Tony was awesome! He tested my battery to verify that it needed to be changed. He got me a great deal on a brand new battery. And he changed it! The service was great and the store is super clean. We have never been to this location, but when we are in the area, we will definitely be back if we need anything for the truck.

Terrible service. I went to exchange my brake pads to my truck because when I bought them I paid for the lifetime warranty. When I got there the men said they can t exchange them. When I asked why he said they just can t. I said paid for the life time warranty, he said they just can t so I went to another oreilly and they didn t even question me, they exchanged them and let me know that because I paid for the life time warranty I can exchange them as much as I want as long as I have my truck. The oreilly in Murphy on 544 has better service.

The customer service at this store is atrocious. I noticed last night I had a headlight out. Came to this store specifically because online it advertises Free Bulb Replacement for headlights. I didn t have the type of screwdriver T20 to do it, so I was willing to spend more $ to go here. The customer service person saw he would have to go underneath to unscrew the access port by the wheel and said nope, too complicated. In reality he just didn t want to do the advertised service. If you can t get representatives that want to work, then don t advertise those services. Luckily, a Good Samaritan and 2 other customers offered to help. He was able to do it in 5 minutes. The customer service representatives at this store could care less. Saw them give a guy with a battery a hard time as well. Will not be coming back. The bulb I bought was also $6-7 more expensive than elsewhere. Would highly NOT recommend.

Claims to install windshield wipers. Won't install rear wipers. Even when you buy it from them.They're just lazy.

Great experience. The Manager helped find parts in DFW area, was able to get rolling again the next day. Replace CV axel wheel/hub and bearing.

I really appreciate the disposal service of used motor oil. It's a great contribution to keeping the soil and water safer for people.

Scott was so amazingly helpful over the phone he said doesn't look like we carry that part but stop by so I can take a look to make sure we talking about the same part. Basically I didn't know if my third brake light was an LED or a blub. He saw a wire was unplugged in my trunk and plugged it back in and that fixed the issue. Next time I need a part I will defiantly call O'Rielys first. It's amazing to get such personal service in this day and age. Thank you Scott!!

I ordered a oil filter from this store for my mini Cooper in the morning at 10am because I needed to do a oil change in my car and didn't want to go in the store for a period of time so I ordered a curbside pick up. Low and behold it took them over 5 hours to have them notify me that it was ready. Walmart has better pick up than that come on guys. I'll never do another curbside pick up from this store again. Now I also had to do a oil change in near 100 degree weather because of the long wait time. But when I arrived the staff was friendly and greeted me but never again will I do any orders.

I was in this store last night and Daniel was so friendly and kind. He helped me not only find my parts for my car correctly but even suggested a local mechanic to install the parts. I ll definitely be coming back to this store because of him.

Justin was so helpful! I got a flat tire and tried to air up my tire at the Exxon next door. With no luck I pulled next door to O'Reilly's and he helped me air up my tire enough to get back home! He was more then willing to help me put the spare tire on as well but it was stuck under the truck and not budging . Awesome customer service. Thankyou Justin!

Had issue with my AC on my 2002 Ford Ranger. Got help from Justin, awesome dude. Bought a schrader valve 5 buck ish and a bottle of R123a popped that in and BAM ! Snowballs! After 4-5 years in Texas heat with no AC and a simple fix! Super happy customer! Highly recommend.. Somebody give Justine a raise!!!! Won t be going back to AZ ever again! Thanks Justin

Woke up this morning with a dead battery in my Camaro, which has a very unique battery. It wouldn t take a charge at all, not even with a jumpstart box. So I called O Reilly in Wylie and not only did they have the battery I needed. They delivered it within an hour Scott working in the store and Bruce the delivery driver both did an amazing job, above and beyond! I would take them over AutoZone any day.

Bobbie provided me with excellent service. Not only was she knowledgeable about issues regarding various sizes of windshield wipers for the make of my car, she ensured things fit properly and worked correctly before charging me. Even more awesome is she put the blades on for me in the heat of the day! I was really impressed with her level of quality in customer relations.

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. They always seem to have a positive attitude towards helping find and order parts for our fleet of vehicles. They have a great selection on hand and are always able to get parts that need to be ordered in pretty quickly. This location will always be my number one parts store.

Please note, I m writing this for Jim Helm.April 4, 2020My Tahoe needed wiper blades replaced & Bobby & Josh made it happen by providing a high level of customer service.I m 83 & was reluctant to get out of my car under today s quarantine guidelines. Bobby was very helpful in helping set up an account so we could order in store & after confirmation, a time was set up for installation. Josh came out in the rain to install them. The first set didn t fit, but the second set did.These are two employees with the customer in mind!I m very appreciative of their excellent attitude & service during these trying times.Jim

Fairy wide selection of everything you may need for routine maintenance of most cars. Many repair parts on hand or quickly available. Good sales posted in Windows and in fliers. Staff is courteous and efficient. A very good parts house for the diy folks as well as for the pros.

I had a headlight out. The lady who helped picked the bulb out and installed it!! She had me on my way within 20 min! It was getting dark by that time. So thankful she did that for me....no extra charge!

Most of the guys and girls at this one know their parts if you have any trouble there's a guy Keith that works there that is the most knowledgeable guy you can meet. They have soo much in stock at this one and are very quick to get anything you need. Always friendly and helpful. You have a lifetime customer here.

Horrible customer service from the lady manager at this store. She was given all the identity for my account and still would would not honor my discount for my shop. Just moved by here so now I have to drive across town to my O'Reillys. I had my Driver license, company credit with my physical name and company name, my business card. And somehow this was not enough. F you!

Andrew was extremely helpful. Loved working with him. Had to exchange a belt. Normally I hate going into stores like that bc I know I don t know the lingo. But Andrew made it easy. Definitely will go back bc of him.

They Always seem to give you the wrong part, and make you feel like it's your fault they pulled up the wrong one. Even when all my car info is in there system. for example, requesting a part for a Chrysler and they give a GM part???

The employees are to lazy to look up the parts that you ordered so they just tell you they can t find it in the system. To only find out after going to another location when they look it up saying it s there in Wylie ready to be picked up... the dude doesn t seem to care for his job just wants to sit around and get paid. He outta be fired.
