They know customer service. I was personally walked from my car to the front door. In the waiting area, there was a massage chair. What? Yes. A MASSAGE CHAIR!!! And to top it off, super friendly. I can't wait to go back!!

I moved from Virginia last year. I visited Jiffy Lube at Wylie, TX for oil change and tuneups. I was amazed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Very honest people. After that every time I started going back to them for oil change and any other minor repairs for my two cars. I highly recommend them for any minor repairs and oil changes.

10:30 am Sunday 2 1/2 hour wait and two cars ahead of me. I seek out Jiffy Lube, because they usually provide very quick and reliable service. This franchise location should change their name To molasses lube. Ridiculous.

Great experience here. They got me in quickly close to the end of the day. Still walked me to the door treated me great. Service is 100% top notch. Will highly recommend.

Took a very short time to have my oil changed. The waiting area is nice and clean. The technician was pleasant and helpful. Will be back in a couple of months for my annual inspection.

Very impressed! Friendly staff who walks you to the lobby and opens the door. Not the typical auto shop lobby. Very nice, comfortable, clean, modern waiting room! Enjoyed the free massage chair! Thank you everyone at this Jiffy Lube location. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this location!

The oil change services I have been using were not taking care of me in a timely manner, even when I scheduled the visit. I tried this JL as it is relatively new. I had a good experience at a competitive price.

My car could only get up to 45 before bucking like a bullIt was determined that it need a tune up.Team we polite store was clean. They adjusted the price to get it down.Car drives great and I m not broke .Thanks guys I ll be back.

I have never in my life been turned away from an oil change. I typically go in at 20%. During my recent visit at 20% upon visiting Jiffy Lube, I was advised that I was not yet ready/required to get an Oil Change and that I had 2K more miles to go. He confirmed via the system and dip stick and leveled off all of my fluids and such before returning my vehicle.I was SO IMPRESSED w/ the hospitality and services performed.GO JIFFY LUBE - WYLIE!!!! GREAT WORK

I loved my time there. I went in for a state inspection on my car and had the most pleasant time. The only reason I had to wait for service at all is because I walked into the office instead of parking near the bay doors. I was immediately greeted by someone from outside who explained to me how I could get faster service next time, but what's faster than like 5 minutes haha. I loved waiting in the massage chair in their lobby so much I let them sell me whatever they wanted just so I could sit in it for longer! Well that and Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous when approaching me with issues or improves. Thanks guys, you were awesome. Twice after having the oil changed, noticed a small amount of oil puddling under the car. Both time the oil filter wasn t installed tight enough. Unacceptable. Too pushy with the upselling of services. If I had authorized everything he said it needed it would have cost several hundred dollars. I told him I needed to find a coupon to get it under $100 for the oil change and he told me he couldn't help me. I did find one on line for $15 off. I have used this location since it opened and the previous employees always made me feel valued and helped with finding the best coupon. I have a Highlander and add the fact that the inside cabin air filter is behind the glove box, was changed only 2 months ago, he said it needed to be changed again. At that point, he lost credibility in all the other items he was telling me it needed. Then they did not get my glove box reinstalled properly.Service: Oil change

My son went for an oil change and the skid plate wasn't put back on correctly. We took it back the next day and Justin, the manager, was really accommodating and professional. He put the skid plate back on with no issues. The whole team is really professional and helpful. Thanks guys!

Took my tesla in for state inspection 9am 8/5/2023, after waiting 20 minutes the manager told us that he wasn't willing to inspect a car he couldn't hear or smell. So we left. I understand his industry is in danger by electric vehicles but that was very unprofessional. BTW, the person at the register was nice though.

On top of getting my oil changed, I also had my state inspection done as well. All in all, it was quick and painless! It took very little time to get both things done and the employees were very friendly and fast to explain things they tested and what the results meant for my car now and what to expect in the future as well. I had to return a couple hours later to have my maintenance required light shut off because it had not shut off earlier. They walked out to my car, had it turned off in under two minutes, and I was on my way again! Love the friendliness of these guys and the willingness to help with something so small and silly that would have driven me nuts! 10/10 recommend them!!Service: Oil change

I'll give you the TL;DR:1. Needed Spark Plug Change and Coolant Flush. (I brought materials)2. Brought in mailer coupon for 20% off, promised that it should apply to it all by Shaun.3. Only got 20% off Coolant Flush.4. Overcharged for Spark Plug Change. 2.8 hours @ $119 an hour.Lesson Learned: Don't get your big services done here, oil change is good, but go to a mom and pop shop for the bigger stuff.I took my Lexus into Jiffy Lube because I got the 20% off mailer in the mail for services. Picture attached. I called them to get prices, and they told me they would "have to check out" my car to determine how many hours it would take to change the spark plugs. Mind you, I provided the spark plugs AND coolant as well. That was a red flag for me already because they should know based on my make/model, and that they could just name whatever arbitrary number of hours.I pulled up to the new shop, and Shaun who btw was very VERY courteous (reason why it's 2 stars), and said that the coupon should apply to the services. I said okay, and left my car and the parts with them. About 5 hours later, I was concerned because they didn't call to tell me it was ready, so I called and asked and they told me it was ready.They called the manager about applying the price to the whole and they said the machine didn't apply and nothing they could do about it.

They were upfront about prices and were fair. A simple tune up price was quoted at kwik car care to us at 700. And the mechanic talked to my boyfriend like he was stupid. Jiffy Lube was fair and the price they quoted was 400 cheaper. That's a big difference. In the waiting room they had a massage chair and it was quiet so I could read. Coffee and water available for free. Go to jiffy much better experience.
