It's their policy to turn you away if there are only 30 min left before closing time with no other cars there. If you insist on getting service, they will look at your car and find a reason they won't service you. Mine was a missing lug. Just one on one of my tires. No one offered to sell me one, no one offered to work on just 3. They just told me to leave and shut their doors. I stayed on hold for 1h30m to talk to a manager. They never picked up, or cared to pick up. Don't go here, look across the parking loot and go to the boys there. They will give you 5 start service and make you leave with a smile.

Nicolas was great , he did an amazing job on my Mercedes tire installation , lot of patience and really helped me lot . Amazing guy

These guys wont do Flat tire for Audi s.Customer service was good, gave 1 star only for not being able to provide the service.

Ralph was very helpful and went above and beyond to find someone to check me out when he saw me waiting in line.I went in again after 6pm and got in and out in 30 minutes. Not bad. I trust their service. I ONLY use them for my oil changes.

Awful doesn t begin to describe them. Went to get a flat fixed in pouring rain. No signs on the bays so apparently I parked in front of the wrong one. Had to start walking in for someone to tell me this because they IGNORE you. They were not working on cars, just ignoring you. Parked in front of correct one and went to walk in again to be ignored. When I almost made it to the door, they told me they could not repair the tire because there machine is broken. So, two times I have gotten out in the rain and no one bothers to say anything until then. When I go to leave, one of the men starts yelling at the other. My goodness, Walmart sucks!!!

The guy named Ty has listening problems. Samuel is very helpful. Ty demonstrated negative attitude during entire conversation, he over talks and don't listen what customer has to say. They called Stephenia as a lead but same result. Anyway gave up .It may be mentioned here that I went yesterday at 5.35pm they indirectly declined to check in because it may take upto closing time. Walmart need to say close at 5pm instead of 7pm so that mechanic can finish pending work by the end of their shift.Service: Tires

Every time I come to this place it s always an issue. Now this time i literally didn t know because i actually thought they did their job but come to find out i paid full price for a used tire that had center wear to the wear bars and is dry rotted and that was diagnosed by a professional mechanic over at Golden Rule. However when i called up to the auto center i took me two calls to get in reach with them and the first time the phone just ringing for 9 mins and 45 seconds to be exact and nobody ever answered that phone. The second time i had to call walmart themselves and have them transfer me which took no more than 4 minutes and not only that the Manager Fransisco was rude as ever and basically was cutting me off just about in every sentence. I m very disappointed that this auto center put me and my unborn child at risk.Service: Tires

Great tire prices online but super sloooooow service. I got verification that tires where in. I dropped off car and was told 2 hrs finish time for 2 tires. Three hours later I got a call that the tires were not actually there. They scheduled a 7am appointment two days later to expedite service. It still took 1.5 hrs to put two tires on, 4.5 hours wasted at this point! They gave only $25 credit but I will spend more $$ in the future to have another tire shop that can do it typically in 1hr or less for all four tires.

We have been here 2 1/2 hours and not a single car has moved in the center. We went to go and ask them how much longer it will take and they said at least 2 more hours. This is ridiculous, their customer service is awful, and have no respect for the customer at all. Strongly do not recommend to get your tires or lube done at this place. You will regret it.

I just called to get a price quote and the guy that answered sounded annoyed with me, kept talking over me without hearing my question so the interruption wasn't even to give applicable information.

Asked to have a trailer tire changed. They took my appointment and after waiting outside in the heat 25 minutes a mechanic came out and told me they couldn't touch it unless it fit in their bay. They did let me borrow a Jack and a t-bar to change it myself. The mechanic made this a four star, without that it would have been a 1.

Omg. I was the first in line for an oil change. I got my tires rotated also. It took over 2 hours. There wasn't a lot of cars here either. There were a couple of people standing around watching. I thought they were customers also waiting on their cars. Then They came in and started looking at the computer. Turns out they work here. I'm glad they were supervising everyone and not actually helping get cars finished. No one moves with any purpose, everyone saunters around like they have all day. My tires were finished, but it still took over half an hour to get it off the lift. Hope my groceries aren't spoiled now......

I actually enjoy having my Kia serviced at Walmart/Wylie. The people are always friendly, service is quick, price is reasonable and i can get my weekly groceries, etc. while they do their thing. That multi-tasking makes me feel good.

The location appears to be under staffed. A job quoted at taking 1hour and 15 minutes turned into almost three. They were just replacing the passengers side low beam headlights.. I have had better service from this location in th past....

I checked in at 11:15 AM and there was no car ahead of me . I need 2 tires to be mounted. It took them almost 3 hours to finish! Absolutely horrible service, I won't be back .Service: TiresService: Tires

The staff here always take care to make sure our automotive needs are met. They have retained many staff members over the years, so they're familiar with us and our vehicles.

Best Walmart automotive experience I've had. All of the technicians were hard at work and seemed to enjoy being their. Great place very rare to find a Walmart auto care like this one.

During an oil change and tires balanced and rotated one of my hubcap's was lost. Rodney Manager and Chris in automotive help to resolve this issue. Thank you guy's again

Not to bad if you choose the right time of the day to go. I went between 10.30am and 11am and it was only 1 car in front of me getting an oil change.

They broke my care tire sensor and lie about it that it broke before I came there. I ask all people from car tire shop, they said if it have been broken then the light (!) have to be on which it was not on when I brought my car to Walmart to change my tire. Will not go there anymore.

Really great guy who manages auto care helpful knowledgeable friendly although i got screwed by discount tires i was trying to get tires from them the guy gave me a good quote and everything.

I thought I had to get a new tire because of a nail, but Jaylen suggested he could plug the tire instead of me having to replace it with a new tire. Great costumer service!

Great service, quick and thorough. Staff was prompt and courteous. Service was completed much faster than expected. Will return for future work.
