Never go to this place they are the worst auto shop I have ever used a total ripoff and they damaged my vehical and then they refused to fix it without charging me to fix the damage they caused. The vehicle had no engine light on when I took it into into the shop to get the AC serviced but when got it back 50 minutes later the engine light was on and the rude guy behind the desk stated if I wanted it diagnosed he was going to charge me after they made the engine light come on in the first place. I have been working on vehicles for over 30 years myself believe me this is horrible piss poor customer service and a total ripoff. I was told to get the AC vacuumed and charged it would be a charge of $119.00 when I get the bill it's over $200.00 they had charged me $30.00 for freeon which is supposed to be apart of the the original $119.00 then there was a$30.00 charge for something I did not ask for they put dye in the system something I did not request they did it without asking if I wanted it. Then there was a junk charge fee for shop materials. I found they knocked off a air hose and damaged a speed sensor none of which was done when I took into the shop this happened while they had it and they refused fault. I have never had this happen before never ever take your vehicle to this shop they are totally horrible if you read more comments about them you will notice a common theme rude and over charge ripoff!

Rich and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing two new exhaust tips for my Subaru BRZ. I was beyond satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that I received and experienced from Rich.Even though I live in Celina, about an hours drive from Rich s shop, I knew he was the guy I needed to see after reading his reviews on Yelp. Needless to say, he lived up to the hype.While he took care of what I needed with my exhaust, I plan to go back to him for my other car needs. Rich fixed up my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat. I couldn t believe that my charcoal canister had a huge EVAP leak/large hole in it. He gave an honest quote and and did a fantastic job. He does way more than just muffler work! Truck is running like a brand new vehicle, has over 160,000 miles! I do still need to take my 2005 c6 corvette to him for exhaust work.

A different shop I trusted recommended me to these guys. They were a tad pricey because I brought my own parts but they did a fantastic job welding in my muffler and piping and etc, and they also did a fantastic job on my alignment. Thanks a lot! Honest work = a good review and continued business!

I had a great, trouble free experience at Rich s shop today. Dropped my Mustang off for Flowmaster mufflers & tips in the morning and it was ready when he said it would be this afternoon. He s very knowledgeable on his products and explains everything you need to know. He and his techs seemed to take a lot of pride in their shop and in their work. I have brought 2 vehicle's here with Rich and both times i had great experience. I love how he can get your vehicle in and out same day and definitely does the job well. I read this quote on his wall as i check out " GOOD WORK ani't cheap & CHEAP WORK ani't good". I can truly say he is trust worthily. Took my LS400 here to get 2 rear mufflers put on and he didn't want to even work on it. As soon as he hears that anyone's car isn't domestic, he gives you a somehow even more outrageous price than his normal prices just so he doesn't have to work on it. He wanted to charge 4000 dollars to weld on 2 axle back mufflers. This is easily the worst mechanic shop in Wylie. Worthless customer service and Rich always manages to have the worst attitude possible. I couldn't even possibly recommend this place to anyone.

Rich's Performance Muffler was recommended to me by a co-worker. They diagnosed my problem and gave me a few different options for fixing it rather than padding the bill with extra work I could do myself. The work they did was top quality and they treated my vehicle the same way I do, with care!In my experience if the guy working on your vehicle doesn't have his name on the building go somewhere else.10/10 would highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement

If you have any issues with your car this is the place to go. I was worried my brakes needed replaced (I heard some squeaking). He told me he would have a look at them free of charge before jumping to replacing anything. Most shops would take advantage and agree to replace everything. After having a look, he told me I only needed my rear brakes fixed and was able to fit me in that same day AND get it back to me that same day. I will only be going here from now on for my cars needs. My brakes no longer squeak! :) amazing customer service, price, & overall quality of service.Service: Brakes

After diagnosing that I needed a full tune up. Rich wanted to charge me 2200.00 dollars. I packed it up an went to an honest person that charged me 646.00 that included 2 tire monitors as well. And he was a Jerk. Customer Service skills was 0.I didn't say that the diagnosis was wrong.THEPOINT WAS YOU WANTED TO OVERCHARGE

We have been using Rich for over a decade. I trust his opinions and his work. I trust him with my car when he has to keep it for long repairs. I don't worry that he does unnecessary work. The work he does is top notch. Excellent work.

A Shop not far from them recommended me. Of course in a huge hurry like the rest of the world Rich and his Team were able to get me back on the road in about an hour! Super Grateful Super Professional entire staff friendly and knowledgeable! I live in Desoto but would probably drive out here for my automotive needs!! Great performance muffler shop, he knows the differences and how to apply them. Also an overall great mechanic, got my wife's expedition up and going again quickly. No upsale, just what you want or need, and gets you back on the road.

Rich is the best mechanic around bar none. An honest man who does not BS with you or your car. He tells you up front what you are needing, what can wait, and gives great advice. He will also tell you how busy he is so you can decide whether you want to wait or not. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles but him.

My tailpipe had fallen off and Rich fixed it right away. His work is very good quality and the price was very fair. He also noted and showed me that my front tires were worn and needed replacement.

I give zero stars! He is lair and a crook. I have a trusted very good mechanic Baileys automotive, but they don't do alignments. I took my car to get alignment. Rich tells me he i need new wheel bearings and ti rod ends. And he wont do the alignment. Charges me $50 for putting it on the rack.. But it has nothing wrong with it.. Took it directly to my trusted mechanic! I guess he thought since i was a women i was clueless! Beware!!!!!!!

Very professional and very knowledgeable. He and his mechanics always perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation of my vehicles and contact me with a synopsis of any issues prior to repair. They use OEM replacement parts and not reconditioned parts, greatly ensuring serviceability.

Honest, hard-working and straightforward mechanics are a valuable find, and then to reveal one such a this jeopardizes being able to get through the door again for your next service. If that happens, it will still be worth the wait. Keep your older, passed-to-the-kids vehicle or vintage classic in good running condition, from regular maintenance to major repairs, for many years. It's not a glitzy, polished dealership with glitzy, polished reps going after your money and then assaultng you with multiple surveys for a five star review. RPM saves that time and money by just doing real work instead. This review is what follows naturally. See you in line!

This guy knows his stuff!! Been about a month since I straight piped my car and added cutouts, and I love the way it sounds more and more day in and day out! Cleanest work I've seen around, plus he does it with passion. Definitely recommend him in the near future and will keep taking my next cars to him!! Kudos to you and your crew Rich!

Great family owned business who truly cares about their customers satisfaction. Rich talked with me over the phone regarding a performance Borla exhaust system for my vehicle. He quoted me well below other muffler shops and also had all parts in house to get the job done that day. He had me in and out within an hour of arriving and the install job was great! Welds were uniform, proper penetration, bumper hangers installed properly and everything hooked up as if it were factory. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work. Take note they are a rather small business so efficient time may not always be available but the workmanship and dealing with a family business will be well worth the wait.
