My car got clipped a couple of weeks ago, so took my car to Wallace for an estimate. His prices were very competitive with the "chain" collision repair shops around town and he had good reviews, so I decided to have the repairs done by them. They did a fantastic job (see the pics below). Wallace kept me in the loop, the final price and time to complete were dead on. Hopefully I won't need another body repair again, but if I do I'm definitely going back to Wallace Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Wallace is honest, does a great job on vehicles, communicative through email, and warrantees his work. I have become a loyal customer and would recommend him to repair or restore your vehicle. I am so glad that I found him. he is super busy because of the quality of his work, but not too busy to take care of his customers

I had a very good experience with Wallace, and there was no way I was going to caliber collision to wait 3 months just for an estimate. I was able to drop off my car and pick it up within a week--a couple days ahead of schedule. He fixed the damage (using genuine OEM parts) handled by the insurance claim and even touched up a couple areas on the other side of the car that I wasn't expecting. He even gave me a couple rides to and from the rental car place. The car looks great now and I will definitely return here for future body work.

I have been very impressed with my two visits to Wallace Collision. This last time they got the part in quickly and made the repair even more quickly, and at a fair price.

I was really counting on this place to take care of my car. After taking time away from work, showed up when I was supposed to and the owner who told me to be there at that time didn t show up. The owner gave me a verbal estimate after his body guy called him and explained the damage and they never sent it to me. Multiple phone calls to get the estimate so I could send it to insurance. Complete waste of time and at the end of the day I lost work pay for nothing.

I took my mustang to Wallace to get my rear quarter panel fixed. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the customer service was outstanding. They spoke with me and talked me through every step of the way. If I ever need body work done on my car in the future I'm taking my car to Wallace.

A friend recommended Wallace collision and I cannot be happier they did. Wallace made the process so simple and painless that I ll be using him going forward. His shop is about 45 minutes away from me but I d happily make that drive again after the service and professionalism I received. Mr. Wallace was very prompt in returning my call, very professional and helpful. His company did a wonderful job repairing a fender bender on my Buick. He/his company repaired by mishap quickly and at a cost I felt was very fair. You see I did not want to involve my insurance company - surprise!! I do not hesitate in recommend Wallace Collision and give them a AAA rating for a job well done and I wish to say thank you to Mr. Wallace again.

My experience with Wallace Collision Center was wonderful. Wallace is honest, and cares about getting the job done right. I was in a pretty decent accident last month and Wallace got my car looking like new while also keeping me informed along the way. He also made sure that my insurance paid for what needed to be done to get my vehicle going again the right way. I will be going to Wallace Collision Center for all my repair needs in the future!

We hit a coyote in East TX. Heard from multiple people that Wallace Collision was the only place to go. I got a couple of quotes (I m a girl dealing with car stuff. Need to be careful!) and came here. Least expensive quote, done on time (white paint needs sunny skies, so it took extra days but he explained it to me ahead of time). Car looks fabulous. Very pleased and will be sending anyone who needs car collision stuff done to Wallace

My gf got in a wreck and he did everything possible to make sure we were handled. He communicates very well and breaks down everything for you. He was professional and helpful and took all the work into his hands. He didn't just quote us and tell us to pay, he took the initiative to do contact the supplemental department insurance of the people that hit us!!! He fights for his customers and does an excellent job with repairs down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this company!!! If there's ever a next time (I hope not) I will go to Wallace Collision Center, EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Wallace and his crew are absolutely amazing people. Not only did they help me in my time of need but they did their very best for me. Of all the shops I have ever been too, their customer service and care for my vehicle are unmatched. This is the only place I will ever go to for any future services and I highly recommend them for anyone else. I have a 2013 genesis coupe and it looks as good as it did before my accident.

Took in our van after being rear ended, but Wallace Collision made it as pleasant of an experience as possible. Picked up the van, and the work looks great. They were easy to work with regarding both repairs and insurance, they stand behind their work, and even gave me a ride to return my rental car. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

This guy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Took it to another place before him and they wouldn t respond to my text or anything and wouldn t deal with the insurance company for me. Wallace took care of all of it for me, honest guy who communicates with you and does more than what he has to without charge. I highly recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle worked on, take it to him. Got my truck in and out in a week, so it was quick as well. We took our car to Mr Wallace for body work. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. He is very respectful, honest, professional and punctual. His prices are very reasonable and he did thorough and detailed work. He had our car ready on time and he charged us even less than what he had quoted us. Wallace Collision did a fantastic job on my wife s GTI. Wallace managed every aspect of my insurance claim. He delivered on all aspects of the repair. The quality of work was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wallace Collision.

My wife damaged the side mirror of our Lexus SUV. I ordered one and took it to Wallace after reading a number of favorable reviews on Google. In short, I couldn t have been more pleased with his service. He was professional, charged me very little, made little attempt to upsell me to other services that the car might need, was timely, and was very friendly. Our 2020 vehicle had extensive paint and body damage after being showered with gravel, including four broken and damaged windows. Being a brand new vehicle, I had my doubts it would ever look the same after being repaired. Wallace Collision Center repaired our vehicle to showroom condition with outstanding workmanship and quality. Mr Wallace kept us informed of the progress and worked with the insurance company on technical issues that were better handled by someone with his expertise. The final product far exceeded my expectations of how my vehicle would look, (and my expectations were high). Wallace replaced my hood and did some paint work on my car. Got her looking like new! He was very friendly, honest about costs and quality, and answered some questions I had afterwards. 10/10 definitely recommend using him.

They do a really great job. I have had both of my vehicles repaired at Wallace's. They do such a good job that you can tell I was even in a wreck. They have the friendliest service and also very quick turn around time.

This was a great experience. I can in short notice, with my front bumper tore up. Wallace was able to fit me in, and turned the car around over the weekend. There were some extra things I needed taken care of unrelated to my accident and he was able to do that as well. He sat me down and priced everything out. No shady stuff here, this place was awesome. I'll be coming back if I need to.

I went to Wallace Collision Center two years ago based on google reviews and have had several repairs dents removed, windshield replaced, etc. The bodywork done there is phenomenal and handled very professionally, efficiently, and at a reasonable price.
