After getting the run around from another company since December 16th and us not having any Heat I found Scotts RV Repair and Saw nothing but great reviews. Pat was quick to let me know someone would be out in the afternoon to take a look and see what they could do. We had Heat again within a few hours from the call. He even assisted me with filing everything with our extended warranty company. Highly recommend for Fast and professional work!

What can I say, they are good people and work hard to get your RV back up and running. I've had AC issues in the middle of summer in Texas and they got the job done.

I initially used them twice. Once to replace an ac and once for a water tank. I had extended warranty and they were prompt, and handled the warranty that day. Since then I have purchased awning covers and had them do some other work. I couldn t be more happy about the price, and service I have had and continue to receive. Highly recommended.

For what they did prices crazy high. Will never use again. Should have done it myself. Sent 2 guys only one really did much. $420 for maybe an hours work. Scott called me made it right seems they were new guys and over charged. He refunded me for one guy. This made it ok I will use again. Thank you Scott!@

Pat did an awesome job. Called him on a Sunday and he was able to come in a few hours later. He came in and showed that he was a vet in the business. He knew exactly what he was doing and was out the door in a very timely manner. He s a really cool guy and shared some of his knowledge with me. I will definitely be calling them again if I need work on my RV.

Best RV service around. I called on Friday Pat came out on Saturday an came back on Tuesday an did my repairs. It has for been several years to get someone to do my warranty work. I was Blessed to have from him. Thank you so much to taking care of my home for me. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

I have been using Scott's RV service for years and is the best RV repair service I have ever used - Pat is the man when it comes to RV repair! Always prompt; always fixes my problem and knows his stuff - We have had Pat work on fans, electrical issues, jacks, A/C, water pumps, 12V system, fridge and more - Pat sticks to it until the issue is resolved - 5+ rating from us!

This is a Great Honest Repair Service! I was stranded with a broken axle on a Sunday evening and they were having a kids bday party. They came to where I was, said I could not drive it far, I followed them to their shop/house, they plugged in the RV, fed me, and made me feel very comfortable. The next day, Sweets Welding came over, welded the axle, Scott and his brother put the wheel back together and I was on my way. I highly recommend this RV Service!! Thank y'all very much!! Y'all are truly kind honest good folks!

Due to poor line maintenance by our local power Co-Op, our RV converter went out. Scott s RV Service was great, even offering to come after business hours because we couldn t run our AC. Their crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional. They went above and beyond, even providing me a statement to pass on to my power company about power surges and converters. If you need on site RV repairs give Scott s RV Service a call!

We needed a hot water heater replaced, Pat came out late one night and diagnosed the problem, ordered a new heater and showed up in a timely manner when he got the heater. Good, efficient, professional, and friendly, thanks

Had a second AC unit installed on travel trailer. 4 days from call to install, no hidden charges. Would recommend for any RV service.

I called them last Tuesday to set up a service appointment for my hot water heater for Friday. I explained to them that I lived 2 hours away and would drive into town to meet them and they told me 3pm Friday and that they would call before coming out. I arrived at my RV on Friday at noon. 3pm came No one showed up 4pm came no one, at 430 I called and no one answered. I called 2 more times and no one ever answered and no one ever showed up! I missed a day of work and drove 2 hours just to get screwed around! I will never recommend them to anyone! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

My wife and I own Roadrunner Acres RV Ranch near Mineola, Texas. Several of our residents have used Scott's RV Service over the past few months and have been very pleased with their customer service. Pat Kennedy, one of the owners, is a great guy, and we appreciate that he and his team take such good care of our people.

Was supposed to come and fix pipe issue. They said they'd order the part and call back. They never called . but I have seen them service neighbors numerous times. When I asked them once about the status of that part, they just completely avoided me. Worst service ever! If I could give 0 stars then I would.

We had trouble with our canopy closing while camping on Lake Fork. Cell service was spotty but Scott was patient . He provided excellent customer service and we were on our way in 15 min. Prices were reasonable.

I can say nothing but great things about this company. They have helped me at the dropof a hat on more than one occasion. Very trustworthy. If you are in the need for anything regarding your RV (Scott s RV) is the way to go.

Wanted to charge me $900 to replace a 6 gallon hot water heater and $1200 to put in a tankless. Didn't even look at anything. I did it myself and it cost me $350 and an hour worth of work.

The service for me has been great. I have an older rv, and none of the big companies will work on my rv. They come to my property and fix what needs to be done. I have had this company for several projects, and I'm a happy customer!

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. They work long and hard to get the job done. Sometimes they're a little hard to get a hold of because of cell service but they will get with you as soon as they can. Great guys!

He sad it would take a week and it has been since july4 it s now sept 26 he got a 4500 draw and I got a all electric ice box from Home Depot .plus he left all my wood trim out in rain that is no know good now and the ice box coast 400 I got took I would not recommend !live and learn about these low life mf
