Had a very good experience at Top Line Car Care. Brought in my Toyota Highlander due to a noise. I was warmly greeted by Sam. He did a thorough diagnosis of my car as I waited in the lobby. I enjoyed a coffee and chocolate and appreciated the ambiance. Sam offered to Uber me since I had other commitments and couldn t wait. I was called in a timely manner and was told exactly what was wrong with my car. He sent pictures and was very transparent about what was needed. He did not upsell, as most repair shops do. I told Sam that I am a first responder and he gave me further discount. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to service their car. The prices are unbeatable and experience was great! I really appreciated the thank you card as well. Thanks Sam and team!

Top Line Care Care exceeded my expectations with their great service and attention to detail. I initially chose them for their warranty on parts and work, and I'm glad I did. Not only did they efficiently replace my alternator, but they also conducted a complimentary inspection, identifying additional repairs needed, which we discussed beforehand. The team skillfully handled the alternator installation, along with other necessary fixes like the engine oil pan gasket, hood hydraulic arms, and Crankshaft Position Sensor. I was able to drop off my vehicle in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day, which made the process seamless. Special thanks to Sam for his outstanding hospitality and remarkable customer service. Highly recommend Top Line Care Care for all your auto repair needs.

This is an exceptional place. Double check the fine print if you're are using Groupon. Service was good, they explain necessary details about repairs done to your car. They have beverages and snacks in the Break Room. It's quite clean and put together in here even though they are doing renovations. Friendly and professional at it's best. I am so pleased that we found this place for servicing our car. Really nice people and they responded to my questions with reasonable answers and my car was fixed and runs great! They were very helpful and explained why parts were needed and what was optional!!! Car is 10 yrs old and has 32000 miles on it! Runs like new !! Thank you !

Top Line Auto Care did a great job on the body work and took care of other mechanical issues as well as maintenance. Very friendly and helpful and responsive with communication. I recommend this place for all your auto care needs.

I took my audi in because the check engine light was on, Sam called my extended warranty company and had them approved the oxygen Sensors. My work was done the very next day, and they also passed the same inspection. Pricing was good, and so was the customer service. Their waiting area is very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to them. Thank uou guys

Sam is amazing! I found this shop through repair pal to do some warranty work on my work truck. Sam's communication is on point letting me know exactly what was expected and setting timeliness and sticking to them! As well as handling multiple items with my warranty company woth ease and getting everything I needed covered by them. Thanks again! I will be back!

Absolutely amazing! Quick, super friendly, been looking for a new car care team and I have found them. They will definitely have my business from oil changes to inspections and anything in between. Coming back soon for a tire sensor. You won t regret doing business here! Oh yeah comfortable waiting area too!!

Definitely go here! If you re researching shops and looking at reviews to determine where you should take your vehicle, you have definitely found the right place and we can t recommend them enough.We have had back to back terrible experiences with OTHER shops in the area working on our company vehicles. At our wits end, we gave one more place a try. We are so relieved that we found honest, reputable, understanding, reasonable people that we now 100% trust to do the right thing and fix and service our vehicles when needed.They had no obligation to help us out any extra due to our previous bad experiences but they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and got everything we needed.We have now found our place and will go here from now on with all vehicles - company or personal. We hope you do, too.

Sam, was great got my Toyota venza xle repaired. Didn't try to over sale me. kept me aware of further repairs down the road. Price was fair. Had my struts -springs all four, spark plugs, belt, and flush engine. Charles the gentleman that worked on my car was awesome. These folks bring the customer service level to where it should be. I recommend this shop there have my business.

The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I had an oil change, the technician David was exceptional. I was a little nervous about trying a new place but I think Top Line Car Care will exceed my expectations. Hopefully they keep my five stars.

I had a great experience dealing with Top line. They showed me things that were obvious with the car and even help me prioritize what needs to be taken care of. Very convenient with pick up and drop off and even gave me a ride to and from I will be using them in the future for other cars.

I am so happy that we found the Top Line Care Care team. After our first experience with them we have taken our other cars as well. They are extremely thorough, thoughtful and up front with everything that should and or needs to be done. They help you prioritize the most critical items first. This is the only auto shop I feel confident bringing my cars to and that I feel comfortable dealing with. Thank you TLCC!!!!

Sam, the manager, was extremely honest and fair with his pricing and work. Repairs to my truck were made on-time and were very professionally done. I will take all my automotive repair here. Was needing convenient body shop close by and found this place on Google. Without reading the reviews I went straight to the shop and they immediately tended to my needs and assisted with my suv. I go back today to hopefully get my insurance to cover the cost and I'll be posting updates on the end result. Before and after Pic. I'm excited to finally have it all fixed up

We began using top line car care a few months ago when they open their location in Wylie on the highway 78. I love the efficient service. We can easily schedule appointments. The front office is always clean and inviting. They re approach to service is friendly and professional. I m informed via text message about what is happening with my vehicle.

I got an oil change from this place. They honor the coupon. Sam and Daniel both are awesome. Daniel even took time to explain to me some concerns with the car and offered to right some quotes for me. This place is not super busy as other places in the town which is probably the best part. In and out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend this place

I had an exceptional experience at this auto-repair shop. I was recommended by a friend of mine. not only was the alternator on my ford was expertly fixed, the staff treated me like family throughout the entire process. highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of reliable and friendly auto-repair services. Dropped off my truck to get an oil change, and they did a complementary full inspection on the vehicle, no cost.Manager Sam called me and gave me the details of the inspection. He was a very kind and knowledgeable.Sam also offered to pick me up from home since I did not have a ride back to pick up my truck.Once at the shop, Sam again was very kind and offered me water and coffee.Sam offered to pull up my truck and found a card from Technician Daniel thanking me for my businessI definitely recommend this Shop and will be going back with all my vehicle concerns.Thank you, Sam and Daniel!A++++++

Top line car care on Highway 78 in wylie does a great job. They are honest and take the time to make sure you know the process and have the information to make the best decision. I feel their customer service is unmatched. They insured my daughter's vehicle was completely safe for her to drive. Their comprehensive diagnostics discovered several safety issues with the brake system. They were able to get the brake system repaired quickly. Thank you for giving me peace of mind knowing that the job was done correctly and my daughter will be safe. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Set-up an appointment online and showed up at the time I selected. Went into the location and waited for about 10 minutes at the front desk, and no one came out. There were about 5 people in a waiting room. I finally left and went to get my oil changed at another place. I was looking forward to trying out this place!

After being turned down by 2 other mechanics, Sam at Top Line Car Care took care of us. He thoroughly explained in detail what my car needed and promptly fixed it. I left with some basic knowledge I wasn t aware of and a fixed car! It s pretty rare to feel well taken care of at a car shop in my opinion but they were great! Will be taking our other vehicles when needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is my 2nd experience with Top Line and I am very pleased with the service! Both of my cars require a special oil filter. Other companies said that they couldn t get the filter and I would have to go to the dealer. Top Line has able to get the filters quickly and completed the work!

I came to Sam regarding the check engine light. Sam was very extremely helpful and patient with my infinite amount of questions I asked him about my vehicle.I left the vehicle at the repair shop and now my vehicle is running like a brand new car.Highly recommended.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair
