Mountain Fire Wheels is one of the best online wheels and tires retailers I have ever worked with. Heather was professional, easy to work with, and awesome. I'm from Atlanta, GA. I spent weeks trying to get local retailers to order the wheels I wanted. I contacted Mountain Fire Wheels by accident while searching for local retailers. Heather followed up with me multiple times until I gave Mountain Fire Wheels a try. Heather placed the order for my wheels on Monday, and I had my wheels on my truck by Thursday! Heather did in a few days, what the other retailers couldn't do in 4-5 weeks. I'm now a permanent customer, and I will check with MFW for all of my future wheels and tires!

I contacted them on Instagram, and they were very kind, patient, and fast.The order was delivered complete and on time.I 100% recommend it if you want to make purchases for your trucks.

If there was a negative, I would say I wish they had a more diverse inventory HOWEVER, the person that I was dealing with, Josh, was absolutely nothing short of amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful and above all he was honest. If I asked him something and he didn t know the answer, he would actually do research and find out the answer, rather than just making something up on the fly. Customer service is more important than anything else in a purchase, and I would recommend them 100 out of 100. THANKS JOSH!

I was looking for some tires and came across their website and next thing I knew approved for the payment plan tires were shipped and arrived when they said sent me tracking information. They have a wide selection on tires also they have other products. If you have questions they are quick to respond. Definitely will be purchasing more product in the future.

My order ended up being on back order from the manufacturer. It was going to take months before product in. They canceled my order with no issues. The customer service was great and easy to get a hold of. I would have no problem ordering from them again if I needed to.

These guys were awesome! Finally decided to upgrade to coilovers on my Talon. Pretty much knew what I wanted, but the finance process was a bit of a pain. Mahmoud helped me thru the purchase every step, never got annoyed or impatient, and then checked with me after I received them to make sure all was good. Thanks again Mahmoud, got them installed finally and love the way the car handles now!

let me just start out with this isnt my first time doing business herehala was an absolute amazing sales rep, she showed many qualities that make a company like this thrive, Not only did she go WAYYYY out of her way to try an fix an issues but was very quick on the spot to help me with an issue with esr and there shipping so gold star to her for that . Second when it came to the wheel i got she sat down with me and went through many different websites and helped me compare MULITPLE sets from different companies and prices and she help me even though i asked a few question over and over in different ways she had A TON of knowledge about everything i had questions about . I'm a very picky person when it comes to putting wheels and or parts on my car and after taking a couple days she gave me some advice and we ended up pulling the trigger on a set of wheels I'm VERY happy to have purchased from this company , Hala over all has shown the drive and the over all responsibility of doing her job But doing her job in a way that i feel like was over the top as i stated before this company needs more employees like her to grow and become a place that i would send MULTIPLE people to for all there car needs . Thanks again Fire mountain and thanks again Hala for all your amazing help and everything you did as not only as a sales person but a caring person in general you defiantly went out of your way to help me and i appreciate it beyond measure. I got exactly the coilovers I wanted for my vehicle spec at a reasonable price for financing. The 3 month option was my best bet to pay. The staff there was very good and understanding as I had a brief hiccup with payment options. I got a call from a professional staff member who set up the payment one more time for me and let me purchase at the 3 month mark. My coilovers work great to this day, I put 70k miles so far on my Tein flex Z coilovers with no issues. I had them professionally installed as well by Texas Trackworks.

Ordered tires, was told 7 to 10 buisness days. I bought a set of 33x12.5 R17. The next day they were delivered by hot shot from a dude 2 hrs away in a Benz. He got 4, 33x12.5R17 kanati mud hog tires in a Benz coup. I'm still amazed. Oh, tires are good, solid mud tire. Good tread patern, not to loud on the road, nice side wall patern as well. They hook up good. 5 out of 5 stars.
