Excellent service and results. Had 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. Easily set my appointment online, was contacted the day of and actually got me in earlier in the day than scheduled. I dropped my truck off, service took a couple of hours and I was contacted upon completion. In and out, easy-peasy. 10 out of 10, would try.

Matt the manager is awesome! So is Raphael! Both helped me get a same day appointment, and even held and then changed specific tire brands they were holding for my wife's car. Will certainly remember for next time and send others their way!

Very helpful and efficient! I pulled up with a piece of metal in my tire and they had me in and out in under 20 min with a patch. Jocelyn was very friendly. Will be back when I'm ready for a new set of tires!

We moved to Wylie and came here to change our car oil and check out other services. Everything is very good! By the 2nd time I had a small problem and asked them to check it out again, they were so enthusiastic and happy to solve it for you as much as you expected, A great place where you can trust them!

Went in for 4 brand new tires and was helped by Jocelyn. She was very helpful and professional. And got a better deal on the tires here with ntb than the other competitors. Highly recommended.

Took my BMW E46 to this location for an oil change, within the same week it developed lifter tick. It was an older vehicle so I shrugged it off as a mere coincidence. Fast forward down the line, I take my Scion FRS to the same location for an oil change. I ve always been on top of maintenance for this car because I know FA20s can become unreliable . IF YOU DONT TREAT IT WELL. I rarely ever drove this car hard. 2 weeks after my oil change, the engine blew in 6th gear going about 45. I still owe on the car, 2k miles out of warranty, and NTB tells me to sit and spin. I highly suggest going here ONLY if you want to play a game of Russian roulette with extremely high chances of losing. Pfft, go to Walmart across the street for an oil change before going here, much better priced and service. Speaking of, got my oil changed at Walmart 2 weeks ago in my current back up car. Here we are, still thriving. This NTB gives all other NTB s a terrible rep.

Always understaffed. I make appts but still have to wait 2+ hrs to get my tires rotated. If I don't get the tires rotated every 5000 miles, they don't honor the warranty when they inevitably fail. I feel for the employees, but this place is a cluster. Never again.

I hope whoever needs to see this sees this!!! If you re looking for extremely fast work this is not the place there is a great reason coming soon, but if your looking for a place that will absolutely take care of you visit NTB WYLIE, TX. I have an NTB where I m from in Greenville and chose to drive out here for the service! Danny was my sales guy Awesome guy he knows Al his stuff and will NOT make you feel dumb. Matt was the sales manager. I was a little early for my appointment and Matt made sure to squeeze me in to acom�date my schedule . Tech was very good! And I see why this place is always full!! (Jensen the reason why if you re in a rush this isn t the place but the work is A1 Quality for sure!! Thank you NTB Wylie Team for getting my truck right!

I called last minute with about an hour to spare until I had to go to a doctor's appointment. I usually go to the dealership, but when Jocelyn answered the phone, I was met with impeccable customer service. She politely assessed my need (which was only and oil change that day) and also empathized with my time constraint and reassured me she would be able to get me in and out. She even went above and beyond to honor a coupon I had for the dealership. She not only delivered on her promise, but she just earned a customer for life. NTB is now Mavis and going through some changes, but the best change they could ever have made was to promote Jocelyn to the Manager at Wylie. I'm not saying the previous manager was bad, but apparently, he went to another local location to assist in getting it up and running like the Wylie Location. Overall, just top-notch customer service all around by the entire Wylie NTB Store. I'm sad to see it change hands to Mavis, but with Jocylen and her team, I don't care about the name on the building as long as I'm being treated fairly and honestly. This is hard to find at a dealership or any auto shop these days. So do yourself a favor, and the next time you need an oil change or any maintenance on your vehicle, go see Jocelyn and her amazingly talented team in Wylie. They'll save you time and money and get you back on the road safely.

Took my wife's car in for state inspection. Tech indicated that front tires would need to be replaced which I agreed to. During the inspection, they also tried to say that the air filter and cab air filter should be replaced. Those are not part of the inspection and I declined those.Service took just over 2 hours for a state inspection and 2 tires to be replaced. I was the 2nd person at the store that morning. Appeared that I was put on the back burner.Noticed a few drops of oil on garage floor a couple days later. Her car has never leaked a drop of oil. The next day, quite a bit more oil on the floor. Determined that the leak was coming from the oil filter. Photographed what I found. Did oil change and discovered the filter barely hand tight with marks on it from being loosened. Oil level was down about 2 quarts when I did the oil change. I have been working on cars for over 40 years and NEVER have had an oil filter back off and come loose. Someone had to of loosened it and the only place that could have happened is at NTB.Once I did the oil change and cleaned up the mess under the card, the oil leak "magically" disappeared. Had I not caught the issue in the time that I did, we would most likely be looking at a seized engine and a lawsuit.I have used this location in the past without issue but is appears that their current service is questionable at best. The are many other places that offer similar auto services, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. My wife and myself will be sure to let everyone we know about our experience with the NTB Wylie location.

Best place for all your tire needs! Staff is friendly, attentive, and Jocelyn was great! Had me in an out without problems made sure I got everything I needed definitely will be going back!!

My husband was stranded today. Flat tire right outside of this horrid shop... These guys came back late from lunch DRUNK and while as many as 6 other customers were waiting, several of the machanics we're laying on the covered roof of the trash area relaxing! I do not see how anything gets done or how they any positive reviews at all! I have photos for anyone with any doubts. Posting here! Matt must NOT be a very respected manager because I cannot imagine any other locations will be happy to hear of this. I intend to go to the top!

I needed to get a tire checked on my Jeep that was leaking. They were able to get me in quickly. Apparently I picked up a screw somewhere. They patched it up and I was on my way in no time. Great service.

I don t normally post reviews, but I went out of my way to do so because I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. assisted by Danny, and he was just an absolute treat. He was so kind, detailed, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about people. He assisted me very attentively. Also the Manager Matt, SIMPLY he has the best attitude and very professional and real! They both recommended a few items i needed to take care while they change my 4 tire and brake flush Thank you so much BOTH!!!

My work van had a flat and then a spare on it with stripped lug nuts and it was just a mess since my boss hadent given it very good maintenance, I thought I would be in trouble for not being able to get it fixed up, but this nbt made things alotttt easier than I thought they would be. They didn t try to take advantage of the fact I know nothing about cars or tires like most places do. They were so nice, fixed it right up, then sent me on my merry little way! Just like it should be, easy.

Had to get a new tire after one blew out, they were really quick on getting my new tire on, they also checked all my other tires to make sure they were all aired up. Customer service was really nice and professional!

My car was having issues and everywhere I took it no one could tell me what was wrong with it, BUT I finally decided to take it here and they immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it up right away. Everyone who worked there was really nice and helpful too !!

I recently had flat while out running pre Christmas errands. I stopped in the Wylie NTB and received prompt, courteous service, and the nail was quickly removed. These guys and gals are always helpful.

I have been going to this location for the last 4 years due to the staff and great service. Their assessment on my vehicle's needs are honest and not pushy at all. If something can wait, they will let you know vs. making you purchase it right then and there. Matt L. is a straight shooter and tells exactly what is wrong & the best options to fix your vehicle.Today, I noted some issues with my vehicle and Matt was able to squeeze me in versus making me wait. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get me in & out in less than 2 hours for a major issue (well, major in my opinion).The staff keeps me updated on the status of repairs and if any further issues are discovered (which always seems to happen with any major repair).When I needed to purchase tires, I typically do my research and see if they have it available. They are open to your input instead of pushing a particular brand. Pros and cons are discussed and again, no heavy pressure.

My wife (Tammy) took her car in today 10/20/2023 due to a defective tire pressure sensor which all 4 had been replaced at this location a few months ago. She was told there was no one there who could test and or replace the sensor. She was told all 4 struts were blown.I replaced those struts in June of 2021, I am 2 years retired from being an automotive mechanic after 40+ years. My ASE master tech class has expired as of 12 2022 also L1 ASE. There is nothing wrong with the struts on my wife's car.I also sent my neighbors wife to have the annual safety inspection done at this location in May of this year, she was told then her shocks were bad and needed replaced. Her husband and I had replaced them 1 month prior to her visit. I let that one go at the time but two instances for the same items is just wrong. Thank you for your time, Chuck

I left a newly acquired 2006 BMW 325i with this shop last Saturday. I explained that it had been sitting up for years(only 67k miles) and needed a front end alignment and full service oil change among other services. After calling other shops and being told they won t touch German cars, the gentleman at NTB assured me they could handle it and that one of their technicians owned a BMW. I get my car back, and they explain: there is an oil pan leak that will cost $1001 to fix, I need 4 new tires because the ones on the car were dry rotted and that they were able to align all for points, mount/balance tires with a special they had if I bought 4 tires. I got the tires, alignment and oil change.Fast forward two days, I m having really sluggish acceleration and the car doesn t want to start. I m curious about the condition of the air intake because I m considering adding K&N parts so I do a little digging and what do I find? The ORIGINAL air filter in the air box from 2006!!! How the heck can I know you even changed my oil when you didn t even change the air filter? What else did they skip? Someone needs to answer about this! the filter was full of dead leaves, feathers and junk!

They are always friendly and honest. I know as a female, we often get screwed around at auto shops but they've always been fair with me over the years.
