I have to say that this is by far my favorite place to come for an oil change. I've had bad experiences in the past with NTB, and Christian Brothers, so typically I get anxious when it comes to getting an oil change.I've come a few times before but today sealed the deal that I will be driving the extra miles out here. Justin was awesome today with his service, and was extremely professional. Didn't come to me telling me my car had thousands of dollars worth things wrong with it (looking at you NTB >_>) but focused on the oil change, and making sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Professional, courteous, and kind.I live out in Fate but will be coming here as long as they're standing :)

Went for a oil change, on my engine's air filter, all screws were loose and one was broke, I saw the technician using power tools to remove and tighten, seemed like he was struggling..who uses a power tool on a plastic box to tighten..as soon as I came home, I checked my car and found a broken screw head and 3 screws were completely not at all tightened, not sure how I can replace the broken screw. ...very unhappy.

Sat there for 35 minutes waiting on them to change the oil for the car in front of me. Was told 15 minute wait. Not once did they come and explain why a simple oil change was taking so long and it appeared they had no clue what they were doing. Drove off and won't return. If they can't do a simple oil change best to go somewhere else.

I came into this location on March 13, 2023 the Manager Samual did my oil only to find out later after my check engine light came on and smelling burning that he had left my oil cap off! There wasn t one inch of oil left in my car! That could have caused engine damage! I was forced to miss a full day of work and had to pay for expenses out of my own pocket! He was very negligent and caused a lot of problems for me! I was double charged for a service caused by this and the company would not cover the expense. I was a long time customer and they usually are always playing and talking to each other while services customers I usually overlook it but this is not ok to be so careless and then not take responsibility for your actions! This has caused a huge headache and I will not stop until I m reimbursed for the damage that was caused. I m not a mechanic, and I don t know anything about cars. That s why I try to trust supposedly professionals! If this was done to your wife, mom, grandmother would it be acceptable? I don t think so. I am a single mom and 160.00 extra my not be a lot to some people but it s a lot to me, to be able to support my kids! Stop getting over on your paying customers and take responsibility for what you caused!!!Update: after the owners comment was left I sent several emails with the information they requested and no one has yet to respond.Service: Oil change

Came here with my sister for her oil change. Felt the need to come on and leave a review as this was the best Valvoline service I have ever experienced. Each person we encountered was so knowledgeable and helpful. Everything step they did was explained to us and we weren t upsold to the point that we felt pressured to spend way more than what we came in for. I hate that kind of stuff. We even told one gentleman that we were going on a road trip. He asked if it was colder or hotter where we were going. We said colder so he said he would fix our tire pressure to match the climate change to ensure our safety while we were on the road. I would give 10 stars if Google would allow it!

The techs where knowledgeable kind and quick. I have been to a few places in town and will never go anywhere else. They never try to up sell you or use scare tactics to get more services.

I had my car inspected at this location and it was so much better than anywhere else I ve ever been! The vehicle inspector (I didn t get his name but he is a young, light haired guy) was so kind and helped walk me through the inspection as I don t know how half of the gadgets in my car work. I didn t even have to get out of the drivers seat at all and it was only $25! If you get nervous making appointments and stuff like I do you will be very relieved with how easy Valvoline makes it.

First and foremost, they're open on Sunday. I went here for the TX vehicle emissions test, it was easy, I had an issue that they were able to fix for me, the person who assisted me was Carol they were very nice and understanding that I only had Sunday to get the testing done. I'll be going back for all of my oli changes in the future!! They're still an amazing location, Justin helped me today no problem what so ever

Don't trust this place, I went in for an oil change they asked if I wanted a new air filter I originally said no but he said he would take 15.00 off. Once I got home and checked my receipt he added it back in, charging me full price.

Don't bother coming here for an inspection. Their inspection machine has been broken for at least three years. Their oil changes are also extremely expensive, way above the price of any other oil change in the area.Edit: third year in a row I went here to try and get an inspection and "The machine wasn't available." No matter what they reply, they never have anyone here to do an inspection, so don't waste your time.Go to the oil change place on Murphy Road by walmart instead. You might have to wait, but they have never failed me yet.

Very disappointed today! I have brought 3 of our family cars here regularly since they opened. Today I pulled in as normal and waited. I was the only customer waiting outside the 2 open bays at the time. While waiting I watched 5 employees chat and one literally toss his glove up in the air and catch it repeatedly apparently not doing any work. Another customer pulled up next to me. After I sat waiting for about 20 minutes, when they pulled out the vehicle that was done in the next bay over, they waved that customer in instead of me as the one who waited longer. This was very frustrating because I did not have much time today. Had they been aware of their customer flow they would have known who to take next. I addressed this with the manager, but had to leave because of time constraints. I will not be going back to this location not because of the mistake, but because when I talked to the manager she seemed very flippant about the whole thing and made no effort to sincerely apologize or try to rectify the matter.

Been here a few times. Normally ok. But this is the 4th time I've tried to come between 815 and 830 and it's not open. The sign says open at 8 but they are never open. This time the door was open and I could hear people down stairs clanking around. I just walked around the floor yelling hello while they ignored me. The value of this place is fast and I can get it done before work. Now I've been inconvenienced and have to go to a longer place. It's great when they are there but it is not reliable. You can't count on this place to be fast and good if they are not even there. Don't waste your time unless it's middle of the day and you can clearly see them working. Ignore any posted sign about hoursEdit responded to the below about a week ago and dead silence. What is the point of asking then not responding?Update gave me a code for a discount and the code didn't work. No response from customer service

I go here EVERY time we need an oil change. They are speedy, helpful, and low/no pressure, and they always have a coupon available online.

Best quick oil change I've gone to in a long while. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The car was taken care of quickly and without a wait. They didn't do a hard sell about filters so I went ahead and replaced them, thanks gents and lady! I was out in a flash and service was done right. Very pleased!

I call customer support and I asked for the state inspection. They told me that I can come right away. I was like 5 minutes from the place when I get there. There was a literally three cars and three guys and they told me that they not doing because they short-handed.Really unprofessional waste of time...

They didn't perform all the checks on the checklist. Other than that, friendly and fast.12/03/2022 editedRevised in response to the Owner's reply.I am going to change this review to have five stars instead of four stars because the issues were addressed promptly.I hate to be picky, because you really do have a great group of guys there. Several showed a high level of knowledge. It was one of the fastest oil changes I have seen anywhere. They were also very friendly and professional.The reason these checks are important to me is because I just bought the car a couple of days ago and I'm not sure what level of care was used by the previous owner. Thank you for the prompt follow-up.

Ok. Not gonna lie, when I saw ANOTHER oil change place open up on 544, I was not happy. Quite annoyed actually. Eventually I decided to give them a try because I went their competitor (take 5) and it took forever with only one person working. I felt bad for the guy. It was dark and just not friendly. I went to valvoline next because I did like the aspect of driving up and it happened to be closer. WOW!! Was I amazed by the excellent customer service from everyone on the team. They opened and closed the door for me when I needed to get out of the car. Can t tell you when the last time that s happened haha! From start to finish they were amazing. Not pushy on the extra stuff either. Look at their website before going for a coupon. I am a customer for life and will get my inspections done here too!!

3000 mile sticker for a full synthetic oil change. It s not needed for 7500-10000 miles. I guess they figure people are dumb and will come back at 3000 miles. They also charge 10$ per quart (you can get 5 quarts of the same oil at Walmart for $26) and about 15% higher than others in the area overall.. will go back to my old place where you can still get a synthetic oil change under $100

The people working there were very nice and professional.They did a great job on the oil and filter change on my car.. I also got new windshield wipers, they checked all the liquid levels and battery power.. much faster than I thought.The waiting room could have more amenities, soda, coffee, etc.. but I wasn't waiting long so.. yeah.I'll definitely go back next time.

Best oil change service place I have ever been to. Best crew teamwork I have ever seen as well. Way better than dallas cowboys. These guys need a better pay. And also they do give discounts especially if you are a new customer.

I usually do not review places because I am to picky, I NEEDED to take time to give this place 5 stars. Not only are they quick and professional, they are honest about pricing. I usually do my own car repairs, and when I went to get an inspection, they noted some things that were off. They saw the issues that I could not catch myself. They took the time to explain it and went above and beyond to get an amazing price. My experience was handled by Akram and I could not be happier with my experience. Take it from someone who is extremely hard to make happy, let alone review it. Good job guys!

Just moved from California to Wylie, Texas and did my first oil change at this location. I was offered an amazing service from Sam. He also took the time to check my filters and had them changed which was awesome. In addition, Sam also went out of his way to attach my new Texas license plates which was extremely kind of him! I called to check on the wait time for an oil change and was quoted 30 minutes. No problem, happy to wait. I get there not even 10 minutes later and the doors to the service garage were open but the doors to the main office were locked with no employees to be seen. There was no sign or note on the door indicating a break or any other reason why they d be closed during business hours. Not that it matters to them, but I went somewhere else. What a waste of my time.

Pretty fast, fairly thorough, fair pricing, do their best to keep everything as transparent as possibleWanted to add to this review, I had gotten my battery from Valvoline and had an issue with it, went in and the techs their checked it and went above and beyond on checking the connectors going and grabbing a part to help fix a connection, double checking all fluids and everything. And the whole time they were explaining everything they were doing which was great! Absolutely amazing experience Valvoline fan for life.
