information, have them get it done in the same day, and then drove to my home to drop it all off.Appreciate it a ton, Zane!

Mark was very nice.. Took the time to answer all my questions.. Very trustworthy.. He was very respectful through the whole process. The car is for my teenage daughter and I feel happy knowing we made a great purchase.

Just bought my GMC Acadia there, and Mark was the most friendly, honest, family-oriented down to earth person I've ever met. He showed me all the fees, which were very few, and made me feel at home with my purchase. Stark contrast from the bigger dealerships that ambushed me with dozens of junk fees the previous weeks. Not Mark! 5 stars for you, sir!! I highly recommend you and your honesty and top quality service! I love my Acadia!! Thank you, Mark!!

I absolutely love my new car I bought from Auto's Inc! I worked directly with Mark from start to finish. He made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and it feels really good to say that's exactly what I bought. I didn't have to skimp on anything. Not sure if other dealers do this, but he did all my registration too so when I drove away from the dealership, I was literally all done. On top of that, I thought the price was very fair. All in all, the process was way better than the experience my wife and I had when we bought our Pilot from a Honda dealership.

Zane was my salesman and he is amazing! He cuts right to the chase and does not ask any financial questions until you are ready to buy. I came and test drive my new Mazda and I handed the keys to him, told him I needed to think about it and he did not hassle me at all he just said ok let me know. You don t get that at any other dealership. This dealership is honest and will do whatever to make you happy. I told him I would buy my car if the tires were rotated and balanced and he was more than happy to do that for me.Amazing dealership, amazing honest people running the place.

Purchased a rebuilt title thinking it was a good purchase. Found out a couple days later I was sold a car with a bad transmission that needed replacement. The warranty sold with the car was a joke and the company tried over and over and for reasons that keep changing denying my claim. Finally paid a small portion of the total cost of the repair.Very disappointing experience. Not the way I would run a business.

The actual buying process was great with this company. However, I was told the vehicle I was buying had nothing wrong. I should ve known it was a bad idea to buy from here when the ad for the vehicle said it had great speakers but when we test drove it, the speakers didn t work. We purchased the vehicle six months ago; it s been in the shop for two of those months. There s no warranty and no warning from this company about anything being wrong before we had signed papers. Would never buy from them or a company like them ever again.

Was told there was a 15,000 mile guarantee on the car, a couple of days after purchasing, the traction control light comes on. I call Autos, tell them the light is on and they tell me to file a claim. I call to file a claim and they tell me I don t need to file a claim and that I just need to go to where it was last serviced to fix the problem. I call autos again telling them my light is on and I was told to go to the place it was last serviced. They send me to Point S who they work with. AFTER the sensor error is fixed I am told it will be $216 and it wouldn t be covered. I wasted nearly two hours driving two cars to and from American fork to get my car serviced and took off time from work to get there and be told it is not covered. If they were straight with me I could have driven 5 minutes down the road and fixed the problem. Instead they screw me around and trick me in to going to get my problem fixed at the mechanic they work with. Save your time and money. Save the headache. Find a more professional dealer.

Posts each car 20-30 times on Craigslist so I have to constantly scroll to see any vehicles I might actually be interested in purchasing, as these are all copart salvage cars.

Sales person was very friendly and helpful, not pushy. I worked with Mark.I viewed the car online which apparently had a discounted price. So when I arrived the sticker had a higher price. I mentioned it was lower online and they were quick to say that that is totally right and they would apply the online discount at purchase, which they did.Everything went very smoothly. Left to go work out loan details with my bank, (again, not pushy about their financing options) came back with the monies and finished things up. Great experience!Original review in 2015.**2022 update:I still have this car! Going strong!Although, I do have a complaint that I didn t notice initially.Their online ad stated my car has aux ports and it DOES NOT. I was pretty disappointed originally so I guess I d give them a 4.9 for that, if I could. My phone no longer has an aux port either though so you could say that I m over it.

The WORST dealership I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Almost as soon as we drove our truck off the lot we began having problems with it. Some of them were even serious safety violations! Our truck has been to 3 different repair shops and has been stuck in the most recent shop for over a month. Do NOT trust these people, they will make you overpay for a vehicle that doesn't even work.

We showed up and test drove a car shortly before closing on a Monday night. We really liked the car and wanted to buy it. Mark was very nice and he let us stay after hours and purchase the car. He was very cordial and helped us make a payment despite some technical difficulties with the credit card. We were able to purchase the vehicle with a good price. It was very good service and Mark connected well with us so I could get my first car!!!

Eric is a great guy to work with. He was super mellow and accommodating during the wholeProcess. I flew in from out of state to buy a high country Chevy last month and he paid for my Uber from the airport to get me down to the shop. I took the truck on a test drive by myself and when I got back he was nothing but helpful. I can say that this is the nicest vehicle that I ve ever owned. Paint matched front end, brand new tires, and TVs in the headrests for my daughter. I love the truck it s a beast. I could have went with a local shop in reno/tahoe area but the way we were treated at each dealer was off putting so I kept circling back to Eric and autos inc. after a coupleMonths of calls and messages not once we re they irritated by my lack of commitment haha. For that reason I ll use them again for my next truck for sure

I didn't do my due diligence and didn't look at google reviews before we purchased a car with Mark yesterday. But if I had, it would have confirmed the experience we had, and that is 5 star plus! This was my daughters first purchase and she found a pretty large selection of cars within her budget on Auto's lot. She found the one she liked, and after securing financing, within a few minutes (not joking) she had keys in hand and on her way. I've purchased a couple dozen or even more cars in my life and this by far, was the quickest, most efficient, and easiest process I've ever experienced. Well done Mark! Thanks for taking such great care of my baby girl.

We had been searching and searching for the perfect vehicle and Mark was the BEST person we had encountered. He was honest and genuine which is hard to find in the auto industry. Not only was he nice but he was also willing to meet us halfway on price. We will definitely be going back here when it comes time again for us to get another vehicle!

We are very pleased with our purchase. From the time I seen the vehicle online I reached out and got the pleasure of speaking with Mark. Knowing we had a drive ahead of us, he made sure the vehicle would be there when we got there. Once we arrived we got the pleasure of speaking with Zane, but Mark already gave us the heads up and had everything ready for us. We are so happy that we are going to reach out again when we are ready for another vehicle.

Zane made my car buying experience painless and easy! I live out of state so I couldn t see the vehicle in person and Zane gave me all of the information I needed (and more) to feel 100% comfortable to buy the vehicle. He was easily accessible by phone and quick to respond to all of my questions. He honestly advised me on what future repairs may be needed with buying a used car and coordinated services to make sure my vehicle was in tip top shape when it arrived. I am so grateful to have worked with him and plan to buy any future used cars from him!

If you have never bought a truck sight unseen (like me) you have some questions. A lot of questions! This was a hard thing to commit to but I did. Most thought it was crazy as did I. I had it shipped by autos inc to Colorado and never seen the thing in person. After many conversations with Eric he worked through my questions and answered the best he could. Never any pressure, he let me make a decision. He was great to work with! I read all the reviews on this site before I purchased and some have bad things to say, mostly good but not all. As a business owner I understand you can't please everyone and that's what this looks like to me. The truck arrived on time and was exactly what Eric said it was. I would recommend this company to anyone and have been completely satisfied with how things went. I was never offered any gas card or anything to leave a review as some say. Kinda wish I was because the truck showed up empty. Thanks for the truck Eric!

Got an incredible truck, for a great price, and amazing service. We drove over 4 hours to get here and it was completely worth it. Eric is an awesome, down to earth, straight-forward and real guy. He knows his business and his inventory. He really cares about the vehicles he sells and the people who buy them. He gave us a great price, walked across the street to fill up the tank before we left, took care of everything quickly and efficiently, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I saw an ad online and talked with Zane. He was professional, to the point, but not impolite. I put a $1000 dollar non refundable deposit on a truck I thought looked good. He made the deposit easy, allowed me time to get an inspector I there and wait for a report. Purchasing the vehicle after inspection was made very easy, as well as coordinating with my inspector and shipping. The truck is in the condition it was advertised in. So far a really nice vehicle. Thanks Zane.
