This is my second experience with Maaco in Wylie and as always they were wonderful to work with. They care about their customers and go above and beyond in meeting your needs. Great customer service and very friendly. Shawn was a great help when asking him questions regarding my daughter s car. I will happily continue using them for any future needs

Very attentive employees. The quality of the job is great. It is a pleasure to deal with Allen; he delivers on his promises, listens to the customer, and always keeps the client informed of the progress of the repair. Everything was done quickly and with high quality, taking into account my feedback. I highly recommend Maaco Wylie; they provide the best quality of work in the Wylie, Plano, Richardson area, hands down.

I was referred to Maaco Fleet Solutions Wylie by Maaco Plano, Tx regarding a break in the frame support on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee due to the Death Wobble. Allen, the sales manager, was my contact person. He put up with my many texts and inquiries throughout the process. He even took photos of the process as I requested. I can t say enough good about Allen s professionalism and patience! I highly recommend them! Oh and ask for Allen!

First of All, I took my 2012 Chevy Equinox to a closer location to Garland. It was not a great experience. I wasn t acknowledged so when the gentleman who was in front of me walked out, I followed! Gas is Expensive and Time is Money. I drove right on to Maaco Fleet Solutions in Wiley, TX.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by SJon. He was very friendly and helpful! We went outside looked at what need to be repaired. I ordered parts and was given a price that included the paint and labor. He even offered me free clean headlights for the bad customer service , I had received at the other location.Upon arrival , I called to let them know I was outside.Allen pulled my car upfront. We went and checked the vehicle together. My husband and I were both pleased! I must say when I picked up my 2012 Chevy Equinox , it looked better than when I purchased it from the dealership! I m sooo happy and thankful! Also , I was given instructions on how to maintain the fresh paint job! I highly recommend Maaco in Wylie for their quality of work, bang for buck, and professionalism. Sjon and Allen both took care of me by giving fair pricing and updates throughout the entire process. I was skeptical about going to Maaco, but I'd recommend this location specifically to anyone. The before and after pictures don't do it justice, my 18 year old truck looked brand new when I picked it up!Service: Painting

I want to first of all Thank Allen for his great customer service, his attitude and attention to detail with making you feel comfortable with leaving your car with Maaco Wylie. I appreciate the team that worked on my 91 Mercedes 300ce they did a wonderful paint/body work job. This Maaco Wylie is the best paint facility with the best customer service led by Allen. Thanks Allen , and the Maaco Wylie team; I will be back!!

My husband had to get his bumper replaced, I called and spoke with Allen, letting him know we really could not be without the vehicle for very long due to work. He ordered the bumper, painted it and then had us bring in the vehicle once it was ready to be switched out. We expected to be without the truck for at least a day, and it didn t even take that long. Customer service from everyone I spoke with along the way was absolutely amazing.Service: Body & Trim

Originally Metro Fleet, this Maaco easily has some of the best and most qualified individuals working for it. I brought in a Class A diesel pusher years ago for major repairs to the rear end cap and recently a Humvee for minor cosmetic repair, sanding, priming and repaint. They found two other repairs and made them without asking (now perfect), sanded to the original primer coat, sprayed red oxide primer (not the easiest to cover) and painted 3 coats both inside and out. They further removed those parts and items that needed to be sprayed separately. Judging against other Humvees, including owner comments about mine, I likely have the most authentic (and best) paint job of any Humvee out there. Would absolutely recommend only this Maaco, along with Paul, Abe and the many others who work there.

From beginning to end, the entire experience 5 star. Allen Smith provided amazing customer from helping select a color I'd be satisfied with to going out his way update me on my vehicle's progress.The final product came out amazing. Not a flaw to speak of and very affordable. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. You can tell they care and know what they re doing! Allen and Sjon both provided an amazing customer experience. The whole team had great communication and had my car finished up as fast as they could. Will be coming back here if needed!

Allen and their team fixed up my Camry quick and easy, worked with my insurance and helped get me back in my own car in a matter of days, when others wouldn t look at my car because I didn t have their preferred insurance. Allen was able to save me hundreds of dollars with an innovative solution to my front bumper and fog light damage! Very friendly and helpful staff up there. I will definitely be working with them again if I have any other car issues. And service was very fast!

Sjon and his team did a great job on my 05 Scion body work and full repaint/color change. Only took 8 days and I'm pleased with the results. Color Sand/Buff would have been nice but wasn't negotiated at time of quote so I'm fine with the results. Will cut/buff myself. Thank You Maaco! (GM Arrival Blue 815K 91U)

Paint was peeling very bad on our car and wanted to get it fixed for a hand me down car to our 15 year old. MAACO did an excellent job returning this almost back to factory look. All scratches and dings were removed and paint matches perfectly. Looks great and 15 yr old loves her car as it looks almost brand new on the outside. Thanks Alan and team at MAACO.Service: Painting

Allen was absolutely a miracle worker! My car went in looking like there was NO hope and it came out looking like a brand new car! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! They did a phenomenal job.
