I came here to get 4 new tires and got the best deal and service! Being a woman walking into a shop I feel that I m always a target of being up charged and given a long list of several things that need to be done to my vehicle, but not here. Juan was the best! He was polite, professional and communicative. I will definitely be returning with all of my card needs

I came here based on the reviews of this shop. Not only did Joe help me understand the repairs and walk me through the steps of what was going to be done, he OVER DELIVERED. I can proudly say that Joe and his team didn t take advantage of me and my situation, knowing I m a single mother. I had gone down the road for a quote to a body shop who was going to charge 3 times as much as what Joe charges. I was driving past Mega and wanted to check them out and I m glad I did. These people are truly God sent. THANK YOU, JOE!!!

If I can leave 10 starts, I would do it with no hesitation.Took my F150 to these guys, for shocks and tires, from the minute I walked in to the they one I picked up my truck there was nothing but great customer service and professionalism and advice.Joe the owner of the shop, got my truck leveled with Rough County leveling struts and installed 33s (VENOM XLT tires) and my truck handles better than when it was stock height/ shocks.Prices: the price is reasonable, honestly one of the most famous shops in Dallas quote me almost double what these guys did here at Mega tires, matter of fact the other shop quoted me for stock shocks front only, no rear shocks and tires and wanted double the price.Definitely this shop will be my destination every time my truck need some work, I highly recommend them to any work on your truck / car.Customer service Cleanliness of the shop Time Price Work/ results Overall

I came in on a holiday Friday with a bad battery...I already knew it was bad. Service was fairly quick and fairly reasonable on a 42 month battery. Waiting area was comfortable even though it was a little crowded with fancy wheels. They had a very big selection to choose from btw. Had both coffee and water for customers. I will try them out again.

Came at the recommendation of Speedys in Garland and I m glad I did. Clean waiting area with wi-fi, amazing customer service, employees help you understand what s going on, and they even offer financing.

Juan and his team are great and perform reliable work. They were able to repair a tire stud and replace breaks in the time estimated. They also suggest areas to watch for (but not in an upselling way) for our older Jeep.

They have excellent customer service and keep you up to date on your car and the costs associated with its repair. You can even leave your car using your keys. They take care of you and the entire process via text and online signature. The only place I got my F150 repaired. Reliable technicians and staff, thanks Richard!

I have used Mega a few times since opening and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is great, the location is good and the service is awesome, just recently had to have some tires removed from one set of wheels to another set I got from online and also swap my tpms sensors to the new wheels. They had me in and out very to start my journey to Moab which I had a great time in the desert and no issues wheel or tire issues for the whole 2500 mile round trip. Thanks Mega

Great customer service from the guy at the front counter. They took care of me! This was my first time in and I will be returning. Highly recommend! Great service every time I come and a lot cheaper than other places. The guys at the front are amazing. Oct 17th I had excellent customer service. I will only come here. Thank you so much

This is the best tire shop/automotive repair shop in DFW. They can take care of you A to Z. Oil Change, state inspection, tires, new rims, A/C, brakes, ect. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair priced.

Customers beware ! Took my vehicle in for state inspection and went home with a $2k+ fix it estimate. Went to a local shop down the street and did same work for $900. They tried to charge both my wife and son $55 for each state inspection when they quoted me $25 over the phone. Do your research before, felt a little shady.

I recently visited the Mega discount Tires & Auto Repair, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Great customer service, ask for Joe and you will not regret coming here. I came for an estimate but they were helpful i walked out with new tires and wheels. Will be back for more work on my truck

Joe was super helpful with my tire patching process, he pulled me aside to show me how stripped my lug nuts were getting. Thankfully, he got me patched up and out of there relatively quickly. Great service, great group of guys. Thanks Joe!
