I came in with low expectations, and I only had an hour for them to work on my car. It came out amazing! I highly recommend it; they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did great work on my vehicle. The before and after is night and day. The shop is also extremely clean and they offer great rates.

My newer car had been dinged several times on the passenger rear quarter panel so I reached out to Richard at Straightline after finding him online and he did an EXCELLENT job. It's like it never happened! Richard does excellent work and took car of my car. His attention to detail is unmatched.

Richard repaired a difficult horizontal crease on the front passenger door of our Tesla Model Y and the result was amazing - the dent was completely removed and the door looks as good as new.

The level of detail to hail damage on my Challenger was impressive. The team ran through all parts of my car exterior and interior to make sure that it would be beautiful in the end and took care of my needs and covered my insurance requirements. It was a very smooth process, very timely, and communication was present the whole time. The final result was amazing! Can't say enough, finding that level of expertise and attentiveness is rare.

Richard's Dent Repair is amazing. They can remove any dent, whether caused from rock and ice or by another vehicle. Service is quick and straight to the point. The staff is also very welcoming. Thank you for fixing my Tesla. Definitely will return for future need.

When it comes to perfection work, give Richard @Straightline a call to get his opinion and the expert service! I am very happy to have his service on my RX450H. Several weeks ago my car was hit and dented by an unknown flying object while driving down Parker Road!I took it to my auto body shop and he suggested Paintless Dent Repair. I m so glad he did. I looked online and found Straightline Hail and Dent Repair. Their customer reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I talked to Richard, sent him some pictures of my poor car hood and he said he could fix it.Took it this morning and two hours later my car looks beautiful. I can t see where it was dented and neither can my husband!Thanks so much for the fantastic service!!

Richard saved my all original classic Mustang from being a bondo'd out hooptie. I've never seen a more skilled and detail oriented PDR professional. My fender was literally a crushed beer can and now it's as straight as when it rolled off the assembly line. I drive two hours one way because Richard is just as meticulous as I am. Would highly, highly recommend Straightline PDR!

Richard turned my very badly hail beaten truck into a new one. I was amazed when I picked it up, I couldn t even tell it had been damaged. We had a major hail storm back in March. Our daughter's Subaru had some major dents. (over 300 dents just on the roof) Straightline Paintless Dent Repair came to the house to pick up the car, dealt with the insurance agency: which was quit the ordeal and dropped the car off when it was completed. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

My wife accidentally closed the garage door as I was backing out. Pushed the shark fin antenna into the hood! It could ve easily been a $2K job to repair. Richard was able to fix the dented roof without destroying the PPF over it. It cost half of what we were expecting. Anybody else could ve taken full advantage of that damage. Looks like nothing happened to it now!

Best experience with the greatest concern for customers satisfaction. The work done to my truck was impeccable and detailed. They took care of all the insurance details. My truck was cleaned on the inside to like new condition, just can't say enough. If you need dent repair , I strongly advise you start here with Straightline. They even picked me up at rental car return with my like new truck.

A few weeks ago we had a bad hail storm in Dallas and my car got hit! I looked up and called several places and either they were booked up for months out or just acted like they didn t have time to talk to me! I called one last place and talk to Richard and he was so nice and actually took the time to talk to me and explain everything they do. I said yep that s the place I m going and took my car in a few days later! Richard only had my car alil over 2 weeks but he would call and text me to give me updates on how things were going! I would highly recommend this company to anybody! Richard did an amazing job on my car and it looks better now then it did before the hail storm! Thank you so much Richard!

Richard did amazing work. Too bad the hubs was home or he wouldn't have ever noticed the door ding. LolCalled on Thursday. Came and fixed on Friday. Beautifully executed service!

Straightline was fantastic to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!My truck suffered some pretty gnarly dings and dents from a recent hail storm. The team at straightline was not only amazing at the repairs, but they walked me through every step of the process! I never felt concerned or worried at any point, as they were always on top of any updates and maintained consistent communication.

The wind got ahold of my car door and slammed it up against the barrier at the gas station. Called Richard and he made it out to my house within 30 mins! After getting a reasonable quote, he scheduled us a couple of days later. He was on time and worked hard to completely remove the ding on the body line. You can t even tell a dent was ever there! I d definitely recommend Richard to a friend.

After running around getting estimates for my sons car , that had been backed in to by our neighbor, one of the collision repair shops suggested PDR !! Being that the damage was pretty minor . So I googled to see if there were any PDR shops near me .Straightline was listed ! I gave Richard a call , he came to my house the same day to give an estimate. He was prompt , professional , and demonstrated great attention to detail . I would highly recommend him !

Great experience all around. My car sustained hail damage ONE DAY after purchasing it-- I was so upset! Straightline was recommended by an acquaintance and we decided to try them out. Having never filed an insurance claim, they made the process painless, were timely and answered all my questions. I also appreciated having my car delivered to my home when the work was complete. So happy I have my car back to looking new again! Thanks Starightline!
