They were very friendly, got me in with zero wait time, kept me informed of the progress, and while they offered extras things, it was presented fairly. I didn t feel like they were trying to push off unnecessary things on a person not familiar with what cars need. In fact, as those extras were offered, they explained each one as to how long it should it be before it is critical with absolutely no pressure to do anything about any of it. Discount Tire recommended this Meineke for alignment, and it was excellent service.

Nate and Carlos at the Wylie store were great. They greeted me when I came in and was eager to help me. I explained my concerns and Nate had his technician Jeff inspect the vehicle to confirm what I had asked about. Jeff also noticed another issue and recommended the service needed to take care of the problem. Nate explained everything and showed pictures of the problem area. The work was completed when promised and the truck drives so much better now. Meineke will get all my business without a doubt.

Eddie and staff was very professional, experienced and helpful. Very, very understanding. Explained everything pertaining to my vehicle and made sure everything was safe.They got me in and got me out. They took good care of me.

My car had previously been worked on by an actual dealership a week prior, however, my check engine light came on so I brought my car here since they were closer to where I lived. The dealership was going to charge me well over $1500 for the job I THOUGHT I needed, but the techs here gave me a better quote and took a look at my car for no more than 5 minutes and tracked down the REAL issue which ended up being some loose wiring due to negligence from the dealership. They took care of it in a matter of minutes, and sent me out the door with a handshake. They could've easily charged me well over $1k for a service I thought I needed, but they had the decency and integrity to be transparent with me on what was really going on with my vehicle. I will definitely be back to these guys versus going to the dealership in the future. Great team of techs here.

Had an excellent experience at the Wylie Meineke. I just had 2 front tires replaced next door at Discount Tire and it was discovered I needed an alignment done due to the abnormal wear to my tires. I went over here right away and they did not hesitate to squeeze me in between their appointments. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. They were very professional and all around great guys. They even had a mini art station for the little ones which my 4 year old took advantage of. Thank you all for the great customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to great customer service. They are real car people!My wife and I've been using this Meineke location for the last 3 years and they seem very honest and forthright when discussing any work that needs doing.Their phone app integration is very well designed too!Highly recommend this place to anyone who want good quality and honesty from the staff!

I have been going to the same Meineke for over 15 years in Houston because of their honesty, hard work and great coupons. This location was a new experience so I was unsure what to expect. I needed a big job because my car still has drum brakes on the back wheels. Stephen did a great job at finding the best parts at a reasonable price and also gave us any discounts available. The owner, Alex, checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and service. I was excited to report that everything went great and my mama was relaxed to know she would be safe on the road. This is my new Meineke and I plan on coming here for another 15 years! Or longer! Thank you Meineke! And Thank you, Alex! The staff was amazing! Not only did they find bolts and replace the cover plate under my car that had come loose, they looked to make sure I didn t have any other issues. Great experience!

Had a wonderful experience here ! The two guys were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend especially if you have an older car trying to make it lol . Walked in with a battery that kept getting drained and an engine light that came on and off. The mechanic and the boss upfront were very welcoming and encouraged that they would do their best to figure out the problem. Found out it was my alternator and immediately was scared of the price. But to my surprise the price was very reasonable and I was able to get it fixed all in the same day! If you are tired of getting the run around and people half explains what s going I highly recommend coming here ! Really great people can not thank y all enough !

I needed a wheel alignment and made my appointment online. Joe, the Store Manager was awesome. Technicians got my car in the shop and I was out in 45 minutes. I ll definitely be back.

Came in for state inspection and realized I had the wrong car insurance ID. The service tech was kind enough to keep me in the service queue as I went home to get the right insurance ID card. When arriving with the correct card, walked up and car was immediately taken for inspection. Appreciate the quick turnaround as I have had to wait hours elsewhere.

The dudes were awesome. Manager switched from the creepy young one that caused me to stop using them to a much sweeter guy.The manager made my coffee for me while I took care of my toddler. It's a small gesture but I'm grateful for every little bit of help!

I've previously reviewed this location with 5 stars (been going there for about a decade), but yesterday experience was really elevated. They now have an app that makes it easy to share vehicle observations (wear/tear) and provide photos and service fee costs. They are always thorough to make sure my vehicles are safe, they are professional and I trust their no pressure recommendations. Very transparent, honest and feel they are in my corner to make my vehicles safe and make sure to offer proactive insights to maintenance so my vehicles last me a long time. Very happy to continue giving them my business.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I stopped in hoping the guys at Meinike could take care of my burned out headlight. Took care of me right away! A technician named Paul made sure I knew about an issue he spotted and encouraged me to take care of it right away before it became serious- even though he knew the warranty on my car meant the issue would be taken care of by the dealership. He even took the time to show me around and explain the issue so I could have a clearer picture. This "customer first" service was amazing highly recommend!

Good and quick service. The guy who checked us in and out was very patient with me and my daughter, as I was making this a teachable moment for her. He spoke directly with her regarding the service I paid for. I can t remember his name but just know you made this a 5 star encounter. I ll definitely go back for future service needs.

I went to Meineke to have my car inspected. I was impressed with your employee,Aaron. I m a 78 year old widow and I ll be returning to Meineke for my car maintenance. I was wondering who I could trust since I don t know much about cars. So I m relived that I now have just what I was by looking for.

My experience was very great! They fixed my daughters car faster than I expected and also made sure her tires were inflated correctly. They also noticed her windshield wipers were torn and replaced them. Would highly recommend them!!!

I have been using Meineke Car Care Center for the past 3 years for my Toyota Camry Hybrid car servicing, minor repairs and State Inspection and have always been very impressed by their Service and Professionalism. Especially Joseph, the Manger at their Wylie FM 544 location. He is always around to greet you with a smile, inform you of the approx. wait time and tell you in advance what is the problem in your car and multiple ways the issue can be fixed with different pricing structure. Meineke Car Care center is also reasonably and competitively priced and they do the Texas State Inspection of vehicles. That's why they are my number one car center for all my auto needs. They truly deserve a 5 start rating.

This was the best experience I had with meineke Paul at the Wylie location was excellent his service repair man was also wonderful they made sure I understand what was going on with my car and made sure my daughter and I were comfortable while we waited . I had a great experience at Meinicke in Wylie. Dale, the manager, also had a thorough inspection of my vehicle done. He found an illegal patch on one of my tires, and assured me that I needed a new tire as soon as possible since this patch was dangerous and probably would not hold for a long period of time. I was there for about 25 minutes and the service was very good. Our whole family takes all four vehicles to this location and we have been happy every time we visit.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change
